等离子体横向刻蚀硅的特性研究

研究了用SiO2 +Al作掩模 ,SF6 +O2 混合气体等离子体对Si的横向刻蚀 ,其结果表明 ,在SF6 +O2 等离子体气氛中 ,Al是很好的保护膜 ,可以在待悬浮器件下形成大的开孔。因此 ,预计用这种技术 ,可以在Si片上集成横向尺寸为数百微米 ,具有优良高频性能的MEMSRF/MW无源器件 ,如开关、传输线、电感和电容等。

Microstructure and mechanical properties of Pb-free solder alloys for low-cost electronic assembly: A review

Lead-free solders, including Sn-58Bi, Sn-52In, and Sn-3.5Ag, are potential replacements for Sn-37Pb solder in low-cost electronic assembly. This paper reviews the literature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of these alloys. Because of the processing and testing conditions, many of the data are not predictive for electronic assembly applications. However, eutectic Sn-Bi seems to have properties approaching those of eutectic Sn-Pb under most conditions, while eutectic Sn-In seems far inferior in most respects. Eutectic Sn-Ag has many promising characteristics, but its relatively high melting temperature may preclude its use for this type of application.

超分子有机薄膜

利用超分子有机薄膜技术能制成新的传感分子电子器件、光学器件和生物分子器件等，受到跨学科高技术研究领域的重视。本文描述了超分子有机薄膜的制备方法以及在各应用领域的研究状况。重点介绍了我们研究组在近20年工作中，利用LB膜技术，在光电器件、气体传感技术和光学非线性，特别是在生物传感技术方面的研究成果。按照生物体系提供的信息，模拟合成功能分子，建造有组织的分子组装体，以便用来研究依赖于分子排列的生物物理化学效应。     

Applications of electronic speckle interferometry (ESI) techniques for spacecraft structural components

Laser-based electronic speckle interferometry (ESI) techniques, viz., electronic speckle pattern interferometry (ESPI) and electronic speckle shearographic interferometry (ESSI) are used for testing of spacecraft structural components. The combined ESPI and ESSI system developed in house was successfully used for the non-destructive evaluation (NDE) of honeycomb sandwich panels and propellant tanks of Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). Debonds between face sheet and the honeycomb core were identified using (i) thermal and (ii) dual vacuum stressing methods. On-line NDE of the propellant tanks under internal pressure loading for identification of the minute cracks and thickness reduction areas were successfully implemented by ESI.     

超声跟踪法制作误差对器件性能的影响及补偿

研究发现快模入射超声跟踪氧化碲器件的布喇格损耗频响对于参数误差十分敏感,因而制作误差可能对器件性能有较大影响。本文系统研究了这种影响及其补偿方法,结果表明,当相邻两换能片之间中心距S有5%的误差和声偏置角丫_0有10%的误差时,通过调整入射角θ_1可作出完全的补偿。     

KNbO3：Fe晶体的时间微分效应及图像追踪

本文观察到了KNbO_3:Fe晶体的时间微分效应,并用这个微分效应进行了图像追踪的演示,为KNbO_3:Fe晶体在光折变器件领域的应用进行了有益的探索。     

氩离子激光掺铒光纤的双稳态

分析了掺铒光纤双稳态（ＥＤＦＯＢ）的工作原理、工作条件和特性，并利用氩离子激光（５１４．５ｎｍ）实现了ＥＤＦＯＢ的低功率（＜１０ｍＷ）运转。实验与理论结果基本相符。     

激光对CCD器件破坏时几种阈值的测量

本文简要回顾了近十年来激光CVD(LCVD)技术的发展概况及其在金属、电介质和半导体薄膜生长方面的应用情况。阐明了这种新发展起来的成膜技术不仅因其生长的低温化能够给器件带来优良的电学特性,同时也可利用其高精度的膜厚控制特性获得新结构的材料和器件。作者还对该技术的广泛的应用前景予以展望和肯定。
