Blend films from cellulose and konjac glucomannan (KGM) in room temperature ionic liquid 1‐allyl‐3‐methylimidazolium chloride were satisfactorily prepared by coagulating with water. The composition of the blend films was gravimetrically analyzed, and the compatibility of the two natural polymers was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction. The results indicate good compatibility and strong interactions between cellulose and KGM, resulting in almost no loss of the water‐soluble KGM from the blend films even after the water coagulating and washing. However, microstructure analyses portrayed phase separations in the blend films, namely, egg‐like new phase particles were embedded in a continuous matrix base (MB). Phase diagram analysis and differential scanning calorimetry of the phase inversion coagulation process suggest that relative low molecular mass part of both cellulose and KGM formed the continuous MB, whereas the egg‐like new phase particles were super patterns of relative high molecular mass of both polymers, which played an important role in strengthening the blend material. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 使用倾斜角沉积(GLAD)的电子束蒸发技术,制备了倾斜角度在60°~85°之间的ZnS双折射雕塑薄膜(STF)。使用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)检测了ZnS薄膜的结晶状态和断面形貌,使用Lamda-900分光光度计测量了薄膜在不同的偏振光入射时的透过率。研究发现,室温下倾斜沉积ZnS薄膜断面为倾斜柱状结构,且薄膜的结晶程度不高。在相同的监控厚度时,随倾斜角度增大,沉积到基片上的薄膜厚度逐渐变小,但仍然大于余弦曲线显示的理论厚度。根据偏振光垂直入射时薄膜的透过光谱计算了不同角度沉积的薄膜的折射率和双折射。结果显示当倾斜角度为75°时,薄膜的双折射效应最显著,此时Δn=0.044。  相似文献

A holistic model for the kinetics of steady state growth of porous anodic alumina films in oxalic acid, H2C2O4, solution was developed not necessarily requiring the adoption of any ‘a priori’ mechanism of porous film growth. By this model the effect of anodising conditions on the transport numbers of Al3+ cations and O2− anions across the barrier layer was revealed. The cation (anion) transport number decreased (increased) with current density, increased (decreased) with temperature and was unaffected by the concentration of electrolyte or pH. A complementary atomistic-ionic kinetic model was developed that fully justified these results and showed that the activation distances of Al3+ and O2− transport are comparable, but the activation energy of Al3+ transport is lower mainly due to the much smaller size of Al3+. The validity of the model was tested on the basis of SEM observations, while structural features and the rate of pore wall dissolution were determined.  相似文献

Ultrafast photoelectric characteristic has been observed in La0.67Ca0.33MnO3 films on tilted SrTiO3 substrates. A pico-second (ps) open-circuit photovoltage of the perovskite manganese oxide films has been obtained when the films were irradiated by a 1.064μm laser pulse of 25 ps duration. The rise time and full width at half-maximum of the photovoltage pulse are ~300 ps and ~700 ps, respectively. The photovoltaic sensitivity was as large as ~500 mV/mJ.  相似文献

自MacDiarmid等将聚乙炔(PA)做为二次电池的电极材料以来,其电化学特性和行为引起了人们的极大兴趣.随后的研究表明,p-型PA[(CH)~(y )Ay~-]_x在电解液中不稳定,用ClO_4~-掺杂的PA充放循环时有降解发生.n-型PA[My~ (CH)~(y-)]_x(y≤0.10)在THF/LiClO_4电解质中较稳定,电化学还原完全可逆,目前已实现1100次充放循环.因此,它既可做电池的正极材料(碱金属为负极),又可做负极材料(TiS_2为正极).我们发现  相似文献

A new carbon film deposition technique, based upon excimer laser vaporization of graphite in a flowing gas system has been developed. The low temperature vapor (LTV) technique alleviates high temperatures occurring in most other deposition methods. In this technique the UV laser ablation occurs in an inert flowing gas atmosphere. Atoms and molecules evaporated from graphite are cooled by gas entrainment before condensing on a substrate. The resulting films of amorphous carbon or hydrogenated amorphous carbon are free from strain. Measurement of the optical band gap of these films shows that Eg can be controlled by the hydrogen content of the carrier gas.  相似文献

根据泄漏波导原理对K_9玻璃基板上的冰晶石薄膜进行折射率测量,达到的精度为1×10~(-4),与真实波导的情况相似。文中讨论了利用添加高折射率薄层减小待测薄膜的最小厚度的可能性。文中还利用光电方法观察反射光中暗条纹的方法判别波导的激发,并测出了冰晶石薄膜在4500到6500范围内的折射率。  相似文献

本文以一个通用合成孔径雷达光学处理器(简称OSARP)的检测为例,来说明OSARP的检测方法。给出OSARP的每个可调部件与合成孔径雷达(简称SAR)数据片的各特征参数间的关系,通过测量调整量求得OSARP的适用范围;用普通检测目标加位移透镜,来检测OSARP的成像质量。同时用模拟的SAR数据片,以另一种方法对OSARP做检测,结果相同。最后处理了真实SAR数据片,用来展示SAR和OSARP的综合成像质量。文中给出一些实验照片和数据,结果表明,本检测方法是可行的。  相似文献

Methanol vapor‐induced membranous changes in a cast‐coated Nafion thin film were studied through current–voltage (I–V) characteristics with an interdigitated microarray (IDA) electrode and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The obtained I–V curves showed that the as‐prepared Nafion film was stable under humidified nitrogen gas; however, the I–V profile dramatically changed with exposure to methanol vapor. Next, the morphology of the film was compared before and after methanol exposure with AFM images. On the basis of our observations, we found that the as‐prepared film had an irregularly complicated microstructure, whereas the structure became homogeneous in appearance after 30 min of exposure to methanol gas. The alternating‐current conductivity data, showing almost the same magnitude before and after exposure, strongly suggested that the I–V profile shift was based on a change in an electrode reaction mechanism induced by a change in the junction at the Nafion/IDA electrode interface. Furthermore, the methanol vapor‐pre‐exposed Nafion was stable for further exposure to methanol vapor, water vapor, or both. With the stabilized film used in combination with the IDA electrode, a reversible change in the magnitude of the current was observed when the methanol/water vapor ratio was varied.
