Pro/E-based design of infrared window of image-spectrum integrated instrument

In the paper, we proposed a Pro/Engineering-based (Pro/E-based) geometric design method of transmission window of infrared scanning system. Firstly, we established the 3-dimensional (3D) system model. Secondly, we assembled the 2-dimensional (2D) scanning mirror in the system according to its nine positions. Thirdly, according to optical path reversibility, we modeled two cylinders to respectively simulate the emitted and rejected rays. And the rejected cylinder intersects the shell to form a curve to indicate the scope of the incident ray. The geometrical parameters of the window can be determined by the smallest bounding curve of all nine intersecting positions. The successful development of the image-spectrum integrated instrument prototype verified its feasibility and correctness.     

基于ZigBee技术的XBee Pro模块在智能公交系统中的应用

以MaxStream公司推出Freescale MC1319x芯片组为核心。介绍了一种基于ZigBee协议的智能公交系统的XBee Pro RF模块设计方法。该模块满足IEEE802．15．4标准，可工作在2．4GHz的国际免费频段，并具有DSSS（直接序列扩频）功能。本系统的硬件采用标准UART接口，并具有接收、发送、睡眠、命令和空模式等5种操作模式。     

基于SolidWorks和Pro/E的船用螺旋桨建模研究

文章基于Solid Works、Pro/E两款软件,分别研究了船用螺旋桨建模方法,推导出了螺旋桨叶切面型值点从 局部坐标系到全局坐标系的坐标转换公式,并对该公式进行了优化。实践证明文章提出的螺旋桨三维实体建 模方法是切实可行的,可极大地缩短螺旋桨设计与加工周期。     

基于野外Vis-NIR光谱的土壤有机质预测与制图

利用野外实时快速获取的土壤光谱进行土壤有机质(SOM)预测与制图是精确农业与土壤遥感制图的必然需要,利用ASD FieldSpec Pro FR野外型光谱仪实时快速获取的光谱数据,去除噪声较大的边缘波段后,进行倒数的对数转换(Log(1/R))为吸收光谱。在分析吸收光谱和光谱指数与SOM关系的基础上,采用偏最小二乘回归法进行SOM的建模预测并借助地统计学方法进行SOM空间变异制图研究。结果表明,建模效果好的指标分别为特征波段(R2=0.91,RPD=3.28),归一化光谱指数(R2=0.90,RPD=3.08),特征波段与3个光谱指数组合(R2=0.87,RPD=2.67),全波段(R2=0.95,RPD=4.36)。光谱指标的克里格制图与实测SOM制图表现出相同的空间变异趋势,不同的指标均达到了较好的预测效果。

In Situ Swelling Formulation of Glycerol-Monooleate-Derived Lyotropic Liquid Crystals Proposed for Local Vaginal Application

Hydrogels have been extensively investigated to identify innovative formulations that can fulfill all the necessary purposes to improve local vaginal therapy through the mucosa. Herein, we propose in situ-forming lyotropic liquid crystals (LLCs) derived from a cheap and GRAS (generally recognized as safe) ingredient as an intravaginal delivery system. The system consists of a precursor solution loaded with sertaconazole nitrate as a model drug, which is able to easily swell in a stable three-dimensional structure by absorbing simulated vaginal fluid. Under polarized light microscopy the precursor solution and the formed phase of LLCs showed the typical textures belonging to anisotropic and an isotropic mesophases, respectively. A deep rheological investigation by Kinexus^® Pro proved the stability and strength of the cubic phase, as well as its potential in mucoadhesion. In vitro degradation studies showed a slow matrix erosion, consistent with data obtained from lipophilic drug release studies in simulated vaginal fluid. Therefore, the suggested cubic phase based on lyotropic liquid crystals could represent a valid proposal as a vaginal drug delivery system due to its characteristics of resistance, adhesion and the possibility of providing a slow and controlled release of drugs directly at the administration site.
