GPON体系结构研究

千兆比特无源光网络(GPON)是一种面向下一代网络(NGN)的接入技术,它具有速率高、传输距离长、效率高和可伸缩性强等关键优势.同时,GPON支持引入更高带宽的以太网新业务,并能低成本提供传统的语音服务.介绍了GPON的标准化进展,分析了GPON的系统结构和协议参考模型,并给出了传输汇聚层的分层结构.     

蓝牙语音网络通信研究

对蓝牙语音网络通信进行了研究,分析了蓝牙网络的构成和通信机制;从理论上研究了微微网的语音通信中点对点与一点对多点通信,分析了同步面向连接(SCO)链路的配置;对于蓝牙散射网的语音通信,根据蓝牙协议和散射网的特点分析了其实现所面临的困难。     

基于加密电路构造的移动代理保护安全模型的研究

本文主要讨论保护移动代理免受恶意主机攻击的问题.在指出现有的基于"加密函数"的移动代理保护方法不足的同时作者提出了一种基于可信任元素的安全代理保护模型.这种可信任元素不同于可信任硬件如智能卡和协处理器,它是一种基于加密电路构造的第三方服务称为可信任服务.文中给出了移动代理计算的形式化描述,并说明了纯软件保护方法是不可行的,在介绍完加密电路构造方法后给出了基本模型来说明如何借助于可信任服务实现安全性,并对模型进一步扩充,最后给出应用该模型的一个实例分析.     

推进实验室开放深化实验教学改革

经济社会的发展呼唤着人才培养模式的转变,从高校教育改革发展趋势和学校实验室建设、实验教学改革实际需要出发,进行实验室开放的实践与探索,建立校级实验室开放体系,深化实验教学改革,促进实验室建设与发展。     

江苏省品牌专业"电气工程及其自动化"建设的实践与思考

总结了“电气工程及其自动化”专业创建江苏省品牌专业的历程、举措及经验等。根据江苏省品牌专业建设目标和时代发展对高素质人才的需求,阐述了专业建设目标和改革思路,制订了培养方案和课程体系,通过深化教学改革。提高师资水平,建立完整的教学管理体系,全面推进教学质量工程。取得了较好成绩。最后介绍了我们的一些体会和认识。

A novel indoor geo-location method using MIMO array

In a Multiple-Input Multiple-Output （MIMO） Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing （OFDM） based Wireless Local Area Network （WLAN） system, both Access Points （APs） and Mobile Terminals （MTs） are configured with multiple antennas, to make novel indoor geo-location method possible. In this paper, we presented a novel Least Square Support Vector Machine （LS-SVM） based data fusion algorithm to fuse signal strength measurements for indoor geo-location using only a single AP with MIMO arrays. We evaluate our proposed algorithms under indoor environments by MATLAB simulations. Simulation results show that our MIMO-based algorithm is superior to conventional least square algorithm.     

加强实验教学环境内涵建设 提高环境育人质量

在实验室里的实验教学过程涉及到教书育人、管理育人、服务育人和环境育人。一个良好的实验环境不仅能够对学生起到潜移默化的教育作用,而且对教书育人、管理育人和服务育人工作的开展和实施也能起到推动和促进作用。本文主要介绍厦门大学化学国家级实验教学示范中心"以学生为中心",在强化实验教学环境内涵建设、提高实验环境育人质量方面的一些做法和体会,以期更好地为实验教学"思政"提供可复制、可推广的建设方案。     

提升化学学科核心素养的高中化学教学——以“金属的防护”为例

针对人教版选修1《化学反应原理》第4章第3节“金属的腐蚀与防护”课时2“金属的防护”进行教学实践探索,融合STEM教育理念促进知识与社会生活结合。选用任务情境“家用电热水器碳钢内胆防腐”,通过实验探究构建起电化学防护的认知模型,再将模型应用于实际生产生活问题的解决,进行热水器内胆的防腐设计。在真实情境问题的解决中,将知识、方法、应用等3者融合,培养学生的问题意识和创新思维,逐步内化并表现出化学学科核心素养。     

Agent-Based Network Modeling Study of Immune Responses in Progression of Ulcerative Colitis

Ulcerative colitis, an inflammatory bowel disease, is a chronic inflammatory disorder that results in ulcers of the colon and rectum without known etiology.Ulcerative colitis causes a huge public health care burden particularly in developed countries.Many studies suggest that ulcerative colitis results from an abnormal immune response against components of commensal microbiota in genetically susceptible individuals.However, understanding of the disease mechanisms at cellular and molecular levels remains largely elusive.In this paper, a network model is developed based on our previous study and computer simulations are performed using an agent-based network modeling to elucidate the dynamics of immune response in ulcerative colitis progression.Our modeling study identifies several important positive feedback loops as a driving force for ulcerative colitis initiation and progression.The results demonstrate that although immune response in ulcerative colitis patients is dominated by anti-inflammatory/regulatory cells such as alternatively activated macrophages and type Ⅱ natural killer T cells, proinflammatory cells including classically activated macrophages, T helper 1 and T helper 17 cells, and their secreted cytokines tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-12, interleukin-23, interleukin-17 and interferon-γ remain at certain levels (lower than those in Crohn's disease, another inflammatory bowel disease).Long-term exposure to these proinflammatory components, causes mucosal tissue damage persistently, leading to ulcerative colitis.Our simulation results are qualitatively in agreement with clinical and laboratory measurements, offering novel insight into the disease mechanisms.
