Pulsed laser deposition synthesized ZnO thin films, grown at 400 °C substrate temperature in different oxygen gas pressures, were irradiated with 6 shots of pulsed nitrogen ions obtained from 2.94 kJ dense plasma focus to achieve the nitrogen doping in ZnO. Structural, compositional and optical properties of as-deposited and nitrogen ion irradiated ZnO thin films were investigated to confirm the successful doping of nitrogen in irradiated samples. Spectral changes have been seen in the nitrogen irradiated ZnO thin film samples from the low temperature PL measurements. Free electron to acceptor emissions can be observed from the irradiated samples, which hints towards the successful nitrogen doping in films. Compositional analysis by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and corresponding shifts in binding energy core peaks of oxygen and nitrogen confirmed the successful use of plasma focus device as a novel source for nitrogen ion doping in ZnO thin films.  相似文献

To implement a dual-pickup-head multi-layer data storage system, it is necessary to measure the synchronizing focus error of the two pickup heads to validate the feasibility of the focus servo method. By using the ABCD transforming matrix method of geometric optics, we calculate the relationship between the output energy and the space interval of the two heads.After confirming the detection system working in the linear area, the voice coil motors of the two pickup heads were driven by sine signals with different frequencies and recorded the output signals of the quadrant photodetector under different movement states respectively,including static, lower pickup head movement and dualpickup-head synchronizing movement. The synchronizing focus error, which is caused by the characteristic parameter mismatch of the two pickup heads, could be obtained through frequency-domain analysis of these output signals. The experimental result shows that the amplitude of synchronizing focus error under 20 Hz is less than 1 μm, which could adequately satisfy the focus servo requirement of the multi-layer data storage system.  相似文献

针对生物芯片中广泛应用的高聚物材料,利用其对波长为10.6 μm的CO2激光具有良好的吸收性这一特点,对生物芯片储液池进行加工.根据理论分析,提出影响切割表面粗糙度的主要因素在于激光功率P、切割速度Ve和离焦量L,并结合实验数据通过函数拟合得出经验公式,采用CO2激光加工的PCR生物芯片储液池,其切割面粗糙度可达0.05 μm,加工速度可达1 m/min,使生物芯片的批量生产和广泛应用向前迈出一大步.  相似文献

A different approach, aiming to achieve the constant blur status of point-spread function (PSF) at a certain defocused plane, is described. The correlation between the two PSF is used to control the PSF blur similarity, and simultaneously the Strehl ratio is also used to control the PSF blur minimization. By designing the PSF so that it is significantly insensitive to defocus or related defocus quantity, for example, due to temperature change, all the constantly blurred images can be accurately de-blurred by a simple inverse restoration filter for an adequate range of defocus. We refer to that as “software lens compensation” and apply a design method to solve the athermalization of middle wavelength infrared (MWIR) imaging systems. The resultant PSF is almost invariant in the temperature range from −10 to 50°C at the same focal plane. Consequently, the constant blur spot can be removed by a simple digital signal processing. Thus, clear and sharp de-blurred images at different temperatures are obtained.  相似文献

The multi-radiation of X-rays was investigated with special attention to their energy spectrum in a Mather-type plasma focus device (operated with argon gas). The analysis is based on the effect of anomalous resistances. To study the energy spectrum, a four-channel diode X-ray spectrometer was used along with a special set of filters. The filters were suitable for detection of medium range X-rays as well as hard X-rays with energy exceeding 30 keV. The results indicate that the anomalous resistivity effect during the post pinch phase may cause multi-radiation of X-rays with a total duration of 300 ± 50 ns. The significant contribution of Cu-Kα was due to the medium range X-rays, nonetheless, hard X-rays with energies greater than 15 keV also participate in the process. The total emitted X-ray energy in the forms of Cu-K and Cu-K/3 was around 0.14 ± 0.02 (J/Sr) and 0.04 ±0.01 (J/Sr), respectively. The total energy of the emitted hard X-ray (〉 15 keV) was around 0.12± 0.02 (J/Sr).  相似文献
