Differential Alternative Pulses Voltammetry (DAPV), introduced by the authors earlier, was applied with HMDE for direct As(III) determination in the presence of Pb(II) in natural water without sample pretreatment. Distinguishable peaks of As(III) and Pb(II) were registered in 1 M HCl supporting electrolyte at a concentration ratio as high as 1 : 6, while complete peak overlapping occurs applying DPP at any concentration ratio at the same experimental conditions. In‐situ As(III) determinations in the presence of Pb(II) in contaminated ground waters in Mexico were performed, using especially designed disposable safe mercury drop electrodes. 相似文献

A cathodically pretreated boron‐doped diamond electrode was used for the simultaneous anodic determination of ascorbic acid (AA) and caffeine (CAF) by differential pulse voltammetry. Linear calibration curves (r=0.999) were obtained from 1.9×10?5 to 2.1×10?4 mol L?1 for AA and from 9.7×10?6 to 1.1×10?4 mol L?1 for CAF, with detection limits of 19 μmol L?1 and 7.0 μmol L?1, respectively. This method was successfully applied for the determination of AA and CAF in pharmaceutical formulations, with results equal to those obtained using a HPLC reference method. 相似文献

A novel analytical reagent 4-(2-hydroxy phenyl ethaminodiol), benzene-1,3-diol(4-2-HPEDB-1,3,D) was synthesized for the determination of molybdenum(VI). The present paper reveals the detailed study of electroanalytical behaviour for [Mo-(4-2-HPEDB-1,3,D)] complex under optimized conditions. The peak obtained for [Mo-(4-2-HPEDB-1,3,D)] prevent the interference of foreign ions which shows the sensitivity of the proposed method. The linearity was maintained at the concentration range of 0.5–200 μg/mL at pH 4.5 with correlation factor 0.9997. The present method was successfully applied for the analysis of molybdenum(VI) in biological fluids and plant material. Ovarian cancer is the fifth leading cause of cancer death for women in the US, yet survival rates are over 90% when it is diagnosed at an early stage, highlighting the need for biomarkers for early detection. To enhance the discovery of tumor‐specific proteins that could represent novel serum biomarkers for ovarian cancer, we depleted serum of highly abundant proteins which can mask the detection of proteins present in serum at low concentrations. Three commercial immunoaffinity columns were used in parallel to deplete the highly abundant proteins in serum from 60 patients with serous ovarian carcinoma and 60 non‐cancer controls. Medium and low abundance serum proteins from each serum pool were then evaluated by the quantitative proteomic technique of differential in‐gel electrophoresis. The number of protein spots that were elevated in ovarian cancer sera by at least twofold ranged from 36 to 248, depending upon the depletion and separation methods. From the 33 spots picked for MS analysis, nine different proteins were identified, including the novel candidate ovarian cancer biomarkers leucine‐rich α2 glycoprotein‐1 and ficolin 3. Western blotting validated the relative increases in serum protein levels for three of the proteins identified, demonstrating the utility of this approach for the identification of novel serum biomarkers for ovarian cancer. 相似文献

In this paper a carbon ionic liquid electrode (CILE) was fabricated by using ionic liquid 1‐ethyl‐3‐methylimidazolium ethylsulphate ([EMIM]EtOSO3) as the modifier and further used as the working electrode for the sensitive anodic stripping voltammetric detection of Pb2+. The characteristics of the CILE were investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). In pH 4.5 NaAc‐HAc buffer Pb2+ was accumulated on the surface of CILE due to the extraction effect of IL and reduced at a negative potential (‐1.20 V). Then the reduced Pb was oxidized by differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry with an obvious stripping peak appeared at ?0.67 V. Under the optimal conditions Pb2+ could be detected in the concentration range from 1.0 × 10?8 mol/L to 1.0 × 10?6 mol/L with the linear regression equation as Ip(μA) = ?0.103 C (μmol/L) + 0.0376 (γ = 0.999) and the detection limit as 3.0 × l0?9 mol/L (3σ). Interferences from other metal ions were investigated and Cd2+ could be simultaneously detected in the mixture solution. The proposed method was further applied to the trace levels of Pb2+ detection in water samples with satisfactory results. 相似文献

研究了α-山竹黄酮和γ-山竹黄酮在玻璃碳电极上的电化学行为,研究了pH和静置时间等因素的影响,探讨了α-山竹黄酮和γ-山竹黄酮在玻璃碳电极上的氧化机理,建立了差分脉冲伏安法同时测定α-山竹黄酮和γ-山竹黄酮的方法。在pH 3.1的BR缓冲介质中,α-山竹黄酮在0.822 V产生灵敏的氧化峰,γ-山竹黄酮在0.426 V和0.700 V产生灵敏的氧化峰。对α-山竹黄酮,相应的氧化峰的峰高与浓度在5.00×10-6mol/L~2.00×10-4mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9950;对γ-山竹黄酮,其在0.426 V氧化峰的峰高与浓度在2.00×10-5mol/L~6.00×10-4mol/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9904。该方法测量2.00×10-4mol/L的α-山竹黄酮和γ-山竹黄酮相对标准偏差分别为3.3%和4.1%(n=10)。 相似文献

The glass transition temperature dependence to heating rate and therefore the activation energy (ΔH?) of the glass transition of (60-x)V2O5–xNiO–40TeO2 oxide glasses with 0≤x≤20 (in mol%) were investigated at heating rates φ (=3 6, 9, 10 and 12 K/min) using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The heating rate dependence of Tg was used to investigate the applicability of different theoretical models describing the glass transition. Using the application of Moynihan and Kissinger et al. models to the present data, different values of (ΔH?) at each different heating-rate regions were obtained. The fragility parameter (m=ΔH?/R Tg) was ∼24.98 for x=10 mol%, suggesting that this glass may be considered as a rather strong glass (fragility index m∼>20 is an indication of fragile glass). A nonlinear optical loop mirror (NOLM) imbalanced by attenuation has been used for the suppression of nonlinear phase noise in a DPSK transmission system. It has been experimentally shown that such a passive, NOLM-based regenerator can significantly improve the performance of a phase-encoded transmission when it is limited by nonlinear phase noise. A brief overview over the advantages und limitations of different NOLM-based phase-preserving amplitude regenerators is also given. 相似文献
