广义准正则格形码距离谱的计算

本文讨论了格形码距离谱的计算问题，定义了度量空间意义下的广义准正则格形码，对具有Ｉｍａｉ与Ｈｉｒａｋａｗａ［２］和Ｕｎｇｅｒｂｏｅｃｋ［３］定义的典型的时不变网格结构的广义准正则格形码，证明了其距离谱可用全零信息序列对应的码字进行计算。在理论上推广了Ｍ．Ｒｏｕａｎｃｅ与Ｄ．Ｊ．Ｃｏｓｔｅｌｏ的结果，解决了非平方欧几里德度量意义下一类ＴＣＭ信号序列的距离谱计算问题     

Velocity spectrum for non-Markovian Brownian motion in a periodic potential

Non-Markovian Brownian motion in a periodic potential is studied by means of an electronic analogue simulator. Velocity spectra, the Fourier transforms of velocity autocorrelation functions, are obtained for three types of random force, that is, a white noise, an Ornstein—Uhlenbeck process, and a quasimonochromatic noise. The analogue results are in good agreement both with theoretical ones calculated with the use of a matrix-continued-fraction method, and with the results of digital simulations. An unexpected extra peak in the velocity spectrum is observed for Ornstein-Uhlenbeck noise with large correlation time. The peak is attributed to a slow oscillatory motion of the Brownian particle as it moves back and forth over several lattice spaces. Its relationship to an approximate Langevin equation is discussed.

叶绿素衍生物４号（ＣＰＤ４）是一种新型中药光敏剂，本文研究了不同浓度的ＣＰＤ４分别在含１０％不同血型人血清的生理盐水中以及纯生理盐水中的激发和发射荧光光谱，并对结果进行了分析，结论对ＣＰＤ４在光动力诊断恶性肿瘤的临床应用具有一定的指导意义．

本文讨论了Ｍ序列的自相关性，并证明了：当０＜｜ｔ－２＾ｎ－１｜≤［ｎ－１／２］时，｜ＣＭ（ｔ）｜≤２＾ｎ－１。     

关于布尔函数的二次逼近

本文首先利用矩阵形式引入了二阶ｗａｌｓｈ谱的概念并讨论了其性质，其次引入了二次ｂｅｎｔ函数的概念，同时论述了二次ｂｅｎｔ函数的密码学意义。     

方波信号在音频技术中的应用

本文重点介绍了方波依赖在音频测量，设备的维护检测及录音均衡自动调节等音频技术中的应用，并通过对方波信号的频谱特性和方波信号通过线性系统的频域特性的分析，简要说明了方波信号在应用电路中的基本工作原理。     

The vulnerability of geometric sequences based on fields of odd characteristic

A new method of cryptologic attack on binary sequences is given, using their linear complexities relative to odd prime numbers. We show that, relative to a particular prime number p, the linear complexity of a binary geometric sequence is low. It is also shown that the prime p can be determined with high probability by a randomized algorithm if a number of bits much smaller than the linear complexity is known. This determination is made by exploiting the imbalance in the number of zeros and ones in the sequences in question, and uses a new statistical measure, the partial imbalance.This project was sponsored by the National Security Agency under Grant No. MDA904-91-H-0012. P-channel Ge/Si Hetero-nanocrystal Based MOSFET Memory

The charge storage characteristics of P-channel Ge/Si hetero-nanocrystal based MOSFET memory has been investigated and a logical array has been constructed using this memory cell. In the case of the thickness of tunneling oxide T_ox=2nm and the dimensions of Si- and Ge-nanocrystal D_Si=D_Ge=5nm, the retention time of this device can reach ten years(~1×10~8s) while the programming and erasing time achieve the orders of microsecond and millisecond at the control gate voltage |V_g|=3V with respect to N-wells, respectively. Therefore, this novel device, as an excellent nonvolatile memory operating at room temperature, is desired to obtain application in future VLSI.     

Eigenvalues of the antiplane-shear crack problem for a power-law material

This paper discusses the problem of finding the eigenvalue spectrum in determining the stress and strain fields at the tip of an antiplane-shear crack in a power-law material. It is shown that the perturbation method provides an analytical dependence of the eigenvalue on the material nonlinearity parameter and the eigenvalue of the linear problem. Thus, it is possible to find the entire spectrum of eigenvalues and not only the eigenvalue of the Hutchinson-Rice-Rosengren problem. __________ Translated from Prikladnaya Mekhanika i Tekhnicheskaya Fizika, Vol. 49, No. 1, pp. 173–180, January–February, 2008.
