Es wird die Abhängigkeit der Impulsdichte vom Füllstand bei Meßanordnungen mit γ-Streustrahlungssonden verschiedener Länge untersucht. Verwendet werden die Nuklide 60Co und 137Cs. Ein nahezu linearer Anstieg der Impulsdichte mit dem Füllstand wird bei Füllgütern kleiner Ordnungszahl nur bei Sondenlängen L ≥ μ0 ?1.erzielt. Der Einfluß des Schüttwinkels und der Dichte des Füllgutes wird diskutiert.  相似文献

Es wird eine weiterentwickeltes, isotopenanalytisches Verfahren zur probenchemischen Umsetzung von Kohlenwasserstoffen mit Chromium zu Wasserstoff bei 1300 K vorgestellt. Die erzielten Testergebnisse zeigen anhand der gemessenen δD-Werte, daβ Quarzöfen bei diesen Temperaturen noch keine die Isotopenmeβwerte beeinflussende Diffusion von Wasserstoff durch die Wandung zulassen. Auβerdem erfolgte die Reaktion nahezu spontan und vollständig, was die Methode zeitlich sehr effektiv macht.

A modified isotope analytical method is presented for the chemical reaction of hydrocarbons with chromium at 1300 K to form hydrogen. The test results obtained (i.e. the measured δD-values) show that at this temperature quartz heating tubes do not allow hydrogen to diffuse through the wail, which fact would influence the isotopic composition. Furthermore the reaction proceeds nearly spontaneously and quantitatively, which yields an effective method, especially with respect to time.  相似文献

Abstract

A method is reported for the determination of Ni, Co, Bi, Al, V, Ti, Cu, Si, Pb, Cr, Mg, Sn, and Fe in molybdenum metal by optical emission spectrography. The procedure consists of dissolving the metal in HNO3 and HCl, evaporating to dryness, and igniting at 500–550°C to MoO3. The MoO3 is mixed with an equal weight of GeO2, which acts as an inert collector, and ignited at 700–750°C to volatilize the MoO3. This double ignition method concentrates the impurities on the GeO2 thereby placing the trace elements within the range of the spectrograph. The residue is excited in a d c are at 10 amps and the spectra are recorded on a photographic emulsion.  相似文献

The quest for higher peak focused intensities and better temporal contrast drives one to improve the design of all possible stages of the chirped pulse amplification (CPA) system. In this paper, we have analyzed the role of dispersion and spectral profile on the temporal shape and contrast ratio of the output pulse of a CPA system. The simulations indicate that an initial sech2 or a Gaussian pulse in the CPA system is best for a good contrast ratio. Incorporating a four-grating based pulse compressor in the CPA system improves the contrast as well as provides the flexibility to compensate the dispersion upto the fourth order. The simulations also detail the effect of spectral profile tailoring on the contrast ratio and peak power.  相似文献

Abstract

The reaction of the lithium derivative of diethyl ester of phenylmethanephosphonic acid (1-Li) with alkanones, cycloalkanones, alkylaryl and diarylketones 2s-b is studied at -70°C in THF. The corresponding adducts-diethyl esters of l-phenyl-2,2-dialkyl(phenyl)-2-hydroxyethanephosphonic acids 3s-h are isolated, their yields being usually higher at short reaction time. The olefination of 3-Li as well as of 3 (both by thermolysis or in acidic media) proceeds in low degree, while in the case of 3-Na the yields of alkenes 4 are good. The relative configurations of 3b. 31 and 3g are determined by IR and NMR-spectra, as well as by their stereospecific olefination. “Threo”-stereoselectivity of the addition stage of the reaction of 1-Li with 2b, 21 and 2g is observed, the “threo”/“erythro” ratio remaining independent on the reaction time.  相似文献

Abstract

The optical absorption spectra of Nd3+ ion in glutamic, L-aspartic and maleic acids in UV-VIS and NIR regions have been recorded. From the spectral data thus obtained, various spectroscopic parameters are evaluated. The radiative lifetimes R) and branching ratios (β) for the excited states of Nd3+ ion in three acids have been computed. The relationship between the environment sensitive Judd-Ofelt parameter (ω2) and the intensities of hypersensitive level (4G5/2) is in good coincidence following the Judd-Ofelt theory.  相似文献

Abstract

Silicon nitride membrane ISFET sensor chips have been produced with varying gate dimensions. A series of width/length (W/L) aspect ratios have been examined, combined with three levels of boron ion-implant. The level of ion-implantation affects the threshold voltage; this is important as a low threshold voltage allows the use of low noise operating conditions. Gate dimensions are also important factors for they determine the level of drain current for a given gate and drain voltages. A novel design feature, aimed at achieving wide gates, is the use of folded gates as well as having a straight structure. The evaluation of devices with gates covered with poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC)-valinomycin-dioctyl adipate was based on their response to potassium chloride standards when it was shown that there may be a maximum width of gate above which there is no improvement of response. Also, the effect of folding the gate structure is discussed and shown to be tenable, thus permitting greater miniaturisation.  相似文献

A 2D analytical model for transconductance, Sub-threshold current and Sub-threshold swing for Triple Material Surrounding Gate MOSFET (TMSG) is presented in this paper. Based on the solution of two dimensional Poisson equation, the physics based model of sub-threshold current of the device is derived. The model also includes the effect of gate oxide thickness and silicon thickness on the sub-threshold swing characteristics. Transconductance to drain current ratio of the triple material surrounding gate is calculated since it is a better criterion to access the performance of the device. The effectiveness of TMSG design was scrutinized by comparing with other triple material and dual material gate structures. Moreover the effect of technology parameter variations is also studied and proposed. This proposed model offers basic guidance for design of TMSG MOSFETs. The results of the analytical model are compared with the MEDICI simulation results thus providing validity of the proposed model.  相似文献
