Establishing techniques to efficiently and nondestructively access the intracellular milieu is essential for many biomedical and scientific applications, ranging from drug delivery, to electrical recording, to biochemical detection. Cell penetration using nanoneedle arrays is currently a research focus area because it not only meets the increasing therapeutic demands of cell modifications and genome editing, but also provides an ideal platform for tracking long‐term intracellular information. Although the precise mechanism driving membrane penetration by nanoneedle arrays is still unclear, the low cytotoxicity, wide range of delivered materials, diverse cell type targets, and simple material structures of nanoneedle arrays make these splendid platforms for cell access. Here, the recent progress in this field is reviewed by examining device architectures and discussing mechanisms for nanoneedle penetration, and the major studies demonstrating the most general applicability of nanoneedle arrays, typical methodologies to access the intracellular environment using nanoneedles with spontaneous or assisted penetration modes, as well as biosafety aspects are presented. This review should be valuable for deeply understanding the materials fabrication principles, device designs, cell penetration methodologies, biosafety aspects, and application strategies of nanoneedle array‐based systems that are of crucial importance for the development of future practical biomedical platforms. 相似文献

Beam space multiple‐input multiple‐output (B‐MIMO) systems operating at mmWave frequency in downlink uses different beam selection techniques for reducing the required number of radio frequency chains without apparent performance loss. In this paper, a joint beam selection and user association scheme with the objective of sum rate maximization is proposed. The proposed work on beam selection is based on a norm and uncorrrelation based approach, which considers channel correlation among the users so as to avoid inter‐user interference. Two different methods for beam user association with one modelled as a balanced assignment problem based on average sum assignment method and the other method that associates an optimal beam to every user by considering their channel gain values are also proposed along with beam selection. The proposed beam assignment methods are less complex and efficient in finding a suitable beam to every user within the cell. Simulation results show that the proposed method accomplish comparable performance in terms of sum rate and energy efficiency with appreciably low computational complexity relative to the existing methods in a correlated environment. 相似文献

宏孔硅阵列(MSA)在光子晶体、硅微通道板、MEMS 器件等领域应用前景广阔,引起人们广泛关注。为制备理想的MSA结构,本文开展了MSA光电化学方法腐蚀实验,重点研究了腐蚀电流密度对宏孔形貌的影响。给出了n型硅抛光片背面光照情况下在氢氟酸溶液中的电流-电压扫描曲线,讨论了临界电流密度JPS的意义和MSA稳定生长的基本电流密度条件。提出了一种间接地测量JPS与腐蚀时间关系的方法,并根据JPS的测量结果调整腐蚀电流,实现了理想的MSA等径生长,制备出孔深度为295m,长径比为98的MSA结构。 相似文献

建立了一种对称电极组交流电渗流微泵结构,通过改变相邻电极间的AC信号相位,可以方便地实现对微通道流向的控制。根据双电层离子数的空间位阻效应修正,数值求解了双电层Poisson-Boltzmann方程和液体流动Navier-Stokes方程,得到了对称电极组交流电渗微泵的流动特性。分析了微泵流速与交流电压幅值、频率等参数的关系特性,并与双电层Debye-Hückel线性解进行比较。结果表明,空间位阻效应修正在低电压时与Debye-Hückel线性解一致,但是在高电压时会产生高频反向流。 相似文献

Well‐aligned hierarchical nanoarrays containing ZnO core and layered double hydroxide (LDH) nanoplatelets shell have been synthesized via a facile electrosynthesis method. The resulting ZnO@CoNi–LDH core?shell nanoarray exhibits promising behavior in photoelectrochemical water splitting, giving rise to a largely enhanced photocurrent density as well as stability; much superior to those of ZnO‐based photoelectrodes. This is attributed to the successful integration of photogenerated electron–hole separation originating from the ZnO core and the excellent electrocatalytic activity of LDH shell. This work provides a facile and cost‐effective strategy for the fabrication of multifunctional nanoarrays with a hierarchical structure, which can be potentially used in energy storage and conversion devices. 相似文献

采用低成本、高效率的压印技术实现了高密度相变存储器(PCRAM)存储阵列的制备,开发出Si2Sb2Te5(SST)新材料的4Gbit/inch2存储阵列,存储单元面积为0.04μm2;利用SEM观测压印获得的光刻胶图形阵列以及刻蚀后的SST存储阵列,其单元外形均具有高度的一致性,且单元特征尺寸的3倍标准差均小于6nm;利用AFM研究了SST存储单元的I-V特性,阈值电压为1.56V,高、低电阻态阻值变化超过两个数量级。实验结果表明了SST新材料及压印技术在PCRAM芯片中的应用价值。 相似文献

提出把混合优化算法IGA-EDSPSO(Improved Genetic Algorithm-Extremum Disturbed Simple Particle Swarm Optimization)和基于RWG基函数的MoM-PO混合算法用于最小阵元间距约束的稀布阵列设计中.通过调整阵元间距来优化辐射阵因子,改善了阵列天线的辐射性能.与以前的方法相比,该方法在处理大型阵列时,降低了对计算机资源的需求,有效地实现了考虑互耦情况下副瓣电平的抑制,真实地考虑了天线的整个结构对于方向图的影响,对低副瓣电平阵列天线的设计有一定的指导意义和参考价值. 相似文献

Cobalt phosphide(CoP) is a promising anode candidate for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs) due to its high specific capacity and low working potential.However,the poor cycling stability and rate performance,caused by low electrical conductivity and huge volume variation,impede the further practical application of CoP anode materials.Herein,we report an integrated binder-free electrode featuring needle-like CoP arrays grown on carbon fiber cloth(CC) for efficient lithium storage.The as-prepared CoP/CC electrode integrates the advantages of 1 D needle-like CoP arrays for efficient electrolyte wettability and fast cha rge transpo rtation,and 3 D CC substrate for superior mechanical stability,flexibility and high conductivity.As a result,the CoP/CC electrode delivers an initial specific capacity of 1283 mAh/g and initial Coulombic effeciencies of 85.4%,which are much higher than that of conventional CoP electrode.Notably,the Co P/CC electrode shows outstanding cycling performance up to 400 cycles at 0.5 A/cm2 and excellent rate performance with a discharge capacity of 549 mAh/g even at 5 A/cm2.This work demonstrates the great potential of integrated CoP/CC hybrid as efficient bind-free and freestanding electrode for LIBs and future flexible electronic devices. 相似文献
