红外光谱法测定高碱性磺酸盐的碱值

采用简单、快速且有选择性的红外光谱法测定高碱性磺酸盐添加剂的碱值。在高碱性磺酸盐同一张谱图上,可以测定到在865厘米～(-1),1180厘米～(-1)分别属于δco_3～(2-),v_(asso)振动的吸收强度,由于样品厚度未知,而采用了吸收比的方法。     

128×128元IRCCD成像技术

研制成功了１２８×１２８元ＰｔｓｉＩＲＣＣＤ，获得了清晰的室温目标热像。文章叙述了该摄像机驱动逻辑电路的设计、驱动方式的研究和视频信号、数字信号的处理。     

IR LASER BACKSCATTERING FROM AN ARBITRARILY SHAPED DIELECTRIC OBJECT WITH ROUGH SURFACE

The backscattering of light wave from arbitrarily convex dielectric objects withrough surface is investigated and formulas for calculating the backscattering cross-section of bothcoherent and incoherent fields are obtained.In the infrared wave-band,the influence of the ge-ometry,permittivity and statistical characteristics of the rough surface on LRCS is analyzed,byusing rough sphere and ellipsoids as examples.     

Spectroscopic Studies of 1-Aryl-2,2-Dichlorocyclopropanes

Seventeen 1-aryl-2,2-dichlorocyclopropanes were examined by using IR, ¹³C NMR, and mass spectrometry. The data obtained from IR and ¹³C NMR spectra indicate that the bond strength of carbon-chlorine on the cyclopropane ring and the electron density of that carbon depend on the substituent. The mass fragmentation patterns of compounds in this series resemble those of the dibromo analogues. The fragmentation mechanism is proposed to involve the formation of indenium ion through an electrocyclization.     

Far IR harmonic oscillators in triglycine sulphate at 7 K

Transmission spectra of very thick TGS single crystals (e.g. thickness 8 mm) observed in the Far IR at 7 K do not need a high spectral resolution and nevertheless give evidence of Lorentz oscillators with damping coefficients as small as those considered for water vapour at a pressure of 0.2 atmospheres.     

基于锁相同步检测的数字化阻抗测试方法

介绍了一种数字化阻抗测试方法，它采用锁相同步采样、数字化矢量电压电流比法及校准技术测试元器件或线路阻抗。同时介绍了相应实验电路原理，并结合线路接口，进行了通信电缆的线路阻抗测试实验。     

重油隧道窑的红外温度测量

在分析重油隧道窑工况的基础上，分析了窑内烟气、燃烧物发射率、窑墙效应、环境温度对红外测温的影响以及热电偶测温的缺点，采取了相应的措施。利用中国发现专科实现了传感器输出信号的一致性。给出了传感器在重滑隧道窑现场使用２．５年后的复校数据。最后，估算出了用红外温度计替代热电偶测窑温产生的经济效益。     

PVInSb红外探测器的阻抗——频率特性分析

通过理论计算和实际测试，给出了ＰＶＩｎＳｂ红外探测器的低频阻抗－频率特性曲线，结合检测阻抗／动态电阻的方法和阻抗－频率特性曲线的变化规律，分析讨论了ＰＶＩｎＳｂ红外探测器的阻抗与动态电阻的异同，从而说明在涉及ＰＶＩｎＳｂ红外探测器的阻抗／动态电阻时，即使在低频范围也要具体考虑频率因素的影响。     

超短脉冲光电导开关的全波分析

本文采用时域有限差分法直接求解包含传导电流的三维麦克斯韦方程组,对超短脉冲光电导开关进行全波分析,分析中考虑了静电场影响,采用了比较精确的光电导数学模型。本文还讨论了开关输出信号的模式组成和激光脉冲能量、脉宽对开关性能的影响,并给出了光电导开关响应在不同时刻的三维图形。     

Integration of microbolometers with infrared microstrip antennas

We report on various integration schemes of infrared microbolometers with microstrip antennas. The first integration design consists of two gold (Au) rectangular microstrip patches coupled along the radiating edges by a narrow niobium (Nb) strip. Devices using silicon oxide are compared to devices using amorphous silicon as antenna substrate. An extension of the twin-patch detector design is the microstrip dipole antenna-coupled microbolometer. Two ways of connecting the device to the contact pads via narrow dc leads are presented and compared. The contribution of the dc leads to the detector response is eliminated by directly connecting the dipole to the contact pads. The thermal isolation of the microbolometer from the silicon wafer is improved by incorporating air into the antenna dielectric substrate. This leads to higher detector responsivity and shifts the resonance towards longer antennas. The implementation of a bridge microstrip dipole antenna structure is also discussed.
