Antihistamines such as pheniramine (PHN) or chlorpheniramine (CPH) are commonly associated with naphazoline (NPZ) in eye drops and nasal decongestants. In this work, a batch‐injection analysis system with multiple pulse amperometric (BIA‐MPA) detection has been applied for the first time for fast simultaneous determination of naphazoline (NPZ) and pheniramine (PHN) or NPZ and chlorpheniramine (CPH). PHN or CPH was selectively detected at +1.1 V and both PHN and NPZ or CPH and NPZ were detected at +1.3 V using boron doped diamond (BDD) as working electrode and Britton‐Robinson (BR) buffer (pH=10.0) as supporting electrolyte. The current of NPZ can then be obtained by subtraction of the currents detected at both potential pulses and applying a correction factor (CF). The proposed method presented good intra‐day repeatability (RSD between 0.7 and 3.2 % for PHN; 0.7 and 2.1 % for CPH; 1.5 and 4.0 % for NPZ; n=20), high analytical frequency (>80 injections h−1), and limits of detection of 0.64, 0.47 and 0.11 μmol L−1 for PHN, CPH and NPZ, respectively. Object “Shelter” (known world-wide as the Sarcophagus) is a source of very high radiological and nuclear hazard. Transfer of the Sarcophagus into an ecologically safe site is a task not only for Ukraine but also for the world community. A composite approach to maintenance of radiation and nuclear safety of the Sarcophagus applying spectrometric methods using solid state nuclear track detectors (SSNTD) is suggested in this paper. The aspects are: (1) monitoring of transuranium element inhalation intake to a human body of nuclear workers; (2) neutron flux evaluation in some premises of the Sarcophagus; (3) fuel hot particle detection in air of working zones; (4) radon and thoron simultaneous measurements. 相似文献

Online video nowadays has become one of the top activities for users and has become easy to access. In the meantime, how to manage such huge amount of video data and retrieve them efficiently has become a big issue. In this article, we propose a novel method for video abstraction based on fast clustering of the regions of interest (ROIs). Firstly, the key-frames in each shot are extracted using the average histogram algorithm. Secondly, the saliency and edge maps are generated from each key-frame. According to these two maps, the key points for the visual attention model can be determined. Meanwhile, in order to expand the regions surrounding the key points, several thresholds are calculated from the corresponding key-frame. Thirdly, based on the key points and thresholds, several regions of interest are expanded and thus the main content in each frame is obtained. Finally, the fast clustering method is performed on the key frames by utilizing their ROIs. Insoluble sludge is generated in the reprocessing of spent fuel. The sludge obtained from the dissolution of irradiated fuel from the “Joyo” experimental fast reactor was analyzed to evaluate its chemical form. The sludge was collected by the filtration of the dissolved fuel solution, and then washed in nitric acid. The yields of the sludge weight were less than 1% of the total fuel weight. The chemical composition of the sludge was analyzed after decomposition by alkaline fusion. Molybdenum, technetium, ruthenium, rhodium, and palladium were found to be the main constituent elements of the sludge. X-ray diffraction patterns of the sludge were attributable to Mo4Ru4RhPd, regardless of the experimental conditions. The concentrations of molybdenum and zirconium in the dissolved fast reactor fuel solutions were low, indicating that zirconium molybdate hydrate is produced in negligible amounts in the process. 相似文献

The fast trace analysis method used to monitor 2,3,7,8-TCDD in stack gas during the incineration of the waste from Seveso is described. The sampling of volatile organic compounds from flue gases, distributed between all three aggregation states, is based on a micromethod developed for the trace analysis of water using a specially dimensioned adsorptive charcoal filter (1.5 mg charcoal). In conjunction with subsequent GC/MS measurements the rapid “fast cycle trace analysis” ensured specific 2,3,7,8-TCDD detection down to 100 pg per m3 flue gas in cycle times of about 1–2 hours. 相似文献

Schemes such as phase-modulated Lee–Goldburg (PMLG) for homonuclear dipolar decoupling have been shown to yield high-resolution 1H spectra at high magic-angle spinning (MAS) frequencies of 50–70 kHz. This is at variance to the commonly held notion that these methods require MAS frequencies not comparable to the cycle frequencies of the pulse schemes. 基于传统分光光度测量方法的构架,提出了一种快速、高精度测量可见光-近红外透射光谱的新方法,在该方法的测量过程中,光栅单色器的出射波长保持匀速的连续变化,同时参考光探测器和测试光探测器保持连续的光强采集。初步实验研究表明,新方法可把测量耗时降低到传统分光光度法所需时间的50%以下,测量得到的透射光谱与传统分光光度法的相对误差为0.070%,三次重复性测量的统计误差为0.042%。与现有常见可见光-近红外透射光谱的测量方法(分光光度法、CCD光谱仪法、傅里叶变换光谱仪法)相比,新方法同时具有以下优点:(1)有望显著提高可见光-近红外透射光谱的测量速度,从而应用于透射光谱的动态测量环境中;(2)具有较高的测量精度(0.1%~0.3%);(3)在测量过程中,系统的机械部件始终保持匀速的运动状态,测试系统因而具有较高的机械稳定性。 相似文献
