随着人类生活的高速化、信息化和移动化 ,包括个人视讯 (信息或娱乐 )在内的多媒体移动通信将成为人们不可或缺的生活需要。在移动的情况下 ,一切视讯 /通信都应是一个有机的整体 ,必然要求“三移动网含一”。又由于在移动网的情形下 ,技术最新、历史负担最小 ,“三移动网”也才有可能真正“合一”。同时 ,“移动 (无线 )接入”也将是现有网络的薄弱点———“接入网”的最佳手段和最后终结。基于国际上近年来实施数字地面电视积累的丰富经验 ,新一代“多载波扩频”技术为我国数字地面电视的发展开创了无限生机。以数字地面电视的分布化、双向化、基站化的“蜂窝单频网”为基础 ,在VHF/UHF波段上利用最先进的现代信号处理 /数字通信技术 ,将我国的移动地面电视 (MobileTelevision Terrestrial)、、移动通信 (MoblleTelecommunication)、移动因特网 (MobileTCP/IP)在全面的系统、协议、设备、终端、服务的意义上统一为整体 ,从国外的“多协议、多业务、多制式”的纷繁巢臼和历史负担中脱颖而出 ,把我国交互式地面电视网开发成一个无线、移动、宽带的双向数据通道———“三移动网合一 (ThreeMTinOne)” ,并采用光因特网 (IPoverOptical/IPoverDWDM)为主干网。本文在国内外率先提出了“三移动网合一”的解  相似文献

The nature of water–macromolecule interactions in aqueous model polymers has been investigated using quantitative measurements of magnetization transfer. Cross-linked polymer gels composed of 94% water, 3%N,N′-methylene-bis-acrylamide, and 3% functional monomer (acrylamide, methacrylamide, acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, 2-hydroxyethyl-acrylate, or 2-hydroxyethyl-methacrylate) were studied. Water–macromolecule interactions were modified by varying the pH and specific functional group on the monomer. The magnitudes of the interactions were quantified by measuring the rate of proton nuclear spin magnetization exchange between the polymer matrix and the water. This rate was highly sensitive to the presence of carboxyl side groups on the macromolecule. However, the dependence of the rate on pH was not consistent with simple acid/base-catalyzed chemical exchange, and instead, the data suggest that multiequilibria proton exchange, a wide distribution in surface group pKvalues, and/or a macromolecular structural dependence on pH may play a significant role in magnetization transfer in polymer systems. These model polymer gels afford useful insights into the relevance of chemical composition and chemical dynamics on relaxation in tissues.  相似文献

The aim of the present investigation was to determine spin lock (SL) relaxation parameters for the normal brain tissues and thus, to provide basis for optimizing the imaging contrast at 0.1 T. 68 healthy volunteers were included. On-resonance spin lock relaxation time (T) and off-resonance spin lock relaxation parameters (Toff, Me/Mo), MT parameters (T1sat, Ms/Mo), and T1, T2 were determined for the cortical gray matter, and for the frontal and parietal white matters. The T for the frontal and parietal white matters ranged from 110 to 133 ms and from 122 to 155 ms with locking field strengths from 50 μT to 250 μT, respectively. Accordingly, the values for the gray matter ranged from 127 to 155 ms. With a locking field strength of 50 μT, Toff for the frontal and parietal white matters were from 114 to 217 ms and from 126 to 219 ms, and for the gray matter from 136 to 267 ms with the angle between the effective magnetic field (Beff) and the z-axis (θ) ranging from 60° to 15°, respectively. The T of the white and gray matters increased significantly with increasing locking field amplitude (p < 0.001). The Toff decreased significantly with increasing θ (p < 0.001). T and Toff with θ ≥ 30° were statistically significantly shorter in the frontal than in the parietal white matters (p < 0.05). The duration, amplitude and θ of the locking pulse provide additional parameters to optimize contrast in brain SL imaging.  相似文献

Mercury, a highly toxic metal found widely throughout the environment, is a potent inducer of metallothionein (MT) expression. The role of MTs in the detoxification of mercury after its oral intake in mammals is studied. After feeding rats with mercuric chloride by gastric gavage, the distribution of heavy metals in rat tissues was investigated by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP‐MS). Extensive accumulation of mercury, copper and zinc in kidney and liver is observed. A homemade preparative size‐exclusion chromatography (SEC) column (30 cm × 1.9 cm) packed with Sephadex G‐75 (40–120 µm particle size) gel (Pharmacia) was used for the purification of MT fractions in rat tissues. Preliminary results from SEC indicate that the mercury‐binding MT levels in liver were much lower than in kidney. The MT fractions were collected, desalted, and then separated by reversed‐phase high‐performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with UV–Vis spectrometry, ICP‐MS and electrospray ionization MS detection. One major and several minor peaks were observed in the HPLC chromatograms of the MT fraction for the kidney sample. UV absorption spectra indicate that MTs were found to bind with mercury. There were no significant mercury‐binding MTs detected in the liver sample using UV detection. ICP‐MS detection showed that mercury‐binding MTs in kidney contained large amounts of mercury and copper but little zinc. Further characterization with ESI‐MS showed that the major peak found in kidney contained Hg6Cu, Hg5Cu2MT‐2c and Hg6MT‐2β, Hg6Cu‐MT‐1γ, Hg7MT‐2α. However, distinction between copper and zinc could not be made based on current mass spectrometric analysis because of instrumental resolution limitations. Deployment of small cells over the existing cellular network is an effective solution to improve the system coverage and throughput of fifth generation (5G) mobile communication networks. The arrival of the 5G mobile networks have demonstrated the importance of advanced scheduling techniques to manage the limited frequency spectrum available while achieving 5G transmission requirements. Cellular networks of the future necessitate the formulation of efficient resource allocation schemes that mitigate the interference between the different cells. In this research work, we formulate an optimization problem for heterogenous networks (HetNets) for resource allocation to maximize the system throughput among the cell center users (CCUs) and cell edge users (CEUs). We solve the optimization problem by effective utilization of the weight factors distribution for resource allocation. A novel Utility-based Resource Scheduling Algorithm (URSA) optimizes the resource sharing among the users with better delay budget of each application. The designed URSA ameliorates fairness along with reduced cross layer interference for real and non-real time applications. Performance of the URSA has been evaluated and compared most relevant state of art algorithms using the matlab based simulators. Furthermore, simulation results validate the superiority of the proposed scheduling scheme against conventional techniques in terms of throughput, fairness, and spectral efficiency.  相似文献

针对尺度缩放和角度旋转变化目标相关识别率低的问题,在联合相关识别中加入傅里叶-梅林变换方法.采用傅里叶-梅林变换(FMT)中的对数极坐标变换、梅林变换、傅里叶变换具有的旋转、尺度、平移(RST)不变性,可以提高JTC图像识别的性能,实现畸变-不变图像的识别.利用联合变换相关器对角度旋转0°~40°、尺度变化0~20%的目标进行计算机仿真实验.实验结果表明:在JTC中采用FMT可以实现畸变-不变图像的识别.  相似文献

Exchange-spring TbFeCo/YFeCo multilayers exhibit interesting magnetic and magnetostrictive properties that are rather promising for application in microsystems. In this paper, we present a study of the effect of the exchange coupling on the magnetic properties of these magnetostrictive multilayers. An exchange bias phenomenon, revealed by a shift of the minor hysteresis loop along the applied field axis, is found as the result of the creation of interfacial domain walls. This effect strongly depends on the magnetic properties of the soft YFeCo layer, and becomes more pronounced at low temperatures due to the enhancement of the magnitude of the exchange coupling between the layers.  相似文献
