Conductive composite films of poly(styrene‐co‐n‐butylacrylate) copolymers filled with low‐density, Ni‐plated core‐shell polymeric particles were prepared and their behaviors of positive temperature coefficient of resistance (PTCR) were investigated. When the conductive fillers in the composite film were loaded beyond the critical volume, 10 up to 25 vol %, composite films exhibited a unique electrical resistant transition behavior, which the electrical resistance rapidly increased by several orders of magnitude at the critical temperature. The PTCR transition temperature, in general, occurred before the glass transition temperature of polymer matrix. Further increased the conductive filler loading to 30 vol %, the overpacked conduction paths were formed in the entire composite and the PTCR effects became blurred. While the composite film treated with thermal cycle several times from room temperature up to 120 °C, the electrical resistivity increased accompanied with the shift of the PTCR transition to lower temperature. Bacterial trapping using nanonets is a ubiquitous immune defense mechanism against infectious microbes. These nanonets can entrap microbial cells, effectively arresting their dissemination and rendering them more vulnerable to locally secreted microbicides. Inspired by this evolutionarily conserved anti-infective strategy, a series of 15 to 16 residue-long synthetic β-hairpin peptides is herein constructed with the ability to self-assemble into nanonets in response to the presence of bacteria, enabling spatiotemporal control over microbial killing. Using amyloid-specific K114 assay and confocal microscopy, the membrane components lipoteichoic acid and lipopolysaccharide are shown to play a major role in determining the amyloid-nucleating capacity as triggered by Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria respectively. These nanonets displayed both trapping and killing functionalities, hence offering a direct improvement from the trap-only biomimetics in literature. By substituting a single turn residue of the non-amyloidogenic BTT1 peptide, the nanonet-forming BTT1-3A analog is produced with comparable antimicrobial potency. With the same sequence manipulation approach, BTT2-4A analog modified from BTT2 peptide showed improved antimicrobial potency against colistin-resistant clinical isolates. The peptide nanonets also demonstrated robust stability against proteolytic degradation, and promising in vivo efficacy and biosafety profile. Overall, these bacteria-responsive peptide nanonets are promising clinical anti-infective alternatives for circumventing antibiotic resistance. 相似文献

Triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) have attracted great interests in the development of sustainable energies and intelligent society. However, a big challenge for TENGs in practical applications is the unavoidable external mechanical abrasion and/or contaminant adsorption on the triboelectric materials, which leads to the significant decrease of the durability of TENGs and is urgently needed to be addressed. There are already a series of interesting progresses on the topic of the TENGs’ durability. In this study, reviewing the durability of TENGs via both the advanced materials/structure designing and the novel surface/interface engineering is focused upon, which includes choosing basic TENG materials, improving composites performance, optimizing structures, and designing triboelectric surfaces and interfaces. To get a better understanding of the durability of TENGs in published studies, the quantifiable levels of service life are also summarized including operation cycles, time, friction coefficient, and wear loss of triboelectric materials, where the boosting mechanisms are also discussed and summarized. 叉指背接触式(IBC)太阳电池因正面没有金属栅线遮挡,具有较高的短路电流,且组件外观更加美观。但由于IBC太阳电池正负电极在背面交叉式分布,在制备过程中需要采用光刻掩模技术进行隔离,难以实现大规模生产。采用Quokka软件仿真模拟了电阻率和扩散方阻对n型IBC太阳电池效率的影响,并对不同电阻率和扩散方阻的电池片进行了实验验证,从n型单晶硅片电阻率的选择和扩散工艺优化方面为IBC太阳电池的规模化生产提供了理论基础。实验结果表明,电阻率为3~5Ω·cm、扩散方阻为70Ω/时,小批量生产的IBC太阳电池平均光电转换效率可达23.73%,开路电压为693 mV,短路电流密度为42.44 mA/cm2,填充因子为80.69%。 相似文献

为了探寻电流脉冲泄流时,设备的接地是否有效可靠,用FDTD法分析了脉冲泄流时均一土壤、分层土壤及局部改善土壤的电导率对冲击接地阻抗(TGR)的影响。结果表明:大地电导率对冲击接地阻抗的影响很大;对均一土壤,TGR随大地电导率的增大而减小,大地电导率越大,TGR对接地体的埋深越不敏感。对分层土壤,接地体要埋在大地电导率大的土壤层中,且不要靠近交界面;局部改善大地导电性能对降低TGR效果明显,TGR对改善区域的体积非常敏感,而当电导率大于一定值时,大地电导率的再增加,对TGR的影响不明显。 相似文献
