一种新的结合NCP函数的SQP滤子算法

对于SQP滤子算法,本文提出了一种新方法来构造滤子,目的是为了使滤子的接受条件更宽松,降低进行可行性恢复的机率.另外,本文通过一些数值例子对这种新算法进行了检验,事实证明这种算法是有效的.最后还证明这种算法具有超线性收敛性.     

彩色滤光膜色度测试系统的研究

彩色滤光膜(CF)色度指标对彩色液晶显示器的显示性能有着重要的影响,采用传统的分光光度计测量CF光谱透过率存在着严重的混光现象,研究分析了CF色度参数的表征与测试原理,设计了高精度的显微光谱测试系统。系统能够精密测试50μm尺寸样品的光谱特性,并且得到±0.005的色度座标测试精度。系统已应用在彩色滤光膜与彩色液晶显示器生产企业,取得了良好的效果。     

On the avalanche multiplication mechanism in SPICE simulations of high-frequency bipolar transistors with thin basewidths and low breakdown voltages

A very simple subcircuit model for SPICE simulation of bipolar transistors affected by the avalanche multiplication mechanism is presented. The currently available models for bipolar transistors in circuit simulators do not consider this effect, which can lead to serious simulation errors when high-frequency thin basewidths transistors with low and soft breakdown voltages are simulated. The simulated results predicted by SPICE with the proposed subcircuit are compared with the measured data obtained from several transistors with low and soft breakdown voltages and a good agreement is reported.     

On the scarcity of contravariant left adjunctions

It is shown that any pair of contravariant mutually left adjoint functors between varieties of algebrasC andD factors through the retractions of these categories onto the complete lattices of epimorphs of their respective initial objects, and is thus fairly degenerate. However, some interesting contravariant left adjoint functors do exist between categories of finitely generated (or otherwise restricted) algebras.This work was done while the author was partly supported by NSF contract DMS 85-02330.Presented by F. A power efficient and simple scheme for dynamically biasing cascode amplifiers and telescopic op-amps

A simple dynamic biasing scheme to extend the input/output range of cascode amplifiers is introduced. It requires minimum extra hardware and no additional power consumption. A dynamic biased telescopic op-amp is discussed as an application example. Experimental results of a fabricated test chip in 0.5 μm CMOS technology are presented that verify the proposed technique.     

CATV双向放大器的分波器设计及PSPICE软件仿真

对低通原型滤波器进行变换,设计CATV双向放大器的分波器,并给出其PSPICE仿真频响曲线.     

复合全息透镜用作单色器

本文提出了用一个双复合重铬酸明胶全息透镜作单色器,计算并测量了此全息透镜的光谱半宽度,实验结果表明此新型单色器的可行性。     

低烟无卤阻燃色条光缆的研制

本文主要介绍了低烟无卤阻燃色条光缆的研制，包括该产品的护套工艺流程、低烟无卤阻燃护套料的性能、对挤出机的要求、烘干工艺、温度控制、色母料配比、色条缆模具设计等。     

DESIGN OF POLYPHASE WAVE DIGITAL FILTERS WITH APPROXIMATELY LINEAR PHASE

It is well known that IIR digital filters require quite fewer computations,comparedwith FIR filters,in order to meet stringent magnitude specifications when the phase distortioncan be tolerated.An approximately linear phase,however,can be also obtained with the IIRfilter by making use of a technique without increasing the complexity.Based on a certain numberof attenuation zeros in the pass band,a new approach is developed for the design of polyphasewave digital filters with exact magnitude responses and Chebyshev approximation of the desiredphase responses.The minimum number of attenuation zeros is estimated,and some examples areincluded.
