氧气放电辅助激光淀积原位制备高T_c超导薄膜

采用低压氧气放电辅助的激光淀积方法,原位外延生长出零电阻温度91K,临界电流密度10~5A/cm~2的Y-Ba-Cu-O高温超导薄膜。扫描电镜和X光衍射分析结果表明,薄膜中超导相晶粒的生长具有c轴垂直于表面的择优取向。     

外延工艺在集成电路制造产业中的应用

外延（Epitaxy，简称Epi）工艺是指在单晶衬底上生长一层跟衬底具有相同晶格排列的单晶材料，外延层可以是同质外延层（Si／Si），也可以是异质外延层（SiGe／Si或SiC／Si等）；同样实现外延生长也有很多方法，包括分子束外延（MBE），超高真空化学气相沉积（UHV／CVD），常压及减压外延（ATM＆RP Epi）等等。     

Formation Mechanism and Orderly Structures of an Iron Film System Deposited on Silicone Oil Surfaces

A new iron film system,deposited on silicone oil surfaces by vapour phase deposition method,has been fabricated and its formation mechanism as well as orderly structures has been studied,It is found that the formation mechanism of the films obeys a two-stage growth model,which is similar to that to the other metallic films on liquid substrates,Large and orderly structures are observed in the continuous iron films.The experiments show that the orderly spatial structures result from the local material gathering in these nearly free sustained films.

β—FeSi2／SIMOX—一种新结构的光电子材料

本采用固相外延法在ＳＩＭＯＸ衬底上生长了β－ＦｅＳｉ２薄膜，采用Ｘ射线衍射（ＸＲＤ），卢瑟辐背散射（ＲＢＳ）以及自动扩展电阻测量研究了样品的多层结构，Ｒａｍａｎ谱表征说明它与直接在硅片上生长的薄膜具有类似的晶格振动特性。     

ZnSe的MOVPE生长相图：以DMZn和H_2Se为源

本文基于热力学平衡计算，首次给出以ＤＭＺｎ和Ｈ２Ｓｅ为源，ＭＯＶＰＥ生长ＺｎＳｅ的相图．文中讨论了ＺｎＳｅ单一凝聚相区的范围，以及可能出现ＺｎＳｅ（ｓ）＋Ｚｎ（ｓ）或ＺｎＳｅ（ｓ）＋Ｓｅ（ｌ）两种双凝聚相区的条件．
