计算全息检测非球面干涉场的理论分析与实验结果

本文应用光学全息术及傅里叶光学的理论对计算全息图干涉检测非球面面形的光路及干涉场进行了理论分析,提出了其干涉场为不定域干涉的观点,并在实验中予以证实.

SiGe／Si多量子阱中垂直方向红外吸收及共振色散效应

用垂直入射的中红外光束调制非掺杂SiGe/Si量子阱中光致子带间吸收，氩离子激光器作为子带间跃迁的光泵浦源在阱中产生载流子，红外调制光谱用步进式傅立叶变换光谱仪记录，实验中观察到明显的层间干涉效应与子带间跃迁有关的色散效应，理论和实验分析认为样品折射率变化造成的位相调制可以补偿吸收所造成的幅度调制。     

Sparse polynomials, redundant bases, gauss periods, and efficient exponentiation of primitive elements for small characteristic finite fields

Gauss periods give an exponentiation algorithm that is fast for many finite fields but slow for many other fields. The current paper presents a different method for construction of elements that yield a fast exponentiation algorithm for finite fields where the Gauss period method is slow or does not work. The basic idea is to use elements of low multiplicative order and search for primitive elements that are binomial or trinomial of these elements. Computational experiments indicate that such primitive elements exist, and it is shown that they can be exponentiated fast.

介绍了一种不用掩模的光刻技术———激光干涉光刻技术的基本原理,给出了干涉光刻技术的主要特点及一些可能的应用,并对实验系统和初步实验结果进行了分析。研究表明,激光干涉光刻具有大视场和分辨率高和视场宽等优点。     

Interlaboratory comparisons and improvements of methods for acid number determination in used motor oils

The results of two interlaboratory comparisons of acid number determinations in used motor oils are discussed. It is shown that the comparability of the measurement results is not as good as that required by known standards for petroleum products. The problem is motor oil contaminants which accumulated during use, and which are the source of a matrix effect in the acid number determination. The standard methods’ drawbacks are analyzed and some improvements are proposed. Repeatability and accuracy of the improved methods are evaluated. 铁电存储场效应晶体管I-V特性的物理机制模拟

文章讨论的模型主要描述了铁电存储场效应晶体管（FEMFET）的I-V特性。从理论结果可反映出几何尺寸效应和材料参数对晶体管电特性的影响。传统的阈值电压的概念巳不再适用，由于铁电层反偏偶极子的开关作用，自发极化的增加对存储器的工作状态产生很小的影响。该模型可用于设计和工艺参数的优化，并由直观原型的方法得到了验证。     

V型三能级原子与非经典光场作用中光场特性的变化

研究了V型三能级原子BEC与双模压缩光场相互作用系统中,忽略原子间相互作用和考虑原子间相互作用时光场的正交压缩和光子数压缩。结果表明,光场的正交压缩依赖于压缩参数,而光子数压缩与压缩参数、光场信号强度有关,在一定条件下,两种压缩可同时存在。原子间相互作用影响两种压缩的涨落随时间变化的周期,以及正交分量涨落随时间变化的幅度,而对光子数压缩涨落随时间变化的幅度几乎无影响。
