GaAs/P型Al_xGa_(1-x)As异质结界面二维空穴的量子输运特性

本文研究了利用分子束外延技术(MBE)生长的GaAs/P型Al_xGa_(1-x)As异质结构中的二维空穴的整数量子Hall效应(IQHE)、以及空穴复杂子带结构对IQHE的影响;讨论了在弱磁场区产生反常正磁阻效应的量子机理,指出两种载流子经典磁阻理论不能解释这一效应.     

Critical exponents of Manhattan Hamiltonian walks in two dimensions,from Potts andO(n) models

We consider a set of Hamiltonian circuits filling a Manhattan lattice, i.e., a square lattice with alternating traffic regulation. We show that the generating function (with fugacityz) of this set is identical to the critical partition function of aq-state Potts model on an unoriented square lattice withq ^1/2 =z. The set of critical exponents governing correlations of Hamiltonian circuits is derived using a Coulomb gas technique. These exponents are also found to be those of an O(n) vector model in the low-temperature phase withn =q ^1/2 =z. The critical exponents in the limitz = 0 are then those of spanning trees (q= 0) and of dense polymers (n=0,T < T_c), corresponding to a conformal theory with central chargeC = –2. This shows that the Manhattan orientation and the Hamiltonian constraint of filling all the lattice are irrelevant for the infrared critical properties of Hamiltonian walks.     

Heat transfer in a gas mixture between parallel plates

The one-dimensional steady-state heat flux and the temperature distribution in a rarefied gas mixture between two parallel plates with different temperatures are studied using the kinetic theory. The Boltzmann equation is solved by the projection method assuming that the gas consists of elastic hard spheres and the reflection from the surfaces is diffuse. The flow features are analyzed for a wide range of the Knudsen number. The molecular numerical densities of the components, the total temperature of the mixture, and the mixture heat flux are obtained. The behavior of the distribution functions for the components is discussed. A comparison with other authors’ results shows that the accuracy of the given method is good.     

On the analyticity of the pressure in the hierarchical dipole gas

The convergence of the Mayer expansion is proved by estimating directly the convergence radius.     

Decay of Correlations and Dispersing Billiards

We give a rigorous proof of exponential decay of correlations for all major classes of planar dispersing billiards: periodic Lorentz gases with and without horizon and dispersing billiard tables with corner points

利用相关系数阵的条件数研究影响煤气炉上部温度的各影响因素之间的复共线性,利用对数回归方法建立煤气炉上部温度与各影响因素之间的线性回归模型。经检验回归方程与回归系数均具有良好的显著性.所建模型对改善炉况,保持生产过程持续稳定具有现实指导意义。

Stationary-phase focusing in capillary gas-liquid chromatography: Enhancement of the maximum permissible sample size

Equations have been derived to predict the extent to which the sample size may be increased, without decreasing the column performance, by stationary-phase focusing at sub-ambient temperatures. Under favorable circumstances the sample size may be enhanced several hundredfold.
