近年来,GaN基发光二极管(LED)的发展异常迅速,以玻璃为衬底的LED具有成本低、可大面积化生产等优点而引起了国内外许多科研机构的广泛研究兴趣.但由于普通玻璃较低的软化温度(500~ 600℃)以及与GaN之间存在较大的晶格失配问题,一直阻碍其发展.重点综述了玻璃衬底上生长GaN薄膜的方法以及改善外延层晶体质量的技术.分别介绍了两种在普通玻璃上生长GaN的方法,即低温生长和局部加热生长,同时详述了采用缓冲层和横向外延过生长(ELO)技术对外延GaN晶体质量的影响.对局部加热、ELO等技术在玻璃衬底LED方面的应用进行了分析和预测,认为以玻璃为衬底的LED终会取得快速地发展. 相似文献

提出了基于双同步斩波模式的微功耗LED声控灯驱动电源设计方法。该驱动电源用一个单片机控制两个开关管分别为主电源和待机电源提供工作电流。主电源采用全波斩波工作模式为LED灯组提供工作电流;待机电源采用半波斩波工作模式,从而大幅降低了待机功耗。该驱动电源结构简单,可在50~60 Hz频率的180~250 V的宽电压范围内工作,具有恒流驱动功能和微功耗特性,且稳定可靠和较高的性价比。 相似文献

Blackening induced lumen decay in a QFN LED after WHTOL reliability test was reported and analyzed in this paper. A new LED blackening failure mechanism was proposed based on solid experimental results. We concluded that the failure process underwent delamination between lead frame and reflector polymer composites followed by chemical penetration, composite corrosion, silver migration, and finally caused blackening failure. Delamination and corrosive de-flash agent were the key factors for the failure mode. Besides, we also estimated the influence of the failure to the optical performance through simulation. Apart from other reported factors, this study highlighted that both composite corrosion and Ag migration could generate serious illumination decrease as well. The outcome of this study is valuable for LED manufacture and quality control in the future. 相似文献

LED光色度的动态调节是实现智能照明的基础, 采用冷暖白光LED和双通道脉冲宽度调制(PWM)法,基于1931CIE标准建立混合光源模型,推导出混合光源色坐标、相关色温 、最大亮度、显色指数与双通道调制脉冲 占空比比值的关系式。采用暖白光(色温3282 K)和冷白光(色温12930K)两种白光LED进行 混色实验, 通过微控制器输出PWM信号控制LED驱动电源,改变冷色光和暖色光的比重,得到的混合 光源色坐 标、最大亮度、相关色温及显色指数值与理论计算值吻合很好,证明了理论模型的正确性。 理论和实验结 果还表明,混合光源在双通道调制脉冲占空比比值为1的附近可得到低色温、高显色性和大 光通量的混合白光。 相似文献

针对工业控制系统网络化和良好人机交互性的需求,构建和开发了基于ARM9微处理器的通用工业控制人机界面系统。硬件部分主要讨论了以S3C2440微处理器为核心的硬件电路设计,外围电路模块包括SDRAM及Flash存储器电路、以太网电路、RS-232/RS-422电路、触摸屏及LCD接口等电路,在分析了硬件系统信号完整性的前提下,完成了6层PCB的设计工作。软件部分主要研究了U-Boot移植和内核裁剪技术,编写了相关的硬件设备驱动程序,设计了基于QT/Embedded的人机界面和相关应用程序。论文研究最终实现了工业控制系统的人机交互和控制需求。 相似文献

The α-substituted β-diketonate [Ln(3Cl-acac)3(H2O)2] [Ln = Tb, Gd] complexes (with 3Cl-acac– being 3-chloro-2,4-pentanedionate) were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared, ultraviolet (UV)-visible and photoluminescence spectroscopies. For comparison purposes regarding photoluminescence, the well-known [Tb(acac)3(H2O)2] complex was also synthesized. By considering the phosphorescence spectra of [Gd(3Cl-acac)3(H2O)2], the effect of chloride replacement of hydrogen on the triplet state energy of the 3Cl-acac ligand was revealed. To support the interpretation and rationalization of the experimental results, Time-dependent DFT calculations were performed on Tb(3Cl-acac)3(H2O)2. Additionally, the possibility of Tb(3Cl-acac)3(H2O)2 to be used as potential green-emitting phosphor material for solid-sate light emitting diodes was evaluated. The detailed metabolite profiling of Laguncularia racemosa was accomplished by high-performance countercurrent chromatography (HPCCC) using the three-phase system n-hexane–tert-butyl methyl ether–acetonitrile–water 2:3:3:2 (v/v/v/v) in step-gradient elution mode. The gradient elution was adjusted to the chemical complexity of the L. racemosa ethyl acetate partition and strongly improved the polarity range of chromatography. The three-phase solvent system was chosen for the gradient to avoid equilibrium problems when changing mobile phase compositions encountered between the gradient steps. The tentative recognition of metabolites including the identification of novel ones was possible due to the off-line injection of fractions to electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS/MS) in the sequence of recovery. The off-line hyphenation profiling experiment of HPCCC and ESI-MS projected the preparative elution by selected single ion traces in the negative ionization mode. Co-elution effects were monitored and MS/MS fragmentation data of more than 100 substances were used for structural characterization and identification. The metabolite profile in the L. racemosa extract comprised flavonoids, hydrolysable tannins, condensed tannins and low molecular weight polyphenols. 相似文献

Photocatalysis technology has been proved to be a potential strategy for removal of organic dyes, however high-power light sources are generally necessary to initiate photocatalytic reaction. In this work, we employed an excellent photocatalyst of Bi2WO6 with visible light harvest and meanwhile an intrinsic ferroelectricity, which realized the efficient degradation of organic dye via the synergetic photopiezocatalysis. Through coupling the illumination by a low-power (9 W) LED and the ultrasonic vibration (120 W) by an ultrasonic cleaner, the nanoflower-like Bi2WO6 composed of ultrathin nanosheets showed a much more enhanced photopiezocatalysis performance for purification of organic dye than the individual photocatalysis and piezocatalysis. Furthermore, the high mineralization efficiency and the good durability of the Bi2WO6 catalyst were demonstrated. The possible mechanism of photopiezocatalysis was finally proposed, where the ultrasound-induced piezoelectric field in Bi2WO6 drove photo-generated electrons and holes to diffuse along opposite directions, consequently promoting the separation efficiency of charge carriers. This work indicates that the synergetic photopiezocatalysis by coupling irradiation and ultrasonic vibration is a promising strategy to purify organic pollutants in wastewater. 相似文献
