基于QFDE和TRIZ的绿色优化设计

为了协调和解决绿色设计过程中的环境技术措施冲突问题，本文提出了基于QFDE和TRIZ的绿色优化设计方法。利用QFDE分析确定绿色设计过程中的环境技术冲突，并关联到TRIZ的矛盾矩阵中，利用创新法则实现产品的绿色设计目标。最后以冰箱设计为例对该方法进行说明和验证。     

The Deliberative Politics of the Consultative Layer: Participation Hopes and Communication as Design Values of Civic Tech Founders

Drawing from communication as design and the spirit of technology, this study investigated the political values embedded in consultative layer companies, with particular attention to the influence of normative deliberative democratic ideals in tech design. Interviews with the founders of consultative layer tech startups explored (a) founders' visions for their technologies and how they were incorporated, (b) the imagined user groups for these technologies, and (c) expected broader outcomes as a result of using their platforms. Six interrelated themes emerged in the analysis that illuminate ideologies, ideals, and pragmatic considerations embedded in the consultative layer, raising new theoretical and practical questions about the role of communication in understanding this emerging industry and its reimagining of government in the online space.

从目前变频器行业在接触器使用方面存在的问题出发，本文介绍了变频器专用接触器的设计思路，并对几种方案进行了分析对比，从而得出了专用接触器安全、可靠、先进的特点。     

What drives smartwatch purchase intention? Perspectives from hardware,software, design,and value

Although wearable devices are popular in recent years, the market share of smartwatches is relatively low. The main goal of this research is to investigate the antecedents of the intention to purchase a smartwatch. This research develops a conceptual model and hypotheses based on the theory of reasoned action and perceived values from the perspectives of software, hardware, and aesthetic design. An online questionnaire was developed and distributed on popular websites to collect data, and 260 usable responses are collected from the potential users of the Apple Watch in Taiwan. The thirteen hypotheses were validated by using partial least squares (PLS) techniques. Among the antecedents of purchase intention in the model, the attitude towards using smartwatches was found to have the strongest direct effect. Among the factors of the attitude, design aesthetics have the most significant effect. The results also show that all of the factors about smartwatch attributes directly affected the related perceived values. However, social value and performance/quality value did not affect the intention. The model demonstrated relatively good explanatory power for purchase intention in the context of smartwatches. The proposed model can provide insights to smartwatch vendors to develop their new products and marketing strategies.     

弹性分组环专用集成电路的可测性设计

根据弹性分组环专用集成电路的具体情况,提出了相应的可测性设计(Design for Test-ability,DFT)方案,综合运用了三种DFT技术:扫描链、边界扫描测试和存储器内建自测试。介绍了三种技术的选取理由和原理,对其具体实现过程和结果进行了详细分析。DFT电路的实现大大降低了专用集成电路的测试难度,提高了故障覆盖率。     

利用STBC技术提高TD-SCDMA系统随机接入性能

在TD-SCDMA基站中,UE发起CS或PS业务前,需要驻留小区,发起随机接入过程,获取小区的系统消息.在移动通信中存在严重的多径效应,影响系统消息发送的可靠性.为提高系统在多径环境下的传输性能,减弱信号衰落,增加小区的覆盖范围,在3GPPTD-SCDMA中提出了对PCCPCH采用发射分集技术.在分析TD-SCDMA系统接入过程和PCCPCH的TSTD和SCTD分集技术缺点基础上,讨论了采用STBC技术实现PCCPCH发射分集,在较低的译码复杂度和不增加带宽的情况下获得编码和分集增益,提高频谱利用率和PCCPCH链路的质量,提高系统吞吐量和小区覆盖范围.     

BaCO_3和TiO_2的物化特性对PTC热敏电阻器性能的影响

探讨了ＢａＣＯ３与ＴｉＯ２的物化特性，诸如纯度、杂质含量、晶型、热特性、颗粒形状、粒度分布及平均粒径等对ＰＴＣ热敏电阻器性能的影响。并据此提出了ＢａＣＯ３与ＴｉＯ２的技术标准。
