The TiO2 nanoparticles capped with sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate (DBS) were synthesized by a sol-hydrothermal method, and were also characterized by XRD, TEM, Surface Photovoltage Spectroscopy (SPS) and Photoluminescence (PL). The effects of capping DBS on photovoltage and photoluminescence performances of TiO2 nanoparticle as well as appropriate capping conditions were principally investigated. The results show that the capping situation is desirable when the pH value and adding DBS amount are in the range of 4.5-5.5 and 1.0%-3.0% of TiO2 weight in advance of the hydrothermal process, respectively. The added DBS could inhibit the growth of anatase crystallite during the hydrothermal process. Moreover, the intensities of SPS and PL of TiO2 nanoparticle decreased after DBS was capped, which is possibly attributed to the electrophilic property of sulfonic acid group (-SO3-) as well as the decrease of surface defect.  相似文献

An early clinical development study (phase I) was conducted to determine the usefulness of dried blood spot (DBS) sampling as an alternative to venous sampling for phenotyping and genotyping of CYP450 enzymes in healthy volunteers. Midazolam (MDZ) was used as a substrate for phenotyping CYP3A4 activity; the concentrations of MDZ and its main metabolite 1'-hydroxymidazolam (1-OH MDZ) were compared between the DBS method from finger punctures, plasma and whole blood (WB), drawn by venipuncture, whereby several methodological parameters were studied (i.e. punch width, amount of dots analyzed and storage time stability). Genotyping between DBS and venous WB samples was compared for CYP2D6 (*3, *4, *6), CYP2C19 (*2, *3), CYP3A4 (*1B) and CYP3A5 (*3C). In addition, the subject's and phlebotomist's satisfaction with venous blood sampling compared with the DBS method was evaluated using a standardized questionnaire. An LC-MS/MS method for the quantification of the MDZ and 1-OH MDZ concentrations in DBS samples was developed and validated in the range of 0.100-100 ng/mL. No compromises were made for the limits of quantification of the DBS-LC-MS/MS method vs the authentic plasma and WB methods.  相似文献

The organic gelator 1,3(R):2,4(S)‐dibenzylidene‐D‐sorbitol (DBS) self‐organizes to form a 3‐D network at relatively low concentrations in a variety of nonpolar organic solvents and polymer melt. In this work, we have investigated the interactions between DBS molecules in polypropylene (PP) by molecular modeling. We have used quantum mechanics to elucidate the preferred geometry of one molecule and a dimer of DBS, and molecular mechanics and molecular dynamics to simulate pure DBS, pure PP, and mixture of DBS and PP as condensed phases, at various temperatures. It was found that inter‐ and intramolecular H‐bonds between DBS molecules are formed in PP in a much more pronounced manner than those formed in pure DBS. The most significant intermolecular H‐bonds are formed between the terminal hydroxyl groups. The most significant intramolecular H‐bonds are formed between O5 /H‐O6 groups. Due to the H‐bonds, DBS molecules form a rigid structure similar to liquid crystal forming molecules, which might explain their tendency to create nanofibrils. It seems that the aromatic rings do not contribute significantly to the intermolecular interactions. Their main role is probably to stiff the molecular structure. Temperature dependences of inter‐ and intramolecular interactions are different. Whereas intermolecular interactions peak heights decrease when temperature increases for pure DBS, the intramolecular interaction almost does not change. 为了在实验室内完成多普勒波束锐化(DBS)技术的评估、验证及优化,阐述了多普勒波束锐化(DBS)技术的基本原理及DBS图像拼接算法,结合目标DBS回波理论模型及毫米波雷达的特点,采用Matlab工具对目标的DBS回波信号进行了计算机仿真,得到目标DBS回波数据,运用DBS成像技术完成回波仿真数据的成像处理,实现了不同波束内不同方位的目标回波仿真及成像,验证了DBS回波仿真算法的正确性。为DBS回波仿真的工程应用奠定了基础。  相似文献

Lysosomal storage diseases are chronic, progressive and typically have a devastating impact on the patient and the family. The diagnosis of these diseases is still a challenge, however, even for trained specialists.
