Modeling and Analysis of Broadband Cellular Networks with Multimedia Connections

As mobile networking is moving towards the direction of providing high-speed multimedia services, the presence of connections that do not generate traffic at constant rate is becoming reality in wireless environment. For preliminary network design purposes analytical models are necessary that examine the performance or wireless networks with such connections. In this paper an analytical method is presented to calculate call-level system parameters of cellular networks with multimedia connections. The method is based on an approximate recursive calculation. The accuracy of the approximation is verified by computer simulations. The derivation of the distributions of user describing time variables and two simple admission control policies are also presented and investigated.     

Jersey的研究和在Web服务中的应用

为了解决当前Web组件出现的可伸缩性差、接口通用性弱、交互延迟时间长的问题,提出了轻量级的REST架构,Jersey是REST架构中JAX-RS接口标准的实现,通过研究它的连通性、可寻址性、无状态性以及稳定性和易用性等特点,设计一套统一、高效、快速、方便访问服务器的Client API,实现为不同的智能移动终端提供统一的Web应用服务。     

业务管理模型中适配用户使用行为的若干规则探讨

针对现有的业务管理系统已经不能满足业务使用者对业务管理的诉求这一问题,提供了若干业务管理模型的规则,包括按不同的业务需求创建用户标识,使用此用户标识记录订购的业务,且为此用户标识记录具有相同订购关系的公共用户身份,维护私有用户身份与公共用户身份的对应关系来限制公共用户身份可以注册到网络的终端,维护私有用户身份与业务的对应关系来限制终端上可以使用的业务。引入了这些规则的业务管理系统可以让使用者既灵活又可以进行必要限制地使用网络上丰富的多媒体业务。     

社区首诊制下定点基层医疗机构门诊服务利用水平分析

珠海市基本医疗保险普通门诊统筹自2009年7月1日实施以来,与社区首诊制同步推进,发挥了方便群众就医、减轻患者负担、合理使用基金和强基层的积极作用。珠海市参保人社区医疗机构签约率、就诊率明显上升,医疗费用合理。本研究采集2008年8月至2012年7月珠海市基本医疗保险的全部参保人的相关数据,采用间断时间序列分析法,并利用分段回归模型对间断时间序列数据进行定量分析,分析实施社区首诊制后,珠海市参保人对社区门诊服务利用水平的变化。     

Web Services安全机制研究

Web Services作为实现SOA的主流技术标准,得到了广泛应用,其安全性值得高度关注。基于WS-Security标准,对Web Services的安全机制进行了研究,对Web Services安全防护的功能、遵循的标准进行了分析,并结合工程实践,从身份识别、SOAP消息安全防护和访问控制等方面提出了Web Services安全防护的实现方案,可以实现核心的安全防护功能,对基于Web Services技术架构的系统安全防护具有指导意义。     

基于IPTV的休闲农场观光平台的研究与设计

分析了IPTV技术及其业务的特点,采用.NET Smart Client技术开发了一个基于IPTV的集影音互动平台、教育平台和购物平台于一体的休闲农场观光平台。对系统的功能、体系结构以及系统实现的关键技术和拓扑结构进行了设计和研究。该平台提供以IPTV或计算机为播放媒介的宽带增值服务。     

Optimum advertising policy over time for subscriber service innovations in the presence of service cost learning and customers’ disadoption

On the theoretical side, this paper characterizes qualitatively optimal advertising policy for new subscriber services. A monopolistic market is analyzed first for which customers’ disadoption, discounting of future profits streams and a service cost learning curve are allowed. After characterizing the optimal policy for a general diffusion model, the results pertaining to a specific diffusion model for which advertising affects the coefficient of innovation that incorporates the disadoption rate are reported. The results of the theoretical research show that the advertising policy of the service firm in the presence of customers’ disadoption could be very different from the same when disadoption is ignored.On the empirical side, four alternative diffusion models are estimated and their predictive powers using a one-step-ahead forecasting procedure compared. The diffusion data analyzed are related to the Canadian cable TV industry. Empirical research findings suggest that the specific diffusion model considered above is not only of theoretical appeal but also of major empirical relevance.The analytical findings of the study are documented in six theoretical propositions for which proofs are provided in a separate Appendix. The results of a related numerical experiment together with the analytical findings pertaining to the competitive role of advertising are included. Managerial implications of the study together with directions for future research are also discussed.

基于Web数据挖掘的高校教育资源服务平台

本文根据Web数据流的动态性、连续性和实效性的特点,分析和挖掘不同类型的数据,成立样本库,将分类后的数据用相应的流算法进行处理,构建Web数据流高校资源服务平台.高校资源服务平台分为用户应用服务层、数据资源挖掘层、数据库提供层,通过自下而上数据的分析处理,实现高校资源应用资源服务,提高高校网络资源的有效利用.     

基于SEM的气象服务公众满意度测评模型

文章在传统顾客满意度测评模型(ACSI)的核心概念和架构的基础上,结合气象服务独特的特点,对其进行了修改和更新,构建了气象服务公众满意度测评的结构方程模型。并进行了相应的实证研究。通过问卷调查获得数据,运用SPSS和SAS等统计软件进行检验,经过一次修改得到较好的拟合模型,在研究分析的基础上给出相应的结论和建议。
