At present, the analytical method for paralytic shellfish poisoning (PSP) toxins in shellfish is the mouse bioassay (MBA), which is an official method of the Association of Analytical Communities (AOAC [8]). However, the low sensitivity and concerns over the number of live animals required for testing have been cited as the major reason for seeking its replacement. In this report, we employed an open-sandwich immunoassay (OS-IA) to detect gonyautoxin (GTX2/3), a kind of PSP toxins. OS-IA, which utilizes the antigen-induced enhancement of antibody VH/VL interaction, can measure a small molecule antigen in a noncompetitive format. Hence it has a wider working range and shorter measurement time. We isolated anti-GTX2/3 antibody gene from a hybridoma GT-13A by screening a Fab-displaying phage library. Then the vectors for OS-IA were constructed, and examined for antigen concentration-dependency of the VH/VL interaction by OS-ELISA. As a result, in each case, signal intensity increases notably in a wide concentration range (0.1 to >1000 ng mL−1) of free GTX2/3, which was enough to cover its regulation value (80 μg 100 g−1) in many countries. So OS-IA will be widely applicable to detect PSP toxins in shellfish meats and in drinking water.  相似文献

A new trimethylamine amination polychloromethyl styrene nanolatex (TMAPL) and TMAPL coated capillary column (ccc‐TMAPL) were successfully prepared. The TMAPL coating was characterized with reversed steady EOF values of ca. ?16.8 × 10?5 cm2 V?1 s?1. It was applied to establish open‐tubular (OT) CEC and field‐amplified sample stacking (FASS) OT‐CEC methods for the determination of bromate in tap water. Compared to OT‐CEC, the LOD with FASS‐OT‐CEC was improved from 80 to 8 ng/mL. The developed FASS‐OT‐CEC method was practically used for the analysis of bromate in tap water samples with recoveries ranging from 93.6 to 103.5%.  相似文献

Polystyrene (PS) nanoparticles coated by BSA, hereafter denoted as PS/BSA, were prepared and chemically immobilized for the first time onto a capillary inner wall for open‐tubular CEC (OTCEC). EOF and scanning electron micrography were used to characterize the prepared nanoparticle‐coated capillaries. To investigate the performance of the prepared columns in OTCEC, chiral separation of d ,l ‐tryptophan (dl ‐Trp) was performed in monolayer BSA‐modified capillary and PS/BSA nanoparticle‐coated columns. The results indicated that the nanoparticle‐modified column afforded a higher resolution compared with the monolayer type. Rapid enantioseparation of dl ‐Trp (within 3 min) was achieved with the PS/BSA‐immobilized column using an electroosmotic pump‐assisted CEC. Enantiomer separations of other compounds like dl ‐tyrosine and warfarin were also achieved with the column. Besides, run‐to‐run and column‐to‐column repeatabilities of the PS/BSA‐coated column in the chiral separation were systematically introduced.  相似文献

Three new metal phosphites, formulated as (H3O)2·Mn2(HPO3)3 (1), Co(bpy) (H2O) (HPO3) (2), and H2tmpda·Zn3(HPO3)4 (3), have been synthesized under solvent-free conditions, where bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine, and tmpda = N,N,N′,N′-tetramethyl-1,3-propanediamine. Compound 1 has a double-layered structure with a thickness of 5.68 Å. Compound 2 has an inorganic-organic hybrid framework with cobalt phosphite layers pillared by bpy ligands. Compound 3 has a three-dimensional open-framework structure containing 8-ring channels. The temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility of compounds 1 and 2 were also investigated.  相似文献

In this paper, the closed loop transmit diversity technology for the Wideband Code Division Multiple Access(WCDMA) systems is investigated in a multipath Rayleigh fading channel. The RAKE receiver model and the weighing vector algorithm are presented. The performance is theoretically analyzed in terms of the average maximal Signal-to-Noise Ratio(SNR) gain available over the Space-Time block coding based Transmit Diversity(STTD) technology. Theoretic analysis and simulation results show that the closed loop transmit diversity can provide a 3dB performance gain over the open loop scheme in a single path fading channel, while the performance gain decreases dramatically with the increasing inherent multipath diversity of the wireless channel.  相似文献

We address the investigation of non trivial properties of the energy current in boundary driven XXZ quantum spin models. In specific, we focus on the occurrence of the one-way street phenomenon in asymmetrical chains, a phenomenon stronger than rectification, which establishes the existence of a unique way for the energy current in the absence of external magnetic field, that is, the magnitude and direction of the energy flow does not change as we invert the baths at the boundaries. For general target polarizations at the boundaries, we show that such a phenomenon holds in the presence of long range interactions, ingredient which increases the flow and the rectification in chains of classical oscillators, and so, of interest in the study of manipulation and control of the energy flow.  相似文献

Designing robust control schemes in n-level open quantum system is significant for quantum computation. Here, we investigate two quantum control strategies based on supervised machine learning to suppress the quantum noise in an open quantum system. One is controlling state distance and the other is governing the average of a Hermitian operator. In this process, the dynamics of the system is mapped to a neural network where the control fields correspond to the weights. Besides, the system is transformed into the coherence Bloch space without using superoperator thus the complications are reduced largely. As an example, the two control protocols are demonstrated in a two-level and four-level systems, respectively. By applying these examples, the results show that the state of the system transfers to the target state and the average of a Hermitian operator to its minimum value in a given time despite disturbed by various types of noise.  相似文献

采用离子交联法制得纳米壳聚糖粒子溶液,通过静电吸附作用将其修饰于石英毛细管内表面形成涂层毛细管柱.通过场发射扫描电子显微镜观察到毛细管内壁有小丘状突起,表明纳米壳聚糖粒子已吸附于柱内层.检测了不同p H值下的电渗流变化趋势并与裸柱比较,结果显示修饰后的柱电渗流受到明显抑制,并在p H4.7的环境中能产生反向电渗流,该柱在不同p H值下电渗流的相对标准偏差(RSD)6%,日内、日间和柱间的RSD分别为1.46%,4.64%和14.43%,表明柱稳定性较好.通过分离3种中性物质甲苯、苯酚和硫脲考察了该柱的色谱行为,出峰顺序与其极性大小顺序一致,表明纳米涂层起到极性固定相的作用.用该柱成功分离了3种碱性蛋白质溶菌酶、细胞色素c和核糖核酸酶A,柱效分别为39481,42610和245373Plate/m,重现性良好,表明纳米涂层可有效抑制碱性蛋白质的吸附作用.  相似文献

We study the asymptotic entanglement of three identical qubits under the action of a Markovian open system dynamics that does not distinguish them. We show that by adding a completely depolarized qubit to a special class of two-qubit states, by letting them reach the asymptotic state and by finally eliminating the added qubit, can provide more entanglement than by direct immersion of the two qubits within the same environment.  相似文献
