Controlled Chemical Modifications of Chitosan. Characterization and Investigation of Original Properties

The main techniques developed to characterize chitosan are recalled. The interaction of chitosan with oppositely charged surfactants was investigated giving very important surface activity effects. A few chemical modifications are described and the new properties obtained are mentioned: alkylation gives amphiphilic polymers having interesting thickening behavior; grafting cyclodextrin (chit‐CD) gives a polymer able to include hydrophobic molecules; grafting adamantane gives an amphiphilic polymer able to specifically interact with chit‐CD forming a temporary network with gel‐like behavior.

The Relationship between Procyanidin Structure and Their Protective Effect in a Parkinson’s Disease Model

This study evaluated the effect of grape seed-derived monomer, dimeric, and trimeric procyanidins on rat pheochromocytoma cell line (PC12) cells and in a zebrafish Parkinson’s disease (PD) model. PC12 cells were cultured with grape seed-derived procyanidins or deprenyl for 24 h and then exposed to 1.5 mm 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium (MPP⁺) for 24 h. Zebrafish larvae (AB strain) 3 days post-fertilization were incubated with deprenyl or grape seed-derived procyanidins in 400 µM 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) for 4 days. The results showed that the procyanidin dimers procyanidin B1 (B1), procyanidin B2 (B2), procyanidin B3 (B3), procyanidin B4 (B4), procyanidin B1-3-O-gallate (B1-G), procyanidin B2-3-O-gallate (B2-G), and the procyanidin trimer procyanidin C1 (C1) had a protective effect on PC12 cells, decreasing the damaged dopaminergic neurons and motor impairment in zebrafish. In PC12 cells and the zebrafish PD model, procyanidin (B1, B2, B3, B4, B1-G, B2-G, C1) treatment decreased the content of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and malondialdehyde (MDA), increased the activity of antioxidant enzymes glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), catalase (CAT), and superoxide dismutase (SOD), and upregulated the expression of nuclear factor-erythroid 2-related factor (Nrf2), NAD(P)H: quinone oxidoreductase 1 (NQO1), and heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1). These results suggest that in PC12 cells and the zebrafish PD model, the neuroprotective effects of the procyanidins were positively correlated with their degree of polymerization.     

基于单片机与PC机的温度监测系统设计

设计了基于单片机和PC机的温度监测系统,温度传感器采用DS18B20。下位机采用AT89S52单片机,可以显示温度和超限报警。PC机作为上位机设定上下限报警温度,接收单片机的温度数据,处理后实时显示温度和绘制温度曲线,还实现了超限报警和保存数据功能。上位机利用Matlab强大的数值计算、图形显示和串口操作功能,具有友好人机交互界面,实现了温度动态监测。     

CO2激光辐照HgCdTe探测器的实验研究

采用CO2激光分别对PC型和PV型HgCdTe探测器进行干扰实验,得到了不同入射激光功率密度下的响应波形,给出了两种探测器的热效应干扰阈值和饱和阈值,并对实验结果进行了分析。     

一种基于PCI接口的1394B总线的设计与实现

1394B是一种高带宽、低延迟、高可靠特性高速串行总线,已经广泛应用于工业控制、汽车和航空航天等领域。文章设计了一种基于OHCI协议的1394B总线,主机通过PCI接口与1394B控制器之间通过DMA操作,实现数据的高速传输。     

基于双主机冗余的显示控制系统设计

航空电子设备对可靠性的要求越来越高,文章介绍了一种双主机冗余显示控制系统,并且详细介绍了系统的架构和冗余管理策略。本系统具有故障检测、自动切换控制的能力,可以保证系统稳定、连续的工作。双主机冗余设计增加了系统成本,但在一定程度上提高了系统的可靠性、稳定性,满足航空电子产品对可靠性的要求。     

Theoretical Study on the Conformational Conversion of 1,3-Dioxane Inside a Capsular Host

The mechanism for the conformational conversion of 1,3-dioxane guest encapsulated inside a capsular host was theoretically investigated using semiempirical PM3 method and DFT methods. The free-state process of the conformational conversion of 1,3-dioxane was also investigated to make a comparison between the two different states using the same theory. The influences of the inner phase of the capsule on the conformational conversion of guest molecule were discussed via analyzing the comparative results. It was found that the capsular host could accommodate 1,3-dioxane within its cavity by the weak attractive interactions between host and guest, and it responds to the conformational conversion of guest by the deformation of hydrogen-bonding seam at the middle of the capsule. When entrapped in the capsule, the guest molecule undergoes the conformational conversion from chair form to twist-boat form slower than that under the free condition. The deformation of the capsule is favorable to maximize the attractive interactions between host and guest.     

基于PC104总线和CPLD的测频模件设计

根据某测试系统的需要,设计基于PC104总线和CPLD的高精度测频模件,采用多周期同步测频法实现对所测频段的等精度测量。设计了该测频模件的硬件电路,并给出用CPLD实现数字频率计的详细VHDL源代码。采用原理图的方式编写PC104总线的接口逻辑,并利用Max＋Plus Ⅱ软件进行仿真。结果显示频率计及接口逻辑均可正确工作。实际应用表明,该测频模件具有精度高,可靠、稳定等优点。     

HIPSCS：基于HIP的安全IP通信系统

针对主机标识协议(HIP, host identity protocol)实际部署应用的相关问题,设计实现了一种基于HIP的安全IP通信系统(HIPSCS, HIP based secure communication system)。该系统通过将主机标识(HI, host identifier)和用户身份证书唯一关联,实现了主机身份的实名化,以保障网络报文的源地址真实可信,并通过IPsec技术加密所有通信数据以达到安全通信目的。实现并在实验室环境中部署了HIPSCS原型系统。实验表明此通信系统可用性强,并能很好地支持移动通信。
