利用辐射方法制备硫酸根离子选择电极活性材料,至今未见报导,我们首次采用辐射接枝方法制备了以疏水性高分子为骨架的带有SO~-活性基团的功能高分子活性材料,研制了硫酸根离子选择电极。结果表明,该电极具有内阻低,响应快,稳定性较好的特点,且其功能曲线的线性范围为10~(-1)~10~(-4)MSO_4~-,适宜的pH范围为4~9。  相似文献

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is the key to unlock treasures of Chinese civilization. TCM and its compound play a beneficial role in medical activities to cure diseases, especially in major public health events such as novel coronavirus epidemics across the globe. The chemical composition in Chinese medicine formula is complex and diverse, but their effective substances resemble “mystery boxes”. Revealing their active ingredients and their mechanisms of action has become focal point and difficulty of research for herbalists. Although the existing research methods are numerous and constantly updated iteratively, there is remain a lack of prospective reviews. Hence, this paper provides a comprehensive account of existing new approaches and technologies based on previous studies with an in vitro to in vivo perspective. In addition, the bottlenecks of studies on Chinese medicine formula effective substances are also revealed. Especially, we look ahead to new perspectives, technologies and applications for its future development. This work reviews based on new perspectives to open horizons for the future research. Consequently, herbal compounding pharmaceutical substances study should carry on the essence of TCM while pursuing innovations in the field.  相似文献

Summary A homology model building study of cytochrome P450 2D6 has been carried out based on the crystal structure of cytochrome P450 101. The primary sequences of P450 101 and P450 2D6 were aligned by making use of an automated alignment procedure. This alignment was adjusted manually by matching -helices (C, D, G, I, J, K and L) and -sheets (3/4) of P450 101 that are proposed to be conserved in membrane-bound P450s (Ouzounis and Melvin [Eur. J. Biochem., 198 (1991) 307]) to the corresponding regions in the primary amino acid sequence of P450 2D6. Furthermore, -helices B, B and F were found to be conserved in P450 2D6. No significant homology between the remaining regions of P450 101 and P450 2D6 could be found and these regions were therefore deleted. A 3D model of P450 2D6 was constructed by copying the coordinates of the residues from the crystal structure of P450 101 to the corresponding residues in P450 2D6. The regions without a significant homology with P450 101 were not incorporated into the model. After energy-minimization of the resulting 3D model of P450 2D6, possible active site residues were identified by fitting the substrates debrisoquine and dextrometorphan into the proposed active site. Both substrates could be positioned into a planar pocket near the heme region formed by residues Val370, Pro371, Leu372, Trp316, and part of the oxygen binding site of P450 2D6. Furthermore, the carboxylate group of either Asp100 or Asp301 was identified as a possible candidate for the proposed interaction with basic nitrogen atom(s) of the substrates. These findings are in accordance with a recently published predictive model for substrates of P450 2D6 [Koymans et al., Chem. Res. Toxicol., 5 (1992) 211].  相似文献

Previous work on the electrochemistry of palladium in aqueous acid solution demonstrated the existence of two multilayer hydrous oxide reduction peaks, one at ca. 0.24 V and another at ca. 0.55 V vs. RHE, plus the presence of a reversible active surface state transition at ca. 0.24 V. In the present work with thermally activated palladium it was observed that, in agreement with the hydrous oxide reduction behaviour of the system, there is a second active state transition at E≥ca. 0.45 V. In most of its reactions in aqueous acid solution, apart from its unusual capacity to absorb hydrogen, palladium exhibits properties very similar to those of platinum; however, palladium seems to be more prone to dissolution and subsurface oxygen formation. Also the premonolayer oxidation responses of these two metals are often different as the more active state of the palladium surface is not as readily generated as that of platinum. The electrocatalytic properties of palladium, as reported earlier, correlate quite well with the hydrous oxide and premonolayer oxidation behaviour of this electrode system. The enzymatic activity of diaphorase (Dp) immobilized on a solid substrate was characterized using a scanning electrochemical microscope (SECM) with shear force feedback to control the substrate-probe distance. The shear force between the substrate and the probe was monitored with a tuning fork-type quartz crystal and used as the feedback control to set the microelectrode probe close to the substrate surface. The sensitivity and the contrast of the SECM image were improved in the constant distance mode (distance, 50 nm) with the shear force feedback compared to the image in the constant height mode without the feedback. By using this system, the SECM and topographic images of the immobilized diaphorase were simultaneously measured. The microelectrode tip used in this study was ground aslant like a syringe needle in order to obtain the shaper topographic images. This shape was also effective for avoiding the interference during the diffusion of the enzyme substrates.  相似文献

A kind of novel heat-resistant, high performance engineering thermoplastic phthalazinone poly(aryl ether sulfoneketone) (PPESK) containing a carboxyl group in its side chain was prepared by the nucleophilic displacement reaction of 4-(4-hydroxylphenyl)-1(2H)-phthalazinone with di(4-chlorophenyl) sulfone, 4,4'-difluoro-benzophenone and phenolphthalin insulfolane in the presence of K_2CO_3 to produce high molecular weight polymers which can be dissolved in some polarsolvents such as chloroform and nitrobenzene at room temperature and can be easily can into flexible, yellowish andtransparent films. PPESK is an amorphous polymer having a decomposition temperature above 400℃, which indicates that ithas high thermal stability. At the same time, the thermal properties of PPESKs with dicyandiamide (DICY) as curing agentindicated that the heat-resistance properties of the PPESKs are improved after curing. The apparent activation energy (ΔE) ofthe cross-linking reaction and the reaction order (n) of PPESK/DICY were found to be 52.2 kJ/mol and ca. 1.0, respectively.Therefore, the cross-linking reaction is approximately a first order reaction.  相似文献

本文通过对TiCl_3-Al(C_2H_5)_3聚合1-辛烯产物的双峰型分子量分布曲线用Schulz函数进行拟合、分峰处理,发现这种双峰型分布中的高分子量峰部分由一种活性中心生成,低分子量峰部分则由至少两种活性中心生成.将不同转化率时聚辛烯的分子量分布分峰拟合数据与聚合速率、活性中心数等测定数据相结合,得到了高分子量和低分子量两部分产物相应的活性中心上各自的动力学参数(增长速率常数、活性中心数、链转移常数等)及各自的聚合速率曲线,从而证实了多种活性中心的存在、它们催化特性的差异及与聚合物分子量分布增宽的关系.  相似文献

以涂料工业广泛应用的新型助剂二元酸酯 (DBE)为液化试剂 ,盐酸为催化剂 ,将苯甲基化木材溶液化后 ,与不同结构的异氰酸酯反应 .利用FT IR及1 3C NMR分析液化苯甲基木质纤维素与不同结构异氰酸酯得到了聚氨酯树脂 ,证明了木材中羟基可以用来作为聚醚多元醇与异氰酸酯制备聚氨酯材料 .通过准确测量体系中游离的NCO含量 ,从而得出不同结构异氰酸酯与木材溶液中羟基的反应规律 .实验结果表明 ,异氰酸酯的存在大大促进了木材结构中羟基的释放 ,由于不同异氰酸酯的活性不同 ,使得羟基值变化亦不相同 ,其顺序为IPDI>HDI>TDI .为了保证最终的材料性能 ,选择TDI和IPDI作为木材溶液制备聚氨酯树脂的异氰酸酯组份较好  相似文献
