We describe the electro-optic (EO) modulation of diffraction in holographic polymer dispersed liquid crystals, recently developed for broad band photosensitivity, ranging from visible to near infrared. More than 90% EO modulation achieved for relatively low electric fields confirms the phase separation and formation of liquid crystal sub-micrometer sized droplets in the polymer matrix. Molecular reorientation induced by the applied voltage and a residual electrical current induced heating are at the origin of the EO modulation.  相似文献

通过β-环糊精修饰聚乙烯亚胺(HPEI-CDs)与偶氮苯修饰聚乙二醇(Azo-PEG)的主客体作用,制备了HPEI-CDs/Azo-PEG/DNA自组装体,并对其生理盐溶液稳定性、粒径形貌及光控特性进行了研究。结果表明,对比HPEI-CDs/DNA自组装体,PEG的引入显著提高了其生理盐稳定性,借助PEG壳层的电荷屏蔽和CD氢键的协同作用,自组装体表面电位仅为+3mV,粒径分布均匀,呈现球形结构。在365nm波长光照下,HPEI-CDs/Azo-PEG/DNA的表面电位迅速增加,随着光照时间的延长,其ζ电位最终增大到与HPEI-CDs/DNA相近水平,这表明偶氮苯(Azo)空间结构发生转变,PEG层成功从组装体脱离。  相似文献

Every camera sensor leaves unique traces on the acquired images that can be thought of as a camera fingerprint. This work presents an efficient algorithm for clustering images based on their camera fingerprints. The algorithm performs a fast preliminary clustering based on a compressed representation of the camera fingerprints, then it refines the initial clusters using full-size fingerprints. The efficiency of the method is further improved by scanning the images according to a ranking index that depends on fingerprint estimation quality. The results confirm that the proposed method achieves a performance comparable to the state of the art approaches, with a significantly lower computational complexity, especially on large datasets. The method can also handle cases in which the number of clusters is much larger than the average size of the clusters.  相似文献

This review summarizes our achievements in designing new initiation systems for atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). First-order kinetics and extension experiments revealed the living nature of these reactions. Tailormade vinyl polymers with functional end groups were characterized by ^1H-NMR and UV-vis spectroscopic analyses. Replacing traditional radical initiators AIBN and BPO, carbon-carbon bond compounds, 1,1,2,2-tetraphenyl-l,2-ethanediol, diethyl 2,3-dicyano-2,3-diphenylsuccinate and diethyl 2,3-dicyano-2,3-di(p-tolyl)succinate, were utilized in reverse ATRP to produce the initiating radical. Sulfur-sulfur bond iniferter, tetraethylthiuram disulfide (TD), in conjunction with CuBr/bpy or NiCI2/PPh3 complex could control the styrene polymerization via redox reaction. Pseudo-halogen transfer reaction was demonstrated to maintain the dormant-active species equilibrium in normal and reverse ATRP with Cu(S2CNEt2), Cu(S2CNEt2)CI and Fe(S2CNEt2)3 as catalysts. The organic halide initiator and reduced transition metal compound that started the living polymerization were produced in situ from the components of TD/FeCI3/PPh3, TD/CuBr2/bpy and Fe(S2CNEt2)3/FeCI3/PPh3 systems. Accurate control of UV irradiation time favored the radical generation process in photo ATRP with the 2,2-dimethoxy-2-phenylacetophenone/Fe(S2CNEt2)3 initiation system.  相似文献

在压力测试时,高分辨率TFT-LCD(Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display)液晶面板会发生“斑点不良”。为了预防该不良的发生,本文分析了“斑点不良”的发生机理:压力测试时,隔垫物PS(Photo Spacer)发生滑动,将阵列基板上透光区域的配向膜-聚酰亚胺PI(Polyimide)划伤,而失去配向液晶能力,在暗态画面下,划痕处会发生漏光,形成斑点状。本文对不同尺寸及分辨率的液晶面板进行了压力测试,比较隔垫物挡墙、黑矩阵BM(Black Martrix)、隔垫物站位等不同因素对“斑点不良”的影响:隔垫物挡墙能有效阻挡隔垫物的滑动距离的23.6%,能有效降低“斑点不良”的漏光发生;当隔垫物滑动的距离未超出黑矩阵的遮挡范围时,不可见“斑点不良”或很轻微;站在金属块(Pillow)上的隔垫物比没有站在Pillow上的隔垫物滑动距离小约10%。最后以49in超高清UHD(Ultra High Definition)液晶面板为例,提出一种改善“斑点不良”的的设计方案:增加PS上下挡墙设计,降低PS滑动距离;增加BM宽度设计,保证PS边缘到BM边缘的距离大于PS滑动距离;降低PS的个数,增加PS的大小设计降低透过率损失。该方案客户验证无“斑点不良”发生且透过率下降1.2%,说明此设计方案能够有效地改善“斑点不良”。  相似文献

This study aimed to improve the electrical characteristics of poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) and liquid crystal-organic field effect transistors (LC-OFETs) under UV illumination. Consequently, a novel LC-OFET was fabricated using a nematic liquid crystal (E63) and a P3HT mixture in an OFET cell. Cell thickness was determined through field emission scanning electron microscopy. For assessment of the electrical characteristics, the LC-OFET device was exposed to various UV light intensities in total darkness for the purpose of obtaining the output- and transfer-current voltage. The capacitance–frequency plot of the capacitor cell was then measured to determine the main parameters including the threshold voltage (VTh), field effect mobility (μFET) and current on/off ratio (Ion/off) of the device. Thus, the full characterisation and UV light response of the electronic parameters were determined for this new class of transistors. Results showed that the new LC-OFET exhibited good performance in the form of low VTh, high μFET, and high Ion/off.  相似文献

Protein crystallization is an important tool for structural biology and nanostructure preparation. Here, we report on kinetic pathway-dependent protein crystals that are controlled by light. Photo-responsive crystallites are obtained by complexing the model proteins with cationic azobenzene dyes. The crystalline state is readily switched to a dispersed phase under ultraviolet light and restored by subsequent visible-light illumination. The switching can be reversibly repeated for multiple cycles without noticeable structure deterioration. Importantly, the photo-treatment not only significantly increases the crystallinity, but creates crystallites at conditions where no ordered lattices are observed upon directly mixing the components. Further control over the azobenzene isomerization kinetics produces protein single crystals of up to ≈50 μm. This approach offers an intriguing method to fabricate metamaterials and study optically controlled crystallization.  相似文献

本文撮了长沙地区种植的小白菜、韭菜、芹菜等几种典型棚室蔬菜的叶绿素,测定了它们在丙酮溶液中的吸收光谱。根据其吸收光谱,采用向农膜树脂中添加光转换剂的方法,研制出与作物吸收光谱相匹配的光生态膜。初步栽培试验表明,该膜具有促进植物生长和分化的作用,增产效果明显。  相似文献

通过自由基聚合合成了一种侧链型偶氮聚电解质 ,聚丙烯酸 2 [4 (4′ 羧基苯基偶氮 )苯基 ]乙酯(PCAPEA) .详细研究了PCAPEA水溶液的pH值对其紫外 可见光谱和光响应性的影响 .研究发现 ,PCAPEA水溶液的紫外吸收光谱对pH值具有高度敏感性 ,并且在不同pH值条件下其光响应性有很大差别 .这种差别反映了PCAPEA分子中的偶氮苯基团在水溶液中聚集状态的变化 .本论文还研究了PCAPEA与聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵 (PDAC)在不同溶剂中的静电逐层自组装 .研究发现 ,PCAPEA的水和有机溶剂的混合溶液也可用来进行自组装 ,这一新方法可用于水溶性差的聚电解质的自组装  相似文献
