子波高分辨谱估计方法及其在毫米波雷达目标一维距离成像中的应用

文中研究了一种子波谱估计方法。将该方法用于实际的毫米波雷达目标一维距离成像背景之下,在信号采样频率、采样数据长度相同时,可以获得像分辨率高于相同条件下FFT方法的一维距离像,从而可以对一维距离像进行高分辨地分析,在实际应用中具有一定的意义。     

苯甲酸质子交换LiTaO_3波导及其退火性能的研究

报道了在苯甲酸中制作质子交换ＬＩＴａＯ３光波导的方法和波导的退火特性，给出了退火前后波导层中折射率的分布，计算了波导层的表面折射率增量和扩散系数，结果表明波导层表面折射率增量和退火时间与交换时间的比值有关。     

The paracrystalline nature of the purple membrane of halobacterium halobium

Summary The paracrystalline fluctuations arising from the imperfect packing of bilayer stacks in dry oriented purple membrane of Halobacterium halobium have been investigated by small-angle X-ray diffraction. The values of the relative inter-membrane macro-lattice distortions and coherently diffracting length along the bilayer stack are respectivelyg = 4,5% andD = 680 Å. The hydratation of the membrane reduces the size of the coherently diffracting domains and increases the relative fluctuation of the membrane stack according to the * law.

Zusammenfassung Die parakristallinen Fluktuationen, hervorgerufen von gestörten Schichtstrukturen aus getrockneter, orientierter Halobacterium halobium Purple Membran, wurden mittels Röntgenkleinwinkelstreuung untersucht. Die Werte der flüssigkeitsähnlichen Gitterstörungen der Schichtstruktur der Membran und der kohärent streuenden Bereiche entlang der Schichten sind jeweils g = 4,5% und D=680 Å. Die Wasseranreicherung der Membran verkleinert die Größe der kohärent streuenden Bereiche und vergrößert die statistischen Abstandsfluktuationen der Schichtstruktur der Membran nach dem * Gesetz.

     

Domain boundary prediction based on profile domain linker propensity index

Successful prediction of protein domain boundaries provides valuable information not only for the computational structure prediction of multi-domain proteins but also for the experimental structure determination. In this work, a novel index at the profile level is presented, namely, the profile domain linker propensity index (PDLI), which uses the evolutionary information of profiles for domain linker prediction. The frequency profiles are directly calculated from the multiple sequence alignments outputted by PSI-BLAST and converted into binary profiles with a probability threshold. PDLI is then obtained by the frequencies of binary profiles in domain linkers as compared to those in domains. A smooth and normalized numeric profile is generated for any amino acid sequences from which the domain linkers can be predicted. Testing on the Structural Classification of Proteins (SCOP) database and CASP6 targets shows that PDLI outperforms other indexes at the amino acid level.     

HBT中基区内建电场的物理机制及其理论分析

计算了具有线性Ｇｅ 分布的ＳｉＧｅ 基区价带有效态密度和空穴浓度的分布，分析了基区内建电场的物理机制，分别采用Ｂｏｌｔｚｍ ａｎｎ 统计和Ｆｅｒｍ ｉ Ｄｉｒａｃ统计给出了内建电场分布的表达式并进行了计算，最后讨论了基区重掺杂对电场的影响     

XTND Access Blue SDK蓝牙协议软件的结构、移植与应用

本文以Extended Systems公司的蓝牙协议栈产品XTNDAccess Blue SDK为例介绍了蓝牙协议软件的设计原理、协议栈结构、移植过程及应用的开发方法。     

Effect of sinusoidal ripples in refractive index profile distribution on the performance characteristics of dual concentric core step index fiber Raman amplifier

Phased matched wavelength, effective area, effective Raman gain, and wave guide dispersion are computed from exact numerical solution assuming scalar wave equation in the presence and absence of ripples as imperfections in the refractive index profile in dual cores of single mode fiber Raman amplifier for the first time. It is observed that for larger values of amplitude and lower frequencies, the effective Raman gain increases w.r.t. that calculated with no ripples. However, we assume ripple amplitude up to 5% of core cladding refractive index difference w.r.t. the available data, corresponding to the three ranges of relative ripple amplitudes of 1%, 2%, 3% and ripple frequencies of 1, 2, 3 μm⁻¹. Based on these data, we analyse performance of FRA over frequency shift band of 20–700 cm⁻¹. Uniformity of gain is interestingly seen to be maintained for higher ripple frequency and lower amplitude. However, no prominent effect in coefficient of dispersion and phase matched wavelength is observed within operating range of wavelength. Also, based on available structural parameter, the investigation should find use as a guide to system users to know the limit and promise of existence of ripples.     

The revised Australian fiberscopic profile

The Australian Fiberscopic Profile (AFP) was developed for use in a previous study of normal voices to provide standard documentation for examining the larynx under continuous light. The AFP is being used currently in five specialized voice clinics in Australia to collect data on dysphonic voices. After use with 40 clients it became obvious that a revision with clearer definitions of the parameters was needed to make it a more useful clinical tool.
