Poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC)-based membrane of pentathia-15-crown-5 exhibits good potentiometric response for Hg2+ over a wide concentration range (2.51 × 10−5 to 1.00 × 10−1 mol dm−3) with a slope of 32.1 mV per decade of Hg2+ concentration. The response time of the sensor is as fast as 20 s. The electrode has been used for a period of six weeks and exhibits fairly good discriminating ability towards Hg2+ in comparison to alkali, alkaline and some heavy metal ions. The electrode can be used in the pH range from 2.7 to 5.0.  相似文献

An ultra-thin layer of polypyrrole can be coated on non-conducting substrates, e.g., acrylic, by dip coating into a colloidal suspension of polypyrrole. This thin coating reversibly combines with low concentrations of ammonia or hydrazine with a concomitant reversible increase in resistance; 0.1 μg cm?3 of ammonia can readily be detected with a 1 cm2 area of sensor.  相似文献

The sol-gel synthesis of silicophosphate gels using phosphoryl chloride and tetraethoxysilane as molecular precursors is reported and discussed. Gel-derived glasses and films having the molar compositions 10P2O5 · 90SiO2 and 30P2O5 · 70SiO2 have been obtained. The structure of the dried gels as well as the structural modifications that occurs during the transformations in gel-derived glasses are analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). It has been found that the evidence of the P—O—Si linkages begins to appear only on the FTIR spectra of the bulk gels heat treated up to 400°C while they are well resolved on the FTIR spectra of the bulk gel samples heated up to 1000°C indicating that at this temperature the transformation in the corresponding gel-derived glasses occurs. The humidity sensitive properties of the gel-films have been evaluated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The phosphorous content as well as the temperature of the heat treatments strongly affect the sensitivity to RH of the gel-derived films.  相似文献

We describe here a method for detecting and quantifying the highly carcinogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) benzo[a]pyrene (BaP) in water, based on a flow-trough optical sensor. The technique is fast (response time of 40 s) and simple and at the same time meets the standards of sensitivity and selectivity required by the European Guidelines on Water for Human Consumption. The optosensor is based on the on-line immobilization of BaP on a non-ionic resin (Amberlite XAD-4) solid support in a continuous-flow system. BaP was analyzed in a 15 mM H2PO4/HPO42− buffer solution with 25% (v/v) 1,4-dioxane at pH 7. Fluorescence intensity was measured at λex/em=392/406 nm. The experimental conditions (reagent phase, pH, type and concentration of buffer solution and organic solvent) and flow-injection values (flow rate and injection volume) were carefully controlled. Under these conditions the optosensor was sensitive to a linear concentration range of between 3.0 and 250.0 ng l−1 with a detection limit of 3.0 ng l−1 and a standard deviation of 1.5% at 150 ng l−1. The optosensor was applied to the quantification of BaP in drinking and waste water samples (95-105% recovery) in presence of the other 15 EPA PAHs at 1000 ng l−1 concentration level. The influence of other fluorescent polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and potential interference from ions usually present in water was also evaluated.  相似文献

An improved version of the disposable multichannel immunochemical biosensor for the herbicide 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) based on a screen-printed amperometric transducer and monoclonal antibodies (MAb) against 2,4-D is reported. Entrapment within a thin Nafion film was used for the direct immobilization of MAb at the electrode surface. The amount of the tracer (2,4-D conjugated to acetylcholinesterase) bound in a competitive immunochemical reaction was determined amperometrically using acetylthiocholine iodide as substrate. The measuring procedure (times of incubation with tracer and substrate, pH, tracer concentration) was optimized. The sensor was able to detect less than 0.01 μg/L of free 2,4-D in water. One analysis (8 samples) was completed in 30 min (20 min for immunochemical reaction, 5 min incubation with substrate, 5 min measurement). The performance of the immunosensor (two configurations) was evaluated on real samples (tap water) with added 2,4-D. The determined amounts (mean values 0.097 to 0.105 and 0.89 to 1.13) corresponded well with the added contents of 2,4-D (0.100 and 1.00 μg/L, respectively).  相似文献

An amperometric artemisinin (ARN) sensor based on the supramolecular recognition of glycosylated metalloporphyrin, which is included in the Au-nanoparticles-chitosan film coated on the glass carbon electrodes, was developed. For the improvement of the selectivity of artemisinin detection, 5,10,15,20-tetrakis[2-(2,3,4,6-tetraacetyl-β-d-glucopyranosyl)-1-O-phenyl]porphyrin (T(o-glu)PPH) metal complex [FeT(o-glu)PPCl] was synthesized and employed as a ARN-sensitive and -selective material in the amperometric sensors. The proposed [FeT(o-glu)PPCl]/Au-nanoparticles modified electrodes showed excellent selectivity and sensitivity toward ARN with respect to a number of interferents and exhibited stable current response, which can be attributed to the coordination of ARN with the [FeT(o-glu)PPCl] in the electrodes. The calibration graph obtained with the proposed sensor was linear over the range of 1.8 × 10−7-1.7 × 10−9 mol l−1, with a detection limit of 1.7 × 10−9 mol l−1 for ARN. Significant advantages of the proposed procedure over the conventional reductive electrochemical methods are the selective detection and the relatively low applied potential requirement of the ARN-sensor. The prepared sensor is applied for the determination of ARN in plant samples and the results agreed with the values obtained by the pharmacopoeia method.  相似文献

为解决光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)应变测量时的应变、温度交叉敏感问题,利用FBG便于构成传感网络的优点,将温度补偿参考FBG与应变测量FBG串联在一路光纤上,根据2只FBG布拉格波长相对漂移获得被测结构应变。双FBG波长相对漂移对温度的灵敏度仅为0.12pm/℃,较好地实现FBG应变测量的温度补偿。参考FBG法原理简单,可操作性强,为FBG应变传感器的实际工程应用奠定了基础。  相似文献

提出了一种等强度悬臂梁与弹簧管结合的高灵敏度的光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)压力传感器。将FBG粘贴在悬臂梁的下表面,粘贴方向与悬臂梁轴线一致。理论分析了FBG中心波长相对偏移量与压力的关系,实验测得该传感器的压力灵敏度为2.767×10-4/MPa,是裸FBG压强灵敏度系数的142倍。压力灵敏度与悬臂梁和弹簧管的几何参数有关,改变参数,可获得不同灵敏度的压力传感器。  相似文献

将光纤与微电子机械系统(MEMS)技术相结合,设计了一种新颖的检测50Hz高压交流电的光学电流传感器(OCS)。用ANSYS软件分析了器件的模态、动态响应与热膨胀特性,并通过Matlab软件模拟了器件的工作性能。模拟计算表明:ANSYS与理论公式得到的结果基本一致;传感器的量程为100~3600A,对于大电流下的灵敏度可达到0.02dB/A,温度变化±50K时传感器相应的测试误差为0.2%。  相似文献
