An ordinary plating solution for indium hexacyanoferrate (InHCF) thin film deposition, mainly composed of equal concentrations
of In3+ and [Fe(CN)6]3–, usually forms precipitates rapidly when either concentration is higher than few millimolar. This contributes to the plating
solution's instability. Moreover, electrodeposited capacities are limited accordingly. In this work, the plating solution's
stability and the electrodeposition of InHCF were greatly enhanced by adding a large amount of K+ and/or H+. It was found that a 10-mM plating solution added with 1 M HCl and 1 M KCl could be stored as fresh over a one-week period,
whereas an unmodified plating solution became useless within a couple of minutes. Also, such cationic additions, especially
adding H+, increased the electrodeposited capacity ca. 18 times at least, as compared with that obtained from the unmodified plating
solution. Furthermore, related enhancing mechanisms were proposed and verified. To sum up, this study offers a means for better
InHCF electrodeposition and should promote the applications of InHCF films.

The efficiency of electronic excitation energy transfer from photo-excited rhodamine 110 (Rh110, energy donor) to rhodamine B (RhB, energy acceptor) in an exhaustively deionized colloidal silica suspension has been studied. This colloidal suspension shows Bragg reflection due to the formation of colloidal crystals and the Bragg-peak wavelength is controllable by the volume fraction of the silica spheres. When the Bragg-peak wavelength matches with the fluorescence band of Rh110, a depletion was observed in the Rh110 fluorescence spectrum. This means the fluorescence of Rh110 is partially trapped due to the Bragg reflection inside the crystal lattice. In the coexistence of RhB, the enhancement of RhB fluorescence intensity was observed. These facts clearly indicate the trapped photon energy of Rh110 is efficiently transferred to RhB within the colloidal crystals. The quantitative measurements showed that the enhancement of the transfer efficiency is 20% (or slightly more) in the present experimental conditions. 相似文献

Bounded terminal conditions of nonlinear optimization problems are converted to equality terminal conditions via the Valentine's device. In so doing, additional unknown parameters are introduced into the problem. The electronic effect on the regioselectivity in the alkynylation of phenyloxiranes was investigated using three kinds of metal acetylides. BF3 mediated lithium acetylide provided either the α- or β-alkynylated products by controlling the effect of the para-substituents of the phenyloxiranes. Rapid quality assessment of alcoholic beverages, including brand identification and detection of products of unacceptable quality or counterfeits is an important practical task. In the present work the multisensor electronic tongue system (ET), based on array of potentiometric chemical sensors was applied to recognition and classification of spirits such as vodka and ethanol used for vodka production and also for eau-de-vie in cognac production. The ET system was capable of detecting presence of contaminant substances in vodka in concentrations exceeding allowed levels as well as of distinguishing vodka complying and not complying with state quality standards. Ten brands of vodka produced at the same distillery using water and ethanol of different purity and various taste additives were discriminated using the instrument. The ET could distinguish synthetic and alimentary grain ethanol as well as alimentary ethanol of different grades (i.e. different degree of purification). A feasibility study was run on several eau-de-vie samples, which included fresh and aged eau-de-vie as well as samples produced using different distillation technology and samples kept in contact with different kinds of oak.
