倒装芯片是一种性能价格比良好的互连技术 ,要求采用富有创新的操作 ,以满足KGD的测试方法和操作工艺的需要。在基片上贴装好以前应立刻进行测试以确保能够起作用的管芯才能被装配入到倒装芯片或者说印刷电路板上面。在线测试设备是一种能够满足这些性能要求和价格要求的设备     

房间出口位置及内部布局对疏散效率的影响研究

利用先前建立的元胞自动机人员疏散模型,考虑教室类房间内过道区域的影响因素,调整行人转移概率的计算规则,分析了教室不同出口位置、教室内不同布局情况下的疏散效率.结果表明,正对教室过道的出口对疏散是很有利的,教室正面边缘开口和侧面开口相比,宜在侧面开口,以减少行人运动过程中方向的变化,而教室正面中央开口虽然疏散效率最高,但这样的开口不现实;另外,当教室侧面开口时,紧靠出口墙壁侧的过道是必要的,当教室总容量不变时,应优先考虑过道分布的设计,过道的数目和单个过道宽度相比,过道数目对疏散效率的影响更显著,过道数量较多时,疏散效率较高.本文有望为教室内部布局和出口设置,以及影剧院、体育馆看台等类似建筑内座椅和过道的分布设计提供建议.     

Enhancing Formative Assessment Practice and Encouraging Middle School Mathematics Engagement and Persistence

In the transition to middle school, and during the middle school years, students' motivation for mathematics tends to decline from what it was during elementary school. Formative assessment strategies in mathematics can help support motivation by building confidence for challenging tasks. In this study, the authors developed and piloted a professional development program, Learning to Use Formative Assessment in Mathematics with the Assessment Work Sample Method (AWSM) to build middle school math teachers' understanding of the characteristics of high‐quality formative assessment processes and increases their ability to use them in their classrooms. AWSM proved to be feasible to implement in the middle school setting. It improved teachers' practice of formative assessment, especially in their feedback practices, regardless of their pedagogical content knowledge at entry. Results from focus groups suggested that teachers were better able to implement ungraded practice and student self‐ and peer‐assessment after AWSM, and that students were more willing to engage in complex problem solving.

Handling errors as they arise in whole-class interactions

There has been a long history of research into errors and their role in the teaching and learning of mathematics. This research has led to a change to pedagogical recommendations from avoiding errors to explicitly using them in lessons. In this study, 22 mathematics lessons were video-recorded and transcribed. A conversation analytic (CA) approach was then taken to examine how mathematical errors are treated by teachers and students when they arise in interaction. Despite pedagogical recommendations, in these interactions, errors continue to be predominantly treated as something to avoid. There is a tension between the affective aspects of managing errors in interactions and the cognitive aspects. Close examination of classroom interactions enable us to see how these tensions are managed both by teachers and students.
