叠加训练序列设计及其高效传输技术研究

采用训练序列与信息数据叠加的传输方案由于消除训练序列占用的频带开销而受到广泛关注。然而,如何高效的分离叠加信号是实现高效信道估计和可靠检测的基础。通过叠加周期训练序列,研究了基于数据依赖的叠加训练(DDST)方案的高效信道估计和检测方案。并结合信道编码技术,研究了编码条件下DDST方案与传统时分复用(TDM)方案的性能。仿真结果表明,在消除训练带宽开销的情况下,获得DDST方案与TDM的误码率基本保持一致。     

计算机辅助运动训练系统的研究与实现

结合现代信息技术的发展,本文采用ASP.NET技术,以visual studio 2010作为开发平台,以C语言作为开发语言,设计出可应用于运动员训练的计算机辅助信息管理系统,从而实现了对运动员训练的信息化水平。     

校企联合培养需重点关注的问题

本文在介绍我院电气工程及其自动化专业自2006年开展"2+6"实践教学改革的基础上,围绕"卓越计划"校企联合培养应重点关注的问题,从实习企业、教学内容、时间安排、教学方法、管理考核和教学成效等方面。本文举例说明了我院进行"卓越计划"校企联合培养的做法。     

微机接口技术系列课程实践教学改革

本文结合我校自动化专业人才培养方案的实施以及微机接口类课程具有实践性和工程性强等特点,在课程化改革系列课程的实验内容、方法和手段基础上,提出并建立了以"微机原理与接口技术"实验课程为基础的课程群实践教学体系;构建综合实践创新平台,加强实践教材内涵建设和信息资源建设。此项实验教学改革成果表明,改革促进了创新人才培养,提高了学生的实践能力和综合素质。     

Protein Secondary Structure Prediction with Partially Recurrent Neural Networks

Abstract

Partially recurrent neural networks with different topologies are applied for secondary structure prediction of proteins. The state of some activations in the network is available after a pattern presentation via feedback connections as additional input during the processing of the next pattern in a sequence. A reference data set containing 91 proteins in the training set and 15 non-homologous proteins in the test set is used for training and testing a network with a modified, hierarchical Elman architecture. The network predicts the secondary structures α-helix, β-sheet, and “coil” for each amino acid. The percentage of correctly classified amino acids is 67.83% on the training set and 63.98% on the test set. The best performance of a three-layer feedforward network is 62.7% on the same test set. A cascaded network, where the outputs of the recurrent network are processed by a second net with 13 × 3 inputs, four hidden and three output units has a predictive performance of 64.49%. The best corresponding feedforward net has a performance of 64.3%.     

美国《科学教师培养标准(2020年版)》述评*

美国《科学教师培养标准(2020年版)》针对《新一代科学教育标准》的推行而修订,立足于科学教育最新研究成果,尤其突出学科内容知识的重要性,补充对科学本质和科学文化的要求,强化对工程和技术、交叉概念、学科观念的理解,突出学习进阶规律在科学教师培养中的应用。此外,在学科教学法、学习环境、安全、对学生学习的影响等维度做出相应的改动。该标准启示我国:借鉴国际改革趋势出台中国特色的科学教师培养标准,但科学教师培养也要本土化;学科内容知识对科学教师专业发展非常重要;科学教师的培养应立足于学习进阶的规律;职前科学教师培养需要注重学习环境建设。     

Effect of training level and blood flow restriction on thermal parameters: Preliminary study

Training with blood flow restriction could lead to an effect on skin temperature. Additionally, this effect could be higher in people with lower physical fitness level due to their lower capacity of heat loss. The aim of this preliminary study was therefore to evaluate the effects of training experience on the acute and chronic thermal skin responses after performing exercise with and without blood flow restriction. The study included ten men, of these, five were trained. All subjects performed tests and re-tests for maximum strength (1 repetition maximum) through unilateral leg extensions (right thigh at 45 ± 6.7 kg and left thigh at 45.5 ± 8.1 kg, p > 0.05). The protocol consisted of four sets to concentric failure, with one-minute rest intervals between sets at an intensity corresponding to 40% of 1 RM. There were 7-day intervals between experimental sessions (150 mmHg versus unrestricted flow restriction). The thermal images were made before the protocol (pre), immediately after the end of the series (post), and 24 h afterward (post 24 h). When comparing temperature variation (Δ exercise and Δ 24 h) between groups, it was observed that the trained participants showed a greater drop in temperature 24 h after exercise with 150 mmHg restriction (confidence interval: 95% of Δ 24 h [−0.2 to −0.9 °C]) compared to untrained subjects (p = 0.006 and ES > 1.5, confidence interval: 95% Δ 24 h [−0.1 to 0.6 °C].) In conclusion, this preliminary study showed that training experience interferes with the chronic cutaneous thermal temperature of the anterior thigh when strength training associated with blood flow restriction 150 mmHg was performed.

新工科项目“地方(行业)高校化学类专业应对产业变化的升级改造研究与实践”的实施

This "emerging engineering education (3E)" project "Upgrade and Practice of Chemistry-related Majors of Local and/or Specialized University Responding to the Industry Changes" was supported by the Ministry of Education. To aim at the issue of how to upgrade the chemistry-related majors of a local and/or specialized university responding to industry changes, an investigation on local regional economy and industry changes was carried out, the capability requirements of 3E for talents were analyzed, and the training objectives, graduation requirements as well as the new teaching models were also studied for the major to meet the future requirements. The practical experience for 3E construction of chemistry-related majors by selected universities was suggested.
