Zusammenfassung Durch die Reaktion in warmenDMF-Lösungen von Cu(II) Perchlorat, 5-Nitrosalicylaldehyd-S-methylisothiosemicarbazon (H2 L) und Piperidin (Pip) wurde ein paramagnetischer Komplex (eff=2.19 B.M.) Cu(L)Pip erhalten, wobeiL nach doppelter Deprotonierung (NH2- und Phenolhydroxyl-Gruppe) als dianionische Form von H2 L vorliegt. Die kristallographischen Daten des Komplexes sind: monokline Raumgruppe P21,a=11.902(4),b=6.765(3),c=11.343(4)Å, =112.92°;V=841.20Å3,M=400.9,Z=2,d 0=1.60 gcm–3,d c =1.58 gcm–3,F(000)=424. Several varieties of blue ballpoint pen inks were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and infrared spectroscopy (IR). The chromatographic data extracted at four wavelengths (254, 279, 370 and 400 nm) was analyzed individually and at a combination of these wavelengths by the soft independent modeling of class analogies (SIMCA) technique using principal components analysis (PCA) to estimate the separation between the pen samples. Linear discriminant analysis (LDA) measured the probability with which an observation could be assigned to a pen class. The best resolution was obtained by HPLC using data from all four wavelengths together, differentiating 96.4% pen pairs successfully using PCA and 97.9% pen samples by LDA. PCA separated 60.7% of the pen pairs and LDA provided a correct classification of 62.5% of the pens analyzed by IR. The results of this study indicate that HPLC coupled with chemometrics provided a better discrimination of ballpoint pen inks compared to IR. The need to develop a suitable IR method for analysing blue ballpoint pen inks has been emphasized and it is hoped that the development of such a method would indeed provide a valuable tool for the non-destructive analysis of blue ballpoint pen ink samples for forensic purposes. 相似文献

Standard wind identification techniques employed in the analysis of aircraft accidents are post-facto techniques; they are processed after the event has taken place and are based on the complete time histories of the DFDR/ATCR data along the entire trajectory. By contrast, real-time wind identification techniques are processed while the event is taking place; they are based solely on the knowledge of the preceding time histories of the DFDR/ATCR data.In this paper, a real-time wind identification technique is developed. First, a 3D-kinematic approach is employed in connection with the DFDR/ATCR data covering the time interval preceding the present time instant. The aircraft position, inertial velocity, and accelerometer bias are determined by matching the flight trajectory computed from the DFDR data with the flight trajectory available from the ATCR data. This leads to a least-square problem, which is solved analytically every seconds, with / small.With the inertial velocity and accelerometer bias known, an extrapolation process takes place so as to predict the inertial velocity profile over the subsequent -subinterval. At the end of this subinterval, the extrapolated inertial velocity and the newly identified inertial velocity are statistically reconciled and smoothed. Then, the process of identification, extrapolation, reconciliation, and smoothing is repeated. Subsequently, the wind is computed as the difference between the inertial velocity and the airspeed, which is available from the DFDR data. With the wind identified, windshear detection can take place (Ref. 1).As an example, the real-time wind identification technique is applied to Flight Delta 191, which crashed at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport on August 2, 1985. The numerical results show that the wind obtained via real-time identification is qualitatively and quantitatively close to the wind obtained via standard identification. We used a Stark-Optoacoustic cell and hybrid waveguide resonators to perform an Infrared and Far Infrared Stark Spectroscopy study on some transitions of13CD3OH. Different behaviours of the transitions in the presence of a d.c. electric field were observed. The Stark splittings of six FIR laser lines ranging from 34 to 136 MHz/kVcm–1 were determined. Autograft replaced by a nerve guidance conduit (NGC) is challenging in peripheral nerve injury because current NGC is still limited by precise conductivity and excellent biocompatibility in vivo, which influences the peripheral nerve repair even for a long lesion gap repair. Several particular elements have the potential function for nerve conductivity acceleration based on the traditional three factors of neural tissue engineering. The review aims to address three questions: 1) What is the superior factor for nerve conduction in the application? 2) How can a more conductive regenerative scaffold be constructed in vivo? 3) What is the next step in nerve regeneration for NGC? The bibliometrics analysis of NGC-related references is adopted to acquire that the conductive material, manufacturing technology of neural scaffold, and electrical stimulation (ES) play essential roles in the acceleration of nerve conduction. This review visually analyses the research status and summarizes the main types of conductive materials, the manufacturing technologies of neural scaffolds, and the characteristics of ES. The viewpoints and outlook of developing NGC are also discussed in this review. The proposed three elements are expected to improve the nerve conduction of NGC in vivo and even address the dilemma of long-distance peripheral nerve injury. 相似文献

采用紫外光刻工艺(ultraviolet lithography technique,UVL),在互补金属氧化物半导体(complementary metal oxide semiconductor,CMOS)兼容的硅基平台上制作了基于悬空微桥结构在Ge/SiGe多量子阱材料中引入双轴张应变的低偏振相关电吸收调制器。利用拉曼光谱测试了器件引入双轴张应变的大小,并对器件在横电(transverse electric,TE)偏振和横磁(transverse magnetic,TM)偏振下的光电流响应、调制消光比和高频响应等性能进行了测试。器件的低偏振相关消光比在0 V/4 V工作电压下可达5.8 dB,3 dB调制带宽在4 V反向偏置电压时为8.3 GHz。与电子束光刻工艺(electron beam lithography technique,EBL)相比,采用UVL制作的器件在调制消光比、高频响应带宽等性能上略差一点,但具有曝光时间短、成本低和可大批量生产等优势,应用前景广阔。 相似文献
