Summary The paper discusses the effect of the length and structure of the hydrocarbon chain connecting the nitrile group to the silica gel surface on the chromatographic properties of cyanoalkyl phases.When using non-polar and polar mobile phases, the selectivity of the cyanodecyl phases toward PAHs is higher than of the cyanopropyl phase and of hydroxylated silica gel.Polar additives to the mobile phase drastically decrease the retention on silica gel and on the cyanopropyl phase while affect the properties of cyanodecyl phases only to a considerably less degree. Newly synthesized phases with different structures of the hydrocarbon chain are compared with the commerical cyano-and ODS-phases. The retention mechanism on the cyanoalkyl phases is discussed.  相似文献

An ultraviolet-photochemical generator (UV-PVG) capable of post-column on-line transformation of both organic and inorganic mercury species to cold vapor (Hg0) with subsequent detection by quartz tube-atomic absorption spectrometry (QT-AAS) was developed. Mercury(II), methylmercury(I), ethylmercury(I), and phenylmercury(I) were successfully detected after separation by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). Two types of AAS detectors were compared. The first was a commonly used line-source instrument while the second was a high-resolution continuum source (HR-CS) AAS. The latter provided better limits of detection: 0.47?µg?L?1 for Hg(II), 0.84?µg?L?1 for methylmercury(I), 0.80?µg?L?1 for ethylmercury(I), and 2.0?µg?L?1 for phenylmercury(I). The repeatability at 30?μg?L?1 was 3.6%, 4.1%, 6.2%, and 4.5% for these species (n?=?10). These figures of merit were comparable with those reported for more sensitive atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Nine sample extraction procedures were investigated. Extraction by tetramethylammonium hydroxide and HCl at 75?°C was selected as the only method compatible with the proposed separation and detection steps providing high extraction efficiency and no changes in mercury speciation. The applicability of the proposed high-performance liquid chromatography–ultraviolet-photochemical vapor generation–quartz tube-atomic absorption spectrometry method was demonstrated using fish samples and certified reference materials (CRM) DOLT-4 (dogfish liver) and ERM-CE464 (tuna fish). The results were comparable to those obtained by a reference method based on L-cysteine extraction and high-performance liquid chromatography–inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (HPLC–ICP-MS) determination.  相似文献

A sensitive and specific method was developed for the determination of sophoridine (SRI), sophocarpine (SC) and matrine (MT) in rabbit plasma by HPLC-MS. After an administration of Kuhuang by injection, blood samples were collected and extracted with methanol. The extract solutions were analysed by HPLC-MS method. The separation was performed on a ZORBAX Extend-C18 column using methanol/water/diethylamine (50:50:0.07, v/v/v) as mobile phase. The quinolizidine alkaloids were detected by using mass spectrometry in the SIM mode. There was a good linear relationship between peak area and concentration of analytes over the concentration range of 13.2–995.0 ng mL–1 for SRI, 7.0–530.0 ng mL–1 for SC and 8.8–655.0 ng mL–1 for MT, respectively. The absolute recovery of this method was more than 57% for SRI, 87% for SC and 91% for MT. The accuracy of assay was more than 90%. The limits of detection (LODs) were 6.8 ng mL–1 for SRI, 3.5 ng mL–1 for SC and 4.2 ng mL–1 for MT, respectively. The limits of quantitation (LOQs) were 13.2 ng mL–1 for SRI, 7.0 ng mL–1 for SC and 8.8 ng mL–1 for MT, respectively. The intra-day and inter-day coefficients of variation (RSDs) were less than 10.1, 6.3 and 5.8% for SRI, SC and MT, respectively. The developed method was applied to determine the concentration–time profiles of SRI, SC and MT in rabbit plasma after injection of Kuhuang.  相似文献

A rapid and selective method for the simultaneous determination of triazine herbicides (atrazine, its degradation product desethylatrazine, simazine, prometryn, terbutryn) and N-methylcarbamate insecticides (propoxur, carbaryl and methiocarb) in surface water has been developed. A 0.5 L of the water sample was preconcentrated by passage through a 1 g C18 solid-phase extraction cartridge. The retained compounds were eluted with 5 mL of methanol from the cartridge. The pesticides were separated and quantified by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography with UV diode-array detection. Analytical separation was performed using a concave gradient elution with acetonitrile and water on a C18 column. Prometryn and terbutryn were determined at 240 nm; propoxur, methiocarb at 204 nm and the others at 220 nm. Recoveries varied from 85 to 102% over concentrations at 0.025 and 0.2 µg L?1. The limits of detection for the compounds investigated are in the range of 0.005-0.012 µg L?1.  相似文献

A simple method was developed for the determination of hydrophilic whitening agents (ascorbyl glucoside, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate, arbutin, hydroquinone, and kojic acid) in bleaching cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection. The samples were prepared using microdialysis and were separated within ten minutes using isocratic elution. Linear calibration was achieved for concentrations between 0.10 and 10.00 micromolar. The limits of detection were from 0.6 to 2.0 nanomolar; the recoveries were between 91.43 and 108.04 percent, and the relative standard deviation was less than 6.88 percent. This method was used to determine whitening compounds in several cosmetics with on-line microdialysis and the zero net flux method. The procedure was fast, simple, selective, and suitable for routine analysis.  相似文献

In this paper,we developed and validated a simple,sensitive,and selective high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS) method to identify and measure the following prohibited substances that may be found in cosmetic products:minoxidil,hydrocortisone, spironolactone,estrone,canrenone,triamcinolone acetonide and progesterone.Chromatographic separation was performed on a Waters Symmetry C18(100 mm×2.1 mm,3.5μm particle size) with a gradient elution system composed of 0.2%(v/v) formic acid aqueous solution and methanol containing 0.2%(v/v) formic acid at a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min.The substances were detected using a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer in the multiple reaction monitoring mode with an electrospray ionization source.All of the calibration curves showed good linearity(r > 0.999) within the tested concentration ranges.The limit of detection was <25 pg.The relative standard deviations for intraday precision for each of the prohibited substances were <3.5%at two concentration levels(2μg/g,10μg/g). The relative recovery rate for each of the prohibited substances ranged from 91.8%to 111%at three concentration levels(0.1μg/g,2μg/g,10μg/g),including the limit of quantification.In conclusion,we have developed and validated a method that can identify seven prohibited substances in cosmetic products.  相似文献

聚芳醚酮树脂是20世纪发展起来的重要特种工程塑料.因其优良的耐热、耐腐蚀、耐摩擦及生物相容性好等特点,在国防军工、武器装备、航空航天、电子、汽车、机械、石油工业、核能及理疗卫生等高技术领有广泛的应用.此类材料大都采用双酚单体和双氟单体通过A2+B2型亲核缩聚反应制备.这类聚合物的分子结构对材料的性能影响较大,一般情况下分子链由醚、酮、苯三元规整结构构成时,聚合物为半结晶态;然而,当分子结构中存在侧基或其他非规整结构往往破坏聚合物的结晶结构,聚合物呈现无定型态.半结晶聚芳醚酮聚合物具有非常优异的耐热、耐化学稳定性一般作为结构型材料使用;无定型聚芳醚酮具有良好的加工性能,并且可进行一些功能化成为一类优异的功能型材料.本文从结构与性能关系出发,介绍了聚芳醚酮树脂种类,聚芳醚酮树脂的发展历程及合成方法;探讨了聚芳醚酮材料结构与性能关系;总结了功能性聚芳醚酮材料的前沿进展;最后结合实际展望了聚芳醚酮的应用发展方向.  相似文献

Summary A simple, corrosion-resistant and non-destructive flow cell optimized for laser induced photoacoustic spectroscopic detection of HPLC effluents is described. The characteristics and analytical figures of merit of the flow cell are presented. Application of the flow cell to the detection of polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons in HPLC effluent is demonstrated. Limits of detection were on the order of tenths of parts per million. Comparisons with the conventional UV absorbance detector and among various laser powers are discussed.  相似文献
