一种基于2.4GHz频段的宽带射频发射机的研制

在现代无线通信系统中,研制宽带无线发射机成为射频无线电的发展趋势。以采用ADI公司的ADF4115和MAXIM公司的MAX2750构成的锁相环路提供2880MHz的射频信号源,以ADI公司的AD9857将基带信号调制为70MHz的QPSK信号,再以MAXIM公司的MAX2671作为直接上变频器,从而可以设计出一款工作在2．4GHz频段的宽带射频发射机,从而满足红外图像信号等大信息量数据的无线传输。     

Simultaneous determination of tetracyclines and their degradation products in environmental waters by liquid chromatography–electrospray tandem mass spectrometry

A sensitive method was developed for the trace determination of six tetracyclines and ten of their degradation products in influent, effluent, and river waters using liquid chromatography–electrospray tandem mass spectrometry detection, combined with Oasis hydrophilic–lipophilic balance (HLB) cartridge extraction and Oasis mixed-mode strong anion exchange (MAX) cartridge cleanup. Tetracyclines and their products were separated by liquid chromatography in 9.5 min, and the instrument detection limits were generally between 0.03 and 0.1 μg/L except for minocycline (0.5 μg/L). The chromatograms were improved through the MAX cleanup and no apparent matrix effect was found. The recoveries of all the target compounds except for 4-epianhydrochlortetracycline and anhydrochlortetracycline (34–52%) were 75–120% for influent, 61–103% for effluent, and 64–113% for river waters. The method detection limits (MDLs) of the analytes varied in the range of 0.8–17.5 ng/L in all studied matrices. The method was applied for the determination of tetracyclines and their products in a sewage treatment plant (STP) and surface waters in Beijing, China. Oxytetracycline (3.8–72.5 ng/L), tetracycline (1.9–16.5 ng/L), and five products including 4-epitetracycline, 4-epioxytetracycline, isochlortetracycline, anhydrotetracycline, and 4-epianhydrochlortetracycline (5.7–25.3 ng/L) were detected in wastewater, while only oxytetracycline and tetracycline (2.2 and 2.1 ng/L) were detected in surface water samples.     

基于MAX9259/MAX9260的CameraLink图像数据光纤传输技术

为了提高光电经纬仪上图像传输系统的性能,建立了光纤传输系统,本文针对传统Camera Link光纤传输系统方案中FPGA开发繁琐的问题,结合Camera Link接口协议和串行/解串行技术,设计了一种新的base型Camera Link的光纤传输系统,该系统采用Ser Des芯片组MAX9259/MAX9260代替编解码芯片,实现数据在Cameralink并行接口与光电转换模块串行接口之间的相互转化,并通过两种实验方案验证了系统的可行性。该方案省去传统方案中时分复用及异步FIFO缓存,降低了光纤传输系统的开发难度,并缩短了研发周期。实验结果表明:系统传输速率达到2. 5 Gb/s,具有传输稳定可靠,传输图像质量好,带宽高,抗电磁干扰能力强等特点,可满足多种像素时钟相机的需求。     

高压对Ti2AlX(X=C,N)结构、弹性和电子性质的影响

采用第一性原理方法,对比研究了Ti2AlC和Ti2AlN在高压下的结构、弹性和电子性质.结果表明,Ti2 AlC和Ti2AlN的品格常数a、c和体积V均随着外压的增大减小,但二者变化规律略有不同,都体现了材料的各向异性.通过对弹性常数、体模量、剪切模量、杨氏模量等弹性性质的分析,发现它们均随外压的增加而增大,并验证了Ti2AlC和Ti2AlN在0～50 GPa范围内的力学稳定性.此外,还从电子态密度的角度考察了Ti2AlC和Ti2AlN的电子性质,认为它们均具有共价键和金属键的双重特性,并发现在0 ～ 50 GPa范围内压力对态密度影响较小.本文计算结果与已有实验值和理论值吻合较好.     

New ordered MAX phase Mo_2 TiAlC_2: Elastic and electronic properties from first-principles

First-principles computation on the basis of density functional theory(DFT) is executed with the CASTEP code to explore the structural, elastic, and electronic properties along with Debye temperature and theoretical Vickers' hardness of newly discovered ordered MAX phase carbide Mo_2TiAlC_2. The computed structural parameters are very reasonable compared with the experimental results. The mechanical stability is verified by using the computed elastic constants. The brittleness of the compound is indicated by both the Poisson's and Pugh's ratios. The new MAX phase is capable of resisting the pressure and tension and also has the clear directional bonding between atoms. The compound shows significant elastic anisotropy. The Debye temperature estimated from elastic moduli(B, G) is found to be 413.6 K. The electronic structure indicates that the bonding nature of Mo_2TiAlC_2 is a mixture of covalent and metallic with few ionic characters. The electron charge density map shows a strong directional Mo–C–Mo covalent bonding associated with a relatively weak Ti–C bond.The calculated Fermi surface is due to the low-dispersive Mo 4d-like bands, which makes the compound a conductive one.The hardness of the compound is also evaluated and a high value of 9.01 GPa is an indication of its strong covalent bonding.     

以太网供电PoE技术的研究与实现

以太网供电(Power over Ethernet,POE)技术是一种在以太网上同时传输数据信号和直流电源的方法,促进了低功耗网络设备的应用。阐述了符合IEEE 802.3af标准的以太网供电技术的特点,详细介绍了采用PoE技术的系统构成及其供电过程。在此基础上完成了基于MAX5945的以太网供电设备和基于MAX5941的以太网受电设备的设计。所给出的理论和方法都通过实践检验,具有一定的实用性。     

RS 232串口通信在PC机与单片机通信中的应用

在功能比较复杂的自动控制系统中,通常以工控机为上位机,单片机为下位机,RS 232串口通信是工控机和单片机之间信息传递的枢纽,采用MAX232实现TTL逻辑电平和RS 232电平之间的相互转换,如此连接,既可体现出单片机的灵活控制功能,又可发挥出PC机强大的计算和显示功能,有利于对现场信号的实时采集、处理和监控,确保了良好的人机界面的交互性。     

基于MAX8515并联稳压器的Li+电池充电器应用

由于Li+电池充电器的充电过程会持续一个小时甚至更长的时间,利用实际负载(即电池)对充电器进行测试将非常耗时。文中介绍了一种简单的Li+电池仿真方法,与采用实际电池进行测试相比,这种方法能够更加方便地测试Li+电池充电器。     

基于MAX6675多路温度采集系统设计与实现

应用温度采集芯片MAX6675,将其与K型热电偶结合,利用CPLD对其进行控制,实现一个多路温度采集系统.文中介绍了系统的硬件电路结构,并根据芯片的内部时序介绍了CPLD内部逻辑电路的设计.通过两种温度环境下的系统测试,给出了温度数据的统计图,证明了MAX6675及设计的多路温度采集系统的良好性能.     

Prediction of superconductivity of Ta2AlC: in situ Raman spectrometry and density functional investigations

In this paper, in situ Raman spectra of Ta₂AlC are measured in the temperature range of 80–500 K at ambient pressure. The frequencies of the Raman modes decrease with increasing temperature, which have been explained by the anharmonic and thermal expansion effects. The line‐width of E_2g (ω₃) mode increases at elevated temperatures, which is found to be due to the anharmonic phonon–phonon scatterings. On the other hand, the line‐widths of E_2g (ω₁) and A_1g (ω₄) modes decrease continuously with increasing temperature, which is explained by the electron–phonon couplings of these two phonon modes with the Ta 5d electrons. The electron–phonon coupling strengths are obtained both in experiments and density functional calculations. Finally, Ta₂AlC is predicted to be a new superconductive MAX phase.
