基于分子印迹技术的牛血清白蛋白电位式传感器的研究

以牛血清白蛋白(BSA)为模板,合成了分子印迹聚合物凝胶(MIP),进而制得了以聚氯乙烯(PVC)为支撑膜的BSA电位式传感器。采用直接电位法测得BSA在浓度0.1～1.0 mg/mL范围内与电位呈线性关系。此电极制作简单,可用于BSA的测定。     

Conformational analysis of N-aryl-N-(2-azulenyl)acetamides

Aromatic amides bearing 2-azulenyl group on the amide nitrogen were synthesized and their structures were investigated. The π-electron density of the N-aryl group was found to influence the cis-trans conformational preferences of these compounds in solution. X-ray crystallography revealed that the plane of the 2-azulenyl ring has a strong tendency to lie coplanar with the amide plane when the azulene group is located on the same side as the amide oxygen atom.     

Acid/base controllable self-complexes that mimic flapping butterfly

A new type of self-complexed bis-crown ether containing two bis(p-phenylene)-34-crown-10 (BPP34C10) ether rings and two secondary ammoniums has been synthesized and characterized. The formation of these bis-self-complexes has been identified by NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and X-ray analysis. The acid/base controlled movement of these bis–crown ethers can mimic a flapping butterfly.     

Light-induced cis/trans isomerization of cis-[Pd(L-S,O)2] and cis-[Pt(L-S,O)2] complexes of chelating N,N-dialkyl-N′-acylthioureas: key to the formation and isolation of trans isomers

Irradiation cis-[M(Lⁿ-S,O)₂] complexes (M = Pt^II, Pd^II) derived from N,N-dialkyl-N′-benzoylthioureas (HLⁿ) with various sources of intense visible polychromatic or monochromatic light with λ < 500 nm leads to light-induced cis?→?trans isomerization in organic solvents. In all cases, white light derived from several sources or monochromatic blue-violet laser 405 nm light, efficiently results in substantial amounts of the trans isomer appearing in solution, as shown by ¹H NMR and/or reversed-phase HPLC separation in dilute solutions at room temperature. The extent and relative rates of cis/trans isomerization induced by in situ laser light (λ = 405 nm) of cis-[Pd(L²-S,O)₂] was directly monitored by ¹H NMR and ¹⁹⁵Pt NMR spectroscopy of selected cis-[Pt(L-S,O)₂] compounds in chloroform-d; both with and without light irradiation allows the δ(¹⁹⁵Pt) chemical shifts cis/trans isomer pairs to be recorded. The cis/trans isomers appear to be in a photo-thermal equilibrium between the thermodynamically favored cis isomer and its trans counterpart. In the dark, the trans isomer reverts back to the cis complex in what is probably a thermal process. The light-induced cis/trans process is the key to preparing and isolating the rare trans complexes which cannot be prepared by conventional synthesis as confirmed by the first example of trans-[Pd(L-S,O)₂] characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, deliberately prepared after photo-induced isomerization in acetonitrile solution.     

分子烙印聚合物作为高效毛细管电泳添加剂的研究

分子洛印聚合物（molecular imprinted polymer)是一种高选择的有分子记忆效应的主体分子,通常在非极性环境中制备和应用。该文在极性溶剂中利用离子化作用和疏水作用制备了非共价的分子烙印聚合物,并将其作为高效毛细管电泳流动相添加剂;在含水缓冲溶液条件下,研究了单体种类、分子烙印聚合物颗粒度和含量、缓冲溶液pH值以及分离电压对分子烙印聚合物识别模板分子的影响。结果证明了在质子溶剂中制备和应用非共价分子烙印聚合物是可行的。     

锌卟啉对氨基酸甲酯手性分子识别的理论研究

用Tripos力场和分子力学方法研究了手笥锌卟啉的最低能量构象,并用分子动力学模拟了锌卟啉对氨基酸甲酯的识别过程,发现锌卟啉与D-氨基酸酯结合能力强于L-氨基酸,这与热力学实验结果一致.     

新型磷酸硅铝分子筛SAPO-56的合成与表征

以N,N,N',N'-四甲基-1,6-己二胺(TMHD)为模板剂,采用水热法在Al₂O₃-P₂O₅-SiO₂体系中合成了SAPO-56分子筛.固定模板剂和水,得到Al-Si-P三元体系相图.当原料物质的量比为0.52)/n(M)<0.7(M=SiO²⁺Al₂O³⁺P₂O₅),0.152O₃)/n(M)<0.4及0.12O₅)/n(M)<0.3时,出现SAPO-56合成的纯相区.固定合成凝胶中硅、铝、磷和水的量,模板剂的用量改变对合成影响较大.n(TMHD)/n(P₂O₅)≥2时,产物是纯SAPO-56.用XRD,SEM,IR,DTA-TG和吸附等方法研究了产物的物化性能.结果表明,SAPO-56分子筛具有较好的热稳定性(骨架坍塌温度为1150℃)和较大的水吸附量(41%).SAPO-56分子筛催化剂对甲醇转化制烯烃反应表现出了良好的催化活性和较高的C₂和C₃烯烃选择性.     

DESIGN AND PHOTOFUNCTIONS OF DENDRIMER-ENCAPSULATED POLY(PHENYLENEETHYNYLENE)S

A series of dendrimer-encapsulated poly(phenyleneethynylene)s 4～6 were Synthesize d. The light-harvesting antenna functions of dendrimer frameworks together with the blue-light emitting activities of 4～6 were highlighted.     

C2H2在Ru(1010)表面上的分子轨道对称性

利用角分辨紫外光电子能谱对低温下（160 K）乙炔（C2H2）气体在Ru()表面的吸附 进行了研究.实验结果表明：乙炔的C-C轴并不平行于衬底表面, C-C轴在<0001>晶向和表 面法线组成的平面内有一定的倾斜.与气相乙炔分子不同,在Ru()表面吸附的乙炔分子的C-H 轴不是沿C-C轴向.
