凝胶过滤色谱法测定泥鳅多糖的组成及分子量

从泥鳅粘液中分离提取到中性的粗多糖 ,采用凝胶过滤色谱柱在高效液相色谱仪上进行分离和测定 ,结果表明 ,该多糖由一个高聚糖 (MAP ,19 1% )和一个寡糖 (MAO ,80 9% )组成。用标准的Pullulan(P 112 0 0 0 ,P 4 730 0 ,P 2 2 80 0 ,P 5 90 0 ,P 2 70 0 )作标准曲线 ,测得其重均分子量分别为 130 2 5 2 (约 72 3个糖基 )和 15 39(约 9个糖基 )。粗多糖经SephadexG 10 0凝胶柱 (1cm× 5 0cm)过滤 ,分离得到纯化的MAP和MAO。     

Structure and Dynamics of Methyl-substituted Beryllocene: [Be(C5Me5)2]

In this paper we study theoretically the molecular structure of [Be(C₅Me₅)₂], with special interest in similarities and differences found in the computed geometric parameters, depending on the treatment of the electron correlation used. Given the low energy differences found between the different configurations studied (less than 4 kcal mol⁻¹), and the high fluxionality found in experimental studies for this compound, we analyzed the dynamics of the system by means of first principles molecular dynamics calculations. A complex dynamics is found and analyzed in terms of two molecular rearrangement processes: 1,2-sigmatropic intraring rearrangement and a ring inversion mechanism that interchanges the roles (with regard to their coordination to the central Be atom) of the two rings.Dedicated to Dr. Jeal Paul Malrieu on occasion of his 65th birthday.     

Quantitative analysis of photoelectron angular distribution of single-domain organic monolayer film: NTCDA on GeS(0 0 1)

Angle-resolved photoelectron spectra were measured for a single-domain monolayer film of naphthalene-1,4,5,8-tetracarboxylic dianhydride (NTCDA) prepared on a cleaved GeS(0 0 1) surface using synchrotron radiation. The observed photoelectron angular distributions were analyzed by a calculation using the single-scattering approximation combined with molecular orbital calculation. With the help of the low-energy electron diffraction pattern, the structure of the NTCDA monolayer on GeS(0 0 1) was estimated quantitatively.     

Metabolic profiling of normal and hypertensive rat kidney tissues by hrMAS-NMR spectroscopy

Intact kidney tissue samples of normal and spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs) were analyzed by hrMAS-NMR spectroscopy and principal component analysis (PCA). Radial components (cortex, outer stripe of the outer medulla, inner stripe of the outer medulla, and papilla) were sampled from various regions across the kidney from multiple animals in order to establish inter- and intra-animal variability. The effects of temperature were also measured. Papilla was differentiated from the other tissue types, and this variation by tissue type was greater than the effect of temperature on the samples (spectra were compared from samples at 2 and 30 °C). This study also revealed long term stability issues of tissue storage at -80 °C. The PCA showed that the greatest differentiation between normal rats and SHRs was found in the cortex and the regions in the NMR spectra that were correlated with this variation were identified.Abbreviations hrMAS High-resolution magic angle spinning - NMR Nuclear magnetic resonance - PCA Principal component analysis - CSA Chemical shift anisotropy - DD Dipolar coupling - SHR Spontaneously hypertensive rat     

Synthesis and electrochemical properties of Zn3V3O8 as novel anode material

Zn₃V₃O₈ two-dimensional micro sheets are successfully synthesized by combination of solvothermal method and heat treatment. The Zn₃V₃O₈ has better electrochemical performances after calcinations.     

化学模式识别技术评价中药厚朴质量的研究

本文对不同产地和市售的二十四种厚朴药材及饮片的萃取液进行了高效液相色谱、气相色谱及紫外光谱分析;对所得数据用主成分分析进行分类,概括出不同样品化学成分的异同,认为大叶木兰可做为厚朴的代用品,而在陕西安康购得的样品不应做厚朴使用,后者经生药学鉴定为厚朴伪品凹叶木兰。化学模式识别技术可为寻找药材的代用品、评价中药质量及鉴定伪劣药材提供依据。     

Patterns in the precision of quantitative data from multicomponent gas chromatographic or gas chromatographic-mass spectrometric analysis

The dispersion of the quantitative results in the analysis of volatile compounds from multicomponent mixtures by different fractionation techniques (solid-phase microextraction and direct thermal desorption) followed by GC or GC-MS presents nonrandom patterns related to the existence of different factors in the fractionation process or in the chromatographic separation which affect, to a different extent, the recovery of the sample components. Statistical techniques have been used to show the relative importance of these factors. The improvement in data precision achieved by using volatile compound concentration ratios is discussed.

Electronic communication through the ureylene bridge: spectroscopy, structure and electrochemistry of dimethyl 1,1-ureylenedi(1-ferrocenecarboxylate)

Dimethyl 1^′,1^′-ureylenedi(1-ferrocenecarboxylate) (1) formed during the synthesis of 1-amino, 1^′-ferrocenecarboxylic acid shows virtual molecular centrosymmetry. Electronic coupling between the two Fc groups through the ureylene bridge results in both Fc groups being individually oxidizable (ΔE_1/2?0.14 V). The possible existence of intermolecular electronic communication has discussed. The oxidation was followed by spectroelectrochemistry. The separation between the two halfwave potentials ΔE_1/2=137±5 mV and the comproportionation constant K_c=207.
