Research interest in three‐dimensional multiple‐input multiple‐output (3D‐MIMO) beamforming has rapidly increased on account of its potential to support high data rates through an array of strategies, including sector or user‐specific elevation beamforming and cell‐splitting. To evaluate the full performance benefits of 3D and full‐dimensional (FD) MIMO beamforming, the 3D character of the real MIMO channel must be modeled with consideration of both the azimuth and elevation domain. Most existing works on the 2D spatial channel model (2D‐SCM) assume a wide range for the distribution of elevation angles of departure (eAoDs), which is not practical according to field measurements. In this paper, an optimal FD‐MIMO planar array configuration is presented for different practical channel conditions by restricting the eAoDs to a finite range. Using a dynamic network level simulator that employs a complete 3D SCM, we analyze the relationship between the angular spread and sum throughput. In addition, we present an analysis on the optimal antenna configurations for the channels under consideration.  相似文献

Although several molecular markers for human breast cancer exist, their versatility is limited. Here we demonstrate, through a differential proteome analysis utilizing the fluorogenic derivatization-liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (FD-LC-MS/MS) method between seven cancer cells and one normal cell, that the presence of cooperatively expressed annexin-2 and galectin-1 without tropomyosin-1 in a tissue could be used to diagnose metastatic breast cancer. Interestingly, in a metastatic cancer cell, the expression of the former two together with highly expressed cofilin-1 activates the Rho signal pathway to aggressively form disorganized actin filaments. Despite the excess expression of annexin-2 and galectin-1 in the normal cell, the highly expressed tropomyosin-1 counteracted the activity of cofilin-1 and stabilized the filaments, resulting in the restoration of the disorganization. This phenomenon suggests that enhancement of tropomyosin-1 should be used as therapy for metastatic breast cancer.  相似文献

It has been known that the over-expression of alpha-synuclein, the main protein of Lewy bodies in Parkinson's disease (PD), leads to neurodegeneration in PD models. In this study, the changes in protein expression between the transgenic over-expressing human alpha-synuclein wild type (alpha-synWT) and the control Caenorhabditis elegans were elucidated by fluorogenic derivatization-liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (FD-LC-MS/MS) proteome analysis, which is a highly selective, sensitive, repeatable and quantitative method for protein identification. Because the alpha-synuclein wild-type worms showed moderate levels of dopamine loss without overt behavioral abnormalities, it was suggested that the changes in proteins in the alpha-synWT are related in the sequence of the formation of Lewy bodies. Among more than 400 protein peaks detected, actin and several ribosomal proteins were identified for the first time as negative markers at early PD stages. Actin was suggested to be one of the important targets in the elucidation of the etiology of neuronal diseases such as PD or other synucleinopathies.  相似文献

In this paper, a new compact charge based DC model for the drain current of long channel fully depleted ultra-thin body SOI MOSFETs and asymmetric double-gate MOSFETs with independent gate operation (ADGMOSFETs) is presented. The model was validated by both TCAD simulations and electrical measurements with a good agreement. In particular, great care was taken during the derivation of the model in order to respect the physics of the device and to make the correct approximations. The obtained solutions can be viewed as a generalization of classical MOS theory to the case of undoped fully depleted ADGMOS. As a result, the model consists of relatively simple equations and is a promising approach for the compact modeling and parameter extraction of fully depleted SOI transistors.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of continuous gain-scheduled fault detection (FD) is studied for a class of stochastic nonlinear systems which possesses partially known jump rates. Initially, by using gradient linearization approach, the nonlinear stochastic system is described by a series of linear jump models at some selected working points. Subsequently, observer-based residual generator is constructed for each jump linear system. Then, a new observer-design method is proposed for each re-constructed system to design H observers that minimize the influences of the disturbances, and to formulate a new performance index that increase the sensitivity to faults. Finally, continuous gain-scheduled approach is employed to design continuous FD observers on the whole nonlinear stochastic system. Simulation example is given to show the effectiveness and potential of the developed techniques.  相似文献

Abstract

We have developed an analytical method to determine six sulfophenyl carboxylic acids (SPC) in agricultural groundwater samples. It involves a solid-phase extraction (SPE) procedure and subsequent separation and determination using liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection (LC–FD).The quantification limits ranged between 0.7 and 1.2 ng ml?1. The proposed method was proved satisfactorily for the detection and determination of these compounds in groundwater samples during a study into the biodegradation of linear alkylbenzene sulfonates (LAS) in an agricultural soil sampled from the irrigated plain to the west of Granada (Spain).  相似文献

A fast HPLC method with fluorescence detector (FD) was developed for the determination of three tocopherols (TOCs) in milk samples from Modicana cattle breed. The ultrasound-assisted procedure was optimized for the extraction of TOCs prior to HPLC/FD analysis, reducing sample preparation time and allowing a fast quantification of α-tocopherol, δ-tocopherol and γ tocopherol. The optimized ultrasonic extraction combines an efficient and simple saponification at room temperature and a rapid HPLC quantification of TOCs in milk. The precision of the full analytical procedure was satisfactory and the recoveries at three spiked levels were between 95.3% and 87.8%. The linear correlations were evaluated (R2 > 0.99) and the relative standard deviation (RSD) values for intra-day and inter-day tests at three spiked levels were below 1% for the retention time and below 5.20% for the area at low level spiking. The proposed procedure, reducing the experimental complexity, allowed accurate extraction and detection of three TOCs in milk samples from Modicana cattle breed.  相似文献

针对应用于CAN FD网络中的调度算法,平均分区编码方式的最早截止期算法对报文进行非抢占调度时,其对大范围的截止期编码能力有限,报文易出现较大概率优先级反转以及总线负载较高等问题。通过分析造成报文传递延迟的各种原因并结合之前相关分区调度算法的不足,文中提出了基于指数–幂函数分区的最早截止期优先算法对报文进行调度的改进方式,即在对报文的截止期进行指数分区的基础上,进一步采用幂函数分区细分。文中对该算法的可调度性进行了分析,并使用CANoe进行了仿真验证。实验表明,与现有的平均分区调度算法相比,改进后的算法扩大了截止期的表示范围,降低了总线负载,优化了优先级反转问题,达到了更好的调度效果。  相似文献
