生物特征识别标准新进展

介绍了ISO/IEC JTC1 SC37生物特征识别标准化分技术委员会最新进展,描述了若干重点标准.在此基础上,对我国该技术领域的标准化工作提出建议.     

Distinguishing standard SBL‐algebras with involutive negations by propositional formulas

Propositional fuzzy logics given by a combination of a continuous SBL t‐norm with finitely many idempotents and of an involutive negation are investigated. A characterization of continuous t‐norms which, in combination with different involutive negations, yield either isomorphic algebras or algebras with distinct and incomparable sets of propositional tautologies is presented. 中国显示标准组成一览

在回顾国家和部分相关工业显示标准的主要组成的基础上，总结了中国在ＣＲＴ显示领域的标准，国家标准是同国际标准相一致，而工业标准是以国家标准为依据制定的。但国家标准仅是一总的标准，一些具体的细则必须由和厂家依据具体使用的测量工具来制定，因此，测量的结果常常随使用工具的变化以及测量条件及设备使用人员的熟练程度而不同。     

关于偏微分方程解的规模,恰当解,形式幂级数解和序的优化

基于Reid标准型,楔子(盒子)理论,吴方法解决了一些偏微分方程组的维数问题 -即解的规模,并给出了形式幂级数解并编制了算法．最重要的是给出了验证恰当解的优序-即Ⅱ-型序。     

The use of standard deviation and skewness for estimating apparent permeability in a two-dimensional,heterogeneous medium

In this theoretical study, characteristic or effective permeabilities (referred to as ‘apparent permeability’) of a radial/parallel flow system in a heterogeneous medium are calculated by the Monte Carlo method and the finite element method. The permeability distribution in the radial and parallel flow systems are not the same, as going from Cartesian to cylindrical coordinates changes the probability measure. The Bernoulli trials, the normal distribution or the log-normal distribution, is assumed to be the probability density function of permeability. The results are summarized as follows: (1) when the skewness of the distribution function is equal to zero or nearly equal to zero (that is, when the permeability distribution is regarded to be symmetric), the apparent permeability depends on the standard deviation, but not on the kind of distribution function, (2) when the skewness is not equal to zero, the apparent permeability depends not only on the standard deviation, but also on the skewness, (3) the above facts appeared in the radial and the parallel flow systems.

测量不确定度的评定与表示

测量不确定度和如何正确评定与表示，是个极其重要的问题，文章指出了研究不确定度的意义，介绍了不确定度的有关概念，按实际工作的测量模型，给出了标准不确定度Ａ类、Ｂ类评定的各种具体方法，提出了标准不确定度的俣成方法与展伸不确定度的给出方法，对不确定度评定与表示的程序进行了汇总，并举出了应用实例。     

调整标准化样品相对强度提高光电直读光谱法测定生铁中硫的准确度

用光电直读光谱法测定生铁中硫量,得到与标准化样品的标准值相比系统偏低的结果.为解决此问题,试验了将高、低含硫量的两个标准化样品所产生硫的相对谱线强度作出调整,从而消除了上述的系统误差.测得含硫量的相对误差,对含硫量在0.02%(质量分数)左右的生铁试样,可保持在±0.002%之内.     

精密电压基准及应用

本文介绍了在ＵＪ５２多量限电位差计中用ＬＭ３９９代替锌汞电池的电路和方法。取得了较好的效果。     

可修系统故障诊断的标准值研究

本文利用数理统计方法研究可修系统故障诊断问题，提出了一种新的标准值。
