H.323同步控制实现研究

提出并实现了一种H.323多媒体通信系统音视频同步控制算法,算法以正常语音播放为基准,利用H.263码流语法信息,通过调整视频播放帧率实现媒体间同步, 不增加通信冗余度。实际测试结果表明,算法有效地提高了多媒体通信系统音视频媒体同步性能和多媒体的感知服务质量,并已应用于实际多媒体通信系统。     

VOD在有线电视网的实现

从视频点播系统的结构及组成和在有线电视网络中VOD系统的结构模式与应用两个方面，详细地阐述了如何利用有线电视网络实现视频点播，主要从以下3个方面介绍关于视频点播系统VOD技术：①视频点播VOD的技术原理；②视频点播系统的结构及组成；③有线电视视频点播系统的结构模式与应用。     

Endoscopic Observation of Tissue by Narrowband Illumination

We propose a new illumination method for a medical endoscope: narrow band imaging (NBI), in which the spectral bandwidth of the filtered light is narrowed. To confirm how the spectral specifications of the filtered light influence a reproduced image, an experiment was conducted observing the endoscopic images of the back mucosa of a human tongue. In addition, the effect of NBI on endoscopic images was investigated through preliminary clinical tests in colonoscopy and upper gastrointestinal endoscopy. It has been shown that NBI can enhance the capillary pattern and the crypt pattern on the mucosa. These patterns are useful features for diagnosing an early cancer.

Multiresolution coding techniques for digital television: A review

Multiresolution decompositions for video coding are reviewed. Both nonrecursive and recursive coding schemes are considered. In nonrecursive schemes, it is shown that pyramid structures have certain advantages over subband or wavelet techniques, and a specific spatiotemporal pyramid coding of HDTV is discussed in some detail. It is shown that recursive, DPCM like schemes will incur a slight loss of optimality due to a restricted form of prediction if multiresolution decomposition with compatible decoding is required. Compatibility and transmission issues are also discussed. Multiresolution transmission for digital broadcast TV is introduced. 一种视频信号压缩编码方法的研究

文章采用自适应预测编码加熵编码的复合编码方法，对视频信号进行压缩编码。计算机模拟结果表明，压缩比为3.5：1（2.25bits／Pixel）时可获得良好的图像质量，因此，可实现在PCM三次群信道上传输一路彩色电视信号。     

声流现象的研究及其应用

本文从声流产生的机理出发，综合了影响声流的诸因素，介绍了声流现象的检测方法及声流效应的应用。     

数字视频混合系统的设计

介绍了利用Philips的一款视频芯片SAA71 99B实现的数字视频混合系统.该系统可以将一路PAL制彩色复合视频信号编码进入另一路PAL制彩色复合视频信号中,以取代第二路视频中用户指定的颜色,从而实现了两路视频的混合.另外还介绍了如何利用单片机的I/O口模拟I 2C总线以及如何利用单片机进行彩色空间变换的算法.     

局域网视频广播接收器的设计

描述了一个局域网视频广播接收器的设计。发送端以计算机按UDP/IP的方式向局域网中发送视频广播，在接收端利用FPGA器件设计的接收器对广播进行接收、缓冲、格式转换，以电视作为显示终端，并介绍了在FPGA器件中所设计的各个模块。     

基于双阈值的视频平滑控制方法

在现有的TCP／IP网络中进行多媒体通信，服务质量是人们关注的重要内容。作为服务质量中的一项指标，视频平滑已成为研究和应用开发的一个热点问题。分析当前控制视频平滑的方式，提出一种基于双阈值视频平滑的控制方法。这种方法能够有效地改善视频平滑性能。
