理论和实验研究了LD泵浦Nd∶Gd0.42Y0.58VO4/Cr4+∶YAG被动调Q锁模激光器.在分析Cr4+∶YAG晶体能级结构和调Q锁模物理过程的基础上,通过数值模拟给出了Cr4+∶YAG调Q锁模的参量要求,然后进行了实验验证.实验中Cr4+∶YAG的初始透过率T0分别为86.3%、95%,输出镜的透过率T分别为10%、20%,在其他条件不变的情况下构成四种不同的组合,均实现了激光器的调Q锁模运转.实验结果表明,降低Cr4+∶YAG的初始透过率T0或提高输出镜透过率T有利于获得较好的锁模效果,与理论分析一致.  相似文献

研究了激光火工品系统中光缆弯曲对激光能量传输效率的影响.对7种不同规格光缆在弯曲半径R为2.5~175 mm范围内的弯曲传输特性进行了试验研究.结果表明,R/2a<50 时,透光量已开始下降;R/2a≈20 时,激光能量传输效率明显下降.根据实验结果,通过数据拟合处理得出了7种规格光缆弯曲损耗的半经验公式,该公式可以直接用于激光火工品系统光缆的传输设计.  相似文献

Micrometric-sized pixels of hybrid organic–inorganic thin films (Ag/parylene-C) have been printed by laser-induced forward transfer (LIFT) on flexible, cost-efficient substrates. Micrometric capacitors have been fabricated by laser printing such pixels together with silver nanoparticles (AgNP) paste. The AgNP paste has been deposited in the shape of square pads, acting as bottom electrode. This combination is suitable to be used in microelectronic circuits, as the electrical components exhibit controllable capacity in the pFnF range. Electrical characterizations of the printed pixels demonstrate that the capacitors are fully operative and stable over time.  相似文献

For evaluating the microstructure evolution and mechanical property of Ni-based Hastelloy C-276 weld joint by the pulsed laser welding, the influence of pulsed laser welding on the microstructure and mechanical property of the weld joint is investigated by the analysis of the microstructure morphology, microhardness, phase structure and tensile property. The results indicate that, in the fusion zone three sections are divided on the basis of the patterns of grain structures. In the weld joint, the element segregation is found, but the trend of brittle phase׳s formation is weakened. The weld microhardness presents just a little higher than that of base metal, and there is no obvious the softened heat affected zone. Meanwhile in the weld joint, the phase structure is still the face-center cubic with the tiny shift of peak positions and widened Full Width at Half-Maximum. The yield strength of weld joint is the same as that of base metal, and the tensile strength is nearly 90% of that of base metal. The decreased tensile strength is mainly attributed to the dislocation piling-up.  相似文献

This study increases the basic understanding of optical material properties of polymer powders used in selective laser sintering (SLS). Therefore, different polymer powder materials were analyzed regarding their optical material properties with an integration spheres measurement setup. By the measurements a direct connection between the absorption behavior of the solid material and the overall optical material characteristics of the same material in powdery form could be shown. The results were used to develop an advanced explanation model for the optical material properties of powders. At present, existing explanation models only consider the occurring of multiple reflections in the gaps between the particles to explain the overall optical material properties of powder materials. Thus, by also considering the absorption behavior of the single particles, the basic understanding of the beam-matter interaction and their effect on the optical material properties of powder materials can be expanded.  相似文献

The heavy B-doping of an intrinsic Si(1 0 0) wafer has been performed by irradiating a B-doped Si nanoparticle film on the surface of the Si(1 0 0) substrate with energy densities of 8.0 and 16.0 J/cm2 by 532-nm laser light. The thicknesses of the heavily doped surface layers were investigated using Raman spectroscopy. The observed 488.0-nm-excited Raman bands were decomposed into two bands: a Fano-type band due to the heavily doped Si surface layer and a Voigt band due to the lightly doped, intrinsic Si region. The analysis of the Fano-type band indicated that the carrier concentration of the heavily doped region was larger than approximately 1019 cm−3. Based on the two-state model, the thicknesses of the heavily doped surface layers were 480 and 630 nm for the samples prepared with energy densities of 8.0 and 16.0 J/cm2, respectively. These values were consistent with those obtained by secondary ion mass spectroscopy (SIMS).  相似文献

The out-of-plane motion is one of the most important factors that affect the precision of two-dimensional digital image correlation (2D-DIC). In this paper, a novel solution is presented to improve conventional 2D-DIC by eliminating the effect of out-of-plane motion, including translation and rotation. Firstly, an experimental technique using two projected laser strips is proposed to measure the out-of-plane motion of a planar specimen. A theoretical model is then established to predict the pseudostrains caused by out-of-plane motion based on the pin-hole imaging model. Using the measured out-of-plane displacement, the captured deformed images used in 2D-DIC are amended to eliminate the effect of out-of-plane motion by the theoretical model. Finally, two experiments were conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method. Results indicate that application of the proposed method can effectively eliminate the errors caused by out-of-plane motion.  相似文献
