Infrared and Raman spectra of cubic magnesium caesium phosphate hexahydrate, MgCsPO4·6H2O (cF100), and its partially deuterated analogues were analyzed and compared to the previously studied spectra of the hexagonal analogue, MgCsPO4·6H2O (hP50). The vibrational spectra of the cubic and hexagonal dimorphic analogues are similar, especially in the regions of HOH stretching and bending vibrations. In the difference IR spectrum of the slightly deuterated analogue (<5% D), one distinctive band appears at 2260 cm−1 with a small shoulder at around 2170 cm−1, but only one band is expected in the region of the OD stretchings of isotopically isolated HDO molecules. The small weak band could possibly result from second-order transitions (a combination of HDO bending and some libration of the same species) rather than statistical disorder of the water molecules. By comparing the IR spectra in the region of external vibrations of water molecules of the protiated compound recorded at RT (room temperature) and at LNT (liquid nitrogen temperature) and those in the series of the partially deuterated analogues, it can be stated with certainty that the bands at 924 and 817 cm−1 result from librations of water molecules, rocking and wagging respectively. And the band at 429 cm−1 can be safely attributed to a stretching Mg–Ow mode. In the ν3(PO4) and ν4(PO4) region in the infrared spectra, one band in each is observed, at 995 and 559 cm−1, respectively. In the region of the ν1 modes, in the Raman spectrum of the protiated compound, one very intense band was observed at 930 cm−1 which is only insignificantly shifted to 929 cm−1 in the spectrum of the perdeuterated compound. The band at 379 cm−1 in the Raman spectrum could be assigned to the ν2(PO4) modes. With respect to the phosphate ion vibrations, the comparison between the two polymorphic forms of MgCsPO4·6H2O and their deuterated compounds shows that ν1(PO4) and ν3(PO4) appear at lower wavenumbers in the cubic phase than in the hexagonal phase. These data are in full agreement with the lower repulsion potential at the cubic lattice sites compared with that for the hexagonal lattice sites.  相似文献

This paper deals with the calorimetric analysis of deformation processes in filled styrene-butadiene rubbers. More especially, the study focuses on the effects of the addition of carbon black fillers on the calorimetric response of “demullinized” SBR. Temperature variations are measured by infrared thermography during cyclic uniaxial tensile tests at ambient temperature. Heat sources1 produced or absorbed by the material due to deformation processes are deduced from temperature fields by using the heat diffusion equation. First, the results show that no mechanical (intrinsic) dissipation is detected for weakly filled SBR, meaning that the heat produced and absorbed over one mechanical cycle is the same whatever the stretch ratio reached. Second, the mechanical dissipation in highly filled SBR is significant. The quantitative analysis carried out highlights the fact that it increases quasi-linearly with the stretch ratio. Finally, a simplified framework is proposed to discuss the identification of the heat sources, in particular the mechanical dissipation.  相似文献

构建了标准差标准化方法修正的兼具多溴联苯(PBBs)分子红外振动强度、 生物富集性和毒性3种效应的CoMFA模型, 分析了PBBs分子力场对其综合值的影响, 确定取代位点, 并进行兼具易红外光谱检出、 低生物富集性和毒性特征的PBB分子修饰(以PBB-153为例). 研究结果表明, 构建的CoMFA模型对PBBs分子的红外振动强度、 生物富集性和毒性3种效应综合值具有较好的预测和拟合能力, 且具有较好的稳定性, 静电场和立体场的贡献率分别为59.9%和40.1%. 根据模型三维等势图选择正电性高于Br原子的5种取代基团对目标分子PBB-153进行单、 双取代, 筛选出6个3种效应综合值上升的PBB-153衍生物. PBBs衍生物分子单效应计算或预测结果验证表明所构建的兼具PBBs分子红外振动强度、 生物富集性和毒性3种效应综合值的CoMFA模型可以有效应用于PBBs分子的修饰. 设计的PBB-153衍生物分子具有较好的稳定性, 同时阻燃性与目标分子相当, 环境持久性及迁移性方面优于目标分子. 2D-QSAR模型表明, PBBs分子的偶极矩、 最负电荷及邻位Br原子数对其红外振动强度、 生物富集性和毒性单效应和综合值影响趋势一致.  相似文献

The complexity of biological samples determines that the detection of a single biomolecule is unable to satisfy actual needs. Moreover, the “false positives” results caused by a single biomolecule detections easily leads to erroneous clinical diagnosis and treatment. Thus, it is important for the homogenous quantification of multiple biomolecules in not only basic research but also practical application. As a consequent, a large number of literatures have been exploited to monitor multiple biomolecules in homogenous solution, enabling facilitating the development of the disease diagnosis, treatment as well as drug discovery. One-dimensional nanomaterials and two-dimensional nanomaterials have special physical and chemical properties, such as good electrochemical properties, stable structure, large specific surface area, and biocompatibility, which are widely used in electrochemical and fluorescent detection of biomolecules. This tutorial review highlights the recent development for the detection of multiple biomolecules by using nanomaterials including one-dimensional materials (1DMs) as well as two-dimensional materials (2DMs).  相似文献

Due to the unique size effects, nanomaterials in infrared absorption have attracted much attention for their strong absorption in the infrared region. To achieve the infrared multi‐band absorption, we propose to synthesize a core‐shell structure nanomaterial consisting of NaYF4:Yb3+, Er3+ core and a layer of SiO2 as shell. A series of NaYF4:Yb3+, Er3+ nanocrystals were synthesized through hydrothermal method by adjusting the ratio of citric acid(CA)‐to‐NaOH, and the effects of CA concentration, and NaOH concentration were studied in detail. NaYF4:Yb3+, Er3+@SiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized by sol‐gel method using TEOS as silica source. The results show that the core‐shell NaYF4:Yb3+, Er3+@SiO2 nanoparticles were successfully synthesized. Up‐conversion spectra of these nanoparticles were recorded with 980 nm laser excitation under room temperature. There are no changes of the emission centers of nanoparticles before or after silica coating, but the emission intensities of nanoparticles after silica coating are weakened. Furthermore, the property of infrared multi‐band absorption was tested through ultraviolet‐visible‐near infrared spectrophotometer and infrared absorption spectra. The results illustrate that the multi‐band infrared absorption nanomaterial was successfully synthesized.  相似文献

A rapid and selective method for the simultaneous determination of triazine herbicides (atrazine, its degradation product desethylatrazine, simazine, prometryn, terbutryn) and N-methylcarbamate insecticides (propoxur, carbaryl and methiocarb) in surface water has been developed. A 0.5 L of the water sample was preconcentrated by passage through a 1 g C18 solid-phase extraction cartridge. The retained compounds were eluted with 5 mL of methanol from the cartridge. The pesticides were separated and quantified by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography with UV diode-array detection. Analytical separation was performed using a concave gradient elution with acetonitrile and water on a C18 column. Prometryn and terbutryn were determined at 240 nm; propoxur, methiocarb at 204 nm and the others at 220 nm. Recoveries varied from 85 to 102% over concentrations at 0.025 and 0.2 µg L?1. The limits of detection for the compounds investigated are in the range of 0.005-0.012 µg L?1.  相似文献

Seventeen 1-aryl-2,2-dichlorocyclopropanes were examined by using IR, 13C NMR, and mass spectrometry. The data obtained from IR and 13C NMR spectra indicate that the bond strength of carbon-chlorine on the cyclopropane ring and the electron density of that carbon depend on the substituent. The mass fragmentation patterns of compounds in this series resemble those of the dibromo analogues. The fragmentation mechanism is proposed to involve the formation of indenium ion through an electrocyclization.  相似文献

本文报导了傅里哀变换红外发射光谱法研究多相氧化物催化剂的实验装置的建立及实验条件的考察。设计加工了一个温度范围宽,可在各种气氛和真空条件下原位研究氧化物催化剂的红外发射池。以MoO_3为例,考察了样品厚度,测试温度对发射光谱的影响。当样品量小于1mm·cm~(-2)时,随样品量增加,谱峰强度线性增加,但峰形不发生变化。当样品量高于1mg.cm~(-2)时,随样品量增加,谱图严重畸变。随样品温度升高,谱峰强度近似线性增加。并用该方法研究了MoO_3在还原和再氧化过程中表面氧物种的变化。结果表明桥式MO?O?Mo物种比端基Mo=O物种较易还原,再氧化时,Mo=O物种比Mo?O?Mo物种优先形成。  相似文献

本文研究在不同条件固相氯化聚乙烯(CPE)的红外光谱,探讨了一步和两步氯化合成的CPE的结构差别,着重讨论了两步氯化的CPE结构特点。从观察表征结晶结构和—(CH_2)_n—链段氯分布的特征频率变化表明,低温固相氯化主要发生在无定形区,并且在CPE中形成高氯化和低氯化链段(或未氯化)的嵌段结构。在两步固相氯化时,晶区受到较大程度的破坏,氯化作用已不局限在无定形区,其结晶结构的破坏主要同第二步氯化程度有关,即使CPE氯含量相同,若前后两步氯化程度不同,结构有很大差异。  相似文献
