为了用热图法测量高能激光强度的时空分布,设计了将半导体制冷片作为激光靶屏的测量方案。研制了由16个50 mm×50 mm的制冷片组装成的总面积为200 mm×200 mm、总制冷功率超4 800 W的靶屏, 屏四周安装了8个红外标定物用于校正红外图像的畸变。理论上用热传导方程建立了激光辐照半导体制冷片靶屏的加热模型;数值模拟了屏表面温度分布同光强分布的关系,论证了氧化铝陶瓷材料制成的半导体制冷片作为高能激光靶屏的可行性,以及制冷片的制冷功能对测试性能的改善;通过实验验证了研制的靶屏测量光强是可行的。  相似文献

Abstract

Phenylurea herbicides are analysed by reversed-phase liquid chromatography using UV detection at 244 nm after a concentration step in order to determine ppb or sub-ppb levels in drinking and river waters. With an average UV detection limit of 5 ng, a 500 ml sample volume is necessary to reach the 10 ppt level for spiked LC grade water samples and enables easy determination of concentrations below the ppb level for river water samples. Off-line and on-line methods are compared for the concentration step. Off-line concentration consists in a liquid sorption on n-octadecyl silica (C18) and elution by a suitable organic solvent. Polar phenylureas have low retention volumes on C18 silica and consequently the length of the concentration column has to be 10 cm to concentrate them at the ppb level from 100 ml of water and longer for lower levels of detection. Nevertheless, we show that increasing the size of the concentration column does not improve the limits of detection because of the numerous interferences also concentrated when percolating high volumes of water. On-line technology can be used only with short precolumns and requires a sorbent with a great retention for phenylureas. The copolymer-based PRP-1 is found to be an excellent sorbent and it is then possible to apply on-line precolumn technology with preconcentration through two precolumns (10 × 21 mm ID) in series, the first one being packed with C18 silica and the other with the PRP-1 polymer. Interfering compounds are then trapped onto the first precolumn acting as a filter and common phenylurea-breakthrough volumes on the PRP-1 precolumn are higher than 500 ml. Knowing the amounts preconcentrated on both precolumns and using UV and electrochemical detection help the identification of phenylureas in river water.  相似文献

This study reports the synthesis, curing, and optoelectronic properties of a solution‐processable, thermally cross‐linkable electron‐ and hole‐blocking material containing fluorene‐core and three periphery N‐phenyl‐N‐(4‐vinylphenyl)benzeneamine ( FTV ). The FTV exhibited good thermal stability with Td above 478 °C in nitrogen atmosphere. The FTV is readily cross‐linked via terminal vinyl groups by heating at 160 °C for 30 min to obtain homogeneous film with excellent solvent resistance. Multilayer PLED device [ITO/PEDOT:PSS/cured‐ FTV /MEH‐PPV/Ca (50 nm)/Al (100 nm)] was successfully fabricated using solution processed. Inserting cured‐ FTV is between PEDOT:PSS and MEH‐PPV results in simultaneous reduction in hole injection from PEDOT:PSS to MEH‐PPV and blocking in electron transport from MEH‐PPV to anode. The maximum luminance and maximum current efficiency were enhanced from 1810 and 0.27 to 4640 cd/m2 and 1.08 cd/A, respectively, after inserting cured‐ FTV layer. Current results demonstrate that the thermally cross‐linkable FTV enhances not only device efficiency but also film homogeneity after thermal curing. FTV is a promising electron‐ and hole‐blocking material applicable for the fabrication of multilayer PLEDs based on PPV derivatives. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 分别采用模拟调光和PWM调光方式实现LED光调节。采用生理参数法,以在校大学生为研究对象,选择3种色温(3 000,5 600,6 500 K)LED光源,在3种照度(300,500,800 lx)水平下,对8名(5男,3女)受测者在实验前后的脉搏和瞳孔进行测量。选择同样3种色温LED光源,分别采用两种调光方式添加蓝光(464nm,20 lx)实现300 lx的照明环境,对12名(8男,4女)受测者在实验前后的脉搏和瞳孔进行测量。结果表明:两种调光方式实现的LED光环境对人体脉搏变化率和瞳孔收缩率的影响均没有显著性差异;在测试照明环境中添加蓝光,可引起人体脉搏变化率和瞳孔收缩率增大,峰值处分别增加约6%和9%。  相似文献

In this investigation the thermal degradation mechanisms of Bisphenol A Polycarbonate (BPA-PC) plates at the temperature range 100–140 °C are studied. The BPA-PC plates are currently used both in light conversion carriers in LED modules and optical lenses in LED-based products. In this study BPA-PC plates are aged at elevated temperature of 100–140 °C for a period up to 3000 h. Optical and chemical properties of the thermally-aged plates were studied using UV–Vis spectrophotometer, FTIR–ATR spectrometer, and integrated sphere. The results show that increasing the thermal ageing time leads to yellowing, loss of optical properties, and decrease of the light transmission and of the relative radiant power value of BPA-PC plates. The results also depict that there is not much discoloration within the first 1500 h of thermal ageing. The rate of yellowing significantly increases at the end of this induction period. Formation of oxidation products is identified as the main mechanism of yellowing. An exponential-based reliability model is also presented to calculate the rate of degradation reaction and to predict the life-time of BPA-PC plates.  相似文献

主要从三个不同角度探究并分析了基于In Ga N材料的高压LED的发光效率优于传统大功率LED的原因。为了保证实验结论的可靠性,文中所采用的实验样品具有相同的芯片尺寸和材料以及相同的封装结构。经过大量的实验证明,更均匀的电流分布和小芯片间隙的出光,使得高压LED的发光效率优于传统大功率LED。结果显示,在相同的1 W输入功率下,高压LED的发光效率比传统大功率LED高大约4.5%。  相似文献
