针对某型导弹装备嵌入式数据采集系统与上位机的通信受复杂环境影响大,不稳定和布线不便的问题,采用CSR公司新一代蓝牙芯片,设计了二者之间的蓝牙通信系统。给出了蓝牙通信系统的总体实现方案,软硬件结构框图。系统由ARM与蓝牙芯片接口电路和上位机与蓝牙芯片接口电路组成。测试结果表明,二者之间的通信不再受复杂环境的影响,数据传输稳定,可靠性高,通信更为方便。  相似文献

The synthesis and anion recognition properties of four novel [2]rotaxane host architectures containing additional alkyl functionality integrated within macrocyclic and axle components to shield the binding cavity from the solvent are described. The rotaxane species containing a tetra(methyl)-functionalised macrocycle component is found to be a weaker anion complexant than the equivalent unfunctionalised receptor, which is likely due to steric hindrance restricting the anion's access to the interlocked cavity. Rotaxane molecules containing tetra(methyl)-functionalised axle components are also investigated, and the additional alkyl functionality serves to enhance anion binding affinity and selectivity when incorporated within the axle's flexible ethylene linkages. Moreover, the equivalent unfunctionalised rotaxane displays a rare preference for oxoanions over chloride guest species.  相似文献

The characteristics of engineering plastics used in the preparation of electrical and electronic equipment were studied. More specifically, their thermal response was recorded by DSC experiments, the rheological properties were investigated via MFI tests and the mechanical properties were evaluated with tensile tests. The aim was to establish a procedure for recycling the same engineering plastics deriving from waste of electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), which offers the additional advantage of using the as-received waste stream as a recyclable mixture, i.e. without sorting and classification of its components.The experimental results showed that blends of PC with ABS or ABS/HIPS can be prepared by direct mixing and this, would allow easy handling of the engineering plastics coming from WEEE, i.e. blending without the need of sorting. These mixtures can be easily processed and display acceptable mechanical properties with reasonable cost. Therefore, the processing characteristics and properties of the systems studied in this work could be the key for the design of an interesting approach for handling solid plastic waste from electrical and electronic devices.  相似文献

Protein glycosylation represents one of the major post-translational modifications and can have significant effects on protein function. Moreover, changes in the carbohydrate structure are increasingly being recognized as an important modification associated with cancer etiology. In this report, we describe the development of a proteomics approach to identify breast cancer related changes in either concentration and/or the carbohydrate structures of glycoprotein(s) present in blood samples. Diseased and healthy serum samples were processed by an optimized sample preparation protocol using multiple lectin affinity chromatography (M-LAC) that partitions serum proteins based on glycan characteristics. Subsequently, three separate procedures, 1D SDS-PAGE, isoelectric focusing and an antibody microarray, were applied to identify potential candidate markers for future study. The combination of these three platforms is illustrated in this report with the analysis of control and cancer glycoproteomic fractions. Firstly, a molecular weight based separation of glycoproteins by 1D SDS-PAGE was performed, followed by protein, glycoprotein staining, lectin blotting and LC–MS analysis. To refine or confirm the list of interesting glycoproteins, isoelectric focusing (targeting sialic acid changes) and an antibody microarray (used to detect neutral glycan shifts) were selected as the orthogonal methods. As a result, several glycoproteins including alpha-1B-glycoprotein, complement C3, alpha-1-antitrypsin and transferrin were identified as potential candidates for further study.  相似文献

Novel organic-inorganic mesoporous hybrid materials were synthesized by linking lanthanide (Tb3+, Eu3+) complexes to the mesoporous MCM-41 through the modified meta-methylbenzoic acid (MMBA-Si) using co-condensation method in the presence of the cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) surfactant as template. The luminescence properties of these resulting materials (denoted as Ln-MMBA-MCM-41, Ln=Tb, Eu) were characterized in detail, and the results reveal that luminescent mesoporous materials have high surface area, uniformity in the ordered mesoporous structure. Moreover, the mesoporous material covalently bonded Tb3+ complex (Tb-MMBA-MCM-41) exhibits the stronger characteristic emission of Tb3+ and longer lifetime than Eu-MMBA-MCM-41 due to the triplet state energy of organic legend MMBA-Si matches with the emissive energy level of Tb3+ very well.  相似文献

We have systematically investigated structures and properties of inclusion crystals of bile acids and their derivatives. These steroidal compounds form diverse host frameworks having zero‐, one‐ and two‐dimensional cavities, causing various inclusion behaviors towards many organic compounds. The diverse host frameworks exhibit the following guest‐dependent flexibility. First, the frameworks mainly depend on the included guests in size and shape. The size‐dependence is quantitatively estimated by the parameter PCcavity, which is the volume ratio of a guest molecule to a host cavity. The resulting values of PCcavity lie in the range of 42–76%. Second, each of the host frameworks has its own range of the values. Some guests can employ two different frameworks with the boundary values, explaining formation of polymorphic crystals. Third, the host frameworks are selected by host–guest interactions through weak hydrogen bonds, such as NH/π and CH/O. The weak hydrogen bonds play an important role for various selective inclusion processes. Fourth, the host frameworks are dynamically exchangeable, resulting in intercalation and polymerization in the cavities. These static and dynamic structures of the frameworks demonstrate great potential of crystalline organic inclusion compounds as functional materials. © 2009 The Japan Chemical Journal Forum and Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this article, we present the synthesis and characterization of water‐soluble polymers with hydrophobic moieties. The polymers were synthesized in aqueous solutions utilizing β‐cyclodextrins as solubility enhancers to bring the hydrophobic monomers into solution. Polymers were made with different spacing between polymer backbone and phenyl moiety by using styrene, allylbenzene, and 4‐phenyl‐1‐butene as hydrophobic moieties, respectively. The effect of the presence of CDs during synthesis as well as this difference in spacing was investigated by rebinding free β‐CDs to the polymers. The interactions between polymers and CDs were studied by ITC and this revealed some differences between the polymers. Polymers made in the presence of CDs showed a markedly stronger binding to free CDs. We have synthesized a novel wide band gap polymer P36HCTPSi derived from 3,6‐carbazole and tetraphenylsilane by palladium‐catalyzed Suzuki coupling reaction. The resultant polymer shows a high glass transition temperature (217 °C) and good thermal stability. The conjugation length of P36HCTPSi is effectively confined because of the δ‐Si interrupted polymer backbone. The polymer exhibits a violet emission with a peak at 392 nm in solution, and the band gap estimated from the onset of its absorption is 3.26 eV. The high energy emission and wide band gap of P36HCTPSi make it appropriate host for green and blue emission phosphorescent materials. Efficient energy transfers from P36HCTPSi to both fac‐tris[2‐(2‐pyridyl‐kN)‐5‐methylphenyl]iridium(III) (green emission) and bis[(4,6‐difluorophenyl)pyridinato‐N,C2]‐(picolinato)iridium(III) (blue emission) were observed in photoluminescence (PL) spectra. Highly efficient phosphorescent polymer light‐emitting devices were realized by using P36HCTPSi as the host for iridium complexes, the maximum luminous efficiencies for green and blue devices were 27.6 and 3.4 cd/A, respectively. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
