InP基应变补偿结构偏振不灵敏半导体光放大器制作的研究

为了制备偏振不灵敏的半导体光放大器(SOA)，将有源区设计为由4个压应变、3个张应变阱层及晶格匹配的垒层InGaAsP交替组合而成的应变补偿结构。器件做成带有倾角的扇形脊形波导结构，避免了常规制作SOA的复杂工艺。对样品3在80～125mA电流范围内，获得了偏振灵敏度≤0．6dB．最小可达0．1dB；较大的电流范围内FWHM值为40nm。     

一种基于bit位的运动补偿方法

本文讨论了等离子体显示屏所特有的在显示运动画面时出现的伪轮廓线现象，对产生的原因进行了分析并给出了软件模拟的结果。在此基础上，提出了一种基于bit位的运动补偿方法来改善运动图像的画面质量，同时根据人眼的视觉特征对补偿方法做了进一步的优化。最后对基于bit位的运动补偿方法进行了比较和验证，结果表明基于bit位的运动补偿方法可以基本消除运动画面的伪轮廓线现象。

Motion Perception Using Analog VLSI

Motion perception is arguably a fundamental mechanism used by natural species to accomplish a number of tasks, such as navigating freely in an unknown environment. Traditional motion perception methods tend to be computationally intensive, requiring powerful computers and large memories. However, by copying biological mechanisms, such as elementary motion discrimination at the early stages of the visual processing paths, it should be possible to build small and efficient motion perception systems. This paper describes the manner in which a simple motion perception model based on the insect visual system has been implemented using mixed analog/digital VLSI. The device has been fabricated in a 2 micron double metal, double polysilicon process, and comprises 61 photo-detectors, and associated analog and digital circuitry. While not entirely successful in that component mismatches hamper the detection of dark-to-bright changes in contrast, the results clearly show the feasibility of using such a device in autonomous control systems.     

薄膜干涉型光学全通滤波器的设计与分析

设计并分析了用于多信道色谱补偿的薄膜Gires-Tournois干涉仪（GTI）型光学全通滤波（OAPF），讨论了反射镜的膜层结构对器件 的群延迟谱和反射谱的影响，。以及大角度入射引起的偏分离现象和幅度畸变现象，给出了单级和多级串拉OAPF的初步设计结果。     

G.652光纤长途传输系统的色散补偿

针对当前国内长途传输光缆系统在扩容过程中，因光信号色散而影响传输质量的现象，结合实际工程建设，分析了光信号色散的危害及其成因，并提出了相应的解决办法及建议。     

离轴非球面轮廓测量导轨直线度误差补偿模型

由于研磨阶段非球面的面形误差将由几十微米收敛到几个微米,因此采用高重复精度的离散测量技术是决定误差收敛效率、影响加工进程的关键。在新一代数控光学加工中心(FSGJ Ⅱ)上,设计了双测头对非球面进行面形定量检测的轮廓测量机构。通过对测头运动导轨在x、z方向的直线精度的分析,建立了导轨直线度误差补偿模型,以较低的成本实现了较高的测量精度。     

视频编码中的块运动估计算法

在视频压缩的一些国际标准，如Ｈ．２６１，Ｈ．２６３，ＭＰＥＧ０－１，ＭＰＥＧ－２，ＨＤＴＶ中，视频系统编码器的复杂性最主要取决于运动估计。下文以ＭＰＥＧ－２编码器为例，通过计算机模拟实验，得出了一些常用运动估计算法的对比实验结果，以及采用常用的几种匹配函数的对比实验结果。

Pushing Squares Around

We study dynamic self-reconfiguration of modular metamorphic systems. We guarantee the feasibility of motion planning in a rectangular model consisting of square modules that are allowed to slide along or rotate about one another. That is, we show that any two connected configurations of the same number of modules can be transformed into each other by a sequence of moves so that all intermediate configurations are connected. This settles a conjecture formulated in [6].
