城乡同步 建管并重 努力实现村村通户户通长期通

要实现有线广播电视网络“村村通、户户通、长期通”目标,县(区)广电机构起着关键性作用。烟台市牟平区广电局多年的实践证明,县(区)有线广播电视网络的发展,必须结合当地实际,坚持城乡同步发展,建设和管理并重,才能有效保证有线广播电视的健康发展。

有线电视分机房在配置UPS电源时,要根据设备要求和负载大小确定UPS电源的类型和容量;再根据后备延时时间计算电池的容量和数量。同时介绍了UPS电源在安装时的注意事项、运行环境、日常维护以及远程监控。

本文介绍了市内电话维护管理系统体系结构的层次模型，讨论了各组成部分的关键技术及层间关系，给出了一种基于局域网和广域网的ＨＣ１１２（Ｈｙｐｏ Ｃｅｎｔｒａｌｉｚｅｄ１１２）的实现。     

Periodic maintenance and repair rate control in stochastic manufacturing systems

In this paper, we consider a periodic preventive maintenance, repair, and production model of a flexible manufacturing system with failure-prone machines, where the control variables are the repair rate and production rate. We use periodic preventive maintenance to reduce the machine failure rates and improve the productivity of the system. One of the distinct features of the model is that the repair rate is adjustable. Our objective is to choose a control process that minimizes the total cost of inventory/shortage, production, repair, and maintenance. Under suitable conditions, we show that the value function is locally Lipschitz and satisfies an Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equation. A sufficient condition for optimal control is obtained. Since analytic solutions are rarely available, we design an algorithm to approximate the optimal control problem. 现代电视播出系统的维护与管理

电视节目播出的安全性不仅仅依赖于质量优良的电视播出设备,还在很大程度上依赖于电视播出技术人员精湛的维护与管理技术。随着电视技术的数字化、信息化和网络化,现代电视播出系统和传统电视播出系统已有很大差别,电视播出系统的维护管理已由单一走向多元化,这就对我们电视播出系统维护人员提出了新的要求。通过对当前困难与挑战的分析,提出一套适应现代电视播出技术维护管理的新方法、新模式。     

基于节点能量的主动路由维护算法

在无线自组织网（MANETs）中对于服务质量（QoS）的支持是一项很有挑战的任务，而路由算法是保证QoS的一种重要手段，路由维护又是路由算法的一个重要组成部分。文中在分析了已有路由维护算法的基础上，提出了一种基于AODV的主动路由维护算法，它能够满足延时的严格要求，并且仅需要相对较少的网络资源。

对铁路运输生产中实行电务天窗作业管理中存在的主要问题进行详细的分析和阐述，提出了利用现代化的网络通信，建立铁路电务天窗作业管理信息系统的应用设计方案，并对天窗作业流程作了详细的描述，确立了系统架构和目标功能。     

Ant colony optimization for power plant maintenance scheduling optimization—a five-station hydropower system

A number of algorithms have been developed for the optimization of power plant maintenance schedules. However, the true test of such algorithms occurs when they are applied to real systems. In this paper, the application of an Ant Colony Optimization formulation to a hydropower system is presented. The formulation is found to be effective in handling various constraints commonly encountered in practice. Overall, the results obtained using the ACO formulation are better than those given by traditional methods using engineering judgment, which indicates the potential of ACO in solving realistic power plant maintenance scheduling problems.     

论通信动力系统运维效益的量化方法

为了实现通信动力系统运维管理部门的量化考核与绩效改进,文章提出了基于成本与网络风险损失的动力运维效益量化方法,直接计算单位成本的有效电度,并提供网络风险损失系数取值的建议。
