High Voltage Breaker Current Monitoring and FaultDiagnosis System Based on Fiber Current Sensor

Abstract: The current measuring principle, the hardware structure and the software functions of a high voltage breaker current monitoring and fault diagnosis system are introduced. A simple algorithm for calculating the current effective value is given. The cut - off characteristics of the breaker are classified. This system can provide a foundation for reasonably determining the breaker service period.

Convergence of finite dimensional distributions of heat kernel measures on loop groups

In this paper we consider heat kernel measure on loop groups associated to the H^1/2-metric. Unlike H^s-case (s>1/2), there is a difficulty that H^1/2 is not contained in the space of continuous loops. So we take limits. There are two limiting methods. One is to use delta functions and to let s go down to 1/2. The other is to fix s at 1/2 and to approximate the delta functions. For the second approach, a generalization of heat kernel measures is needed. Then, the first approach can be obtained as a special case of the second one. The limit in the sense of finite dimensional distribution is the fictitious infinite dimensional Haar measure.

Magneto—optic Current Sensor Based on Total Reflections in a Quadrangular Bulk Glass

A novel optical device of a bulk glass Faraday current sensor in presented,which has a accuracy of 0.5 in the current region of 1000-8000A and over a tempe-rature range from-30℃ to 40℃.The new sensing device can compensate the phase difference heteween p and s components of the incident light caused by total internal re-flections in a glass.The self-correction,auto-correlation and auto-ampification tech-niques are used in the signal treatment with the help of a computer.     

Graded parafermions

A graded generalization of the Z_k parafermionic current algebra is constructed. This symmetry is realized in the osp(1|2)/U(1) coset conformal field theory. The structure of the parafermionic highest-weight modules is analyzed and the dimensions of the fields of the theory are determined. A free field realization of the graded parafermionic system is obtained and the structure constants of the current algebra are found. Although the theory is not unitary, it presents good reducibility properties.

A BICS for CMOS OpAmps by Monitoring the Supply Current Peak

We present a Built-In-Current-Sensor (BICS) based on monitoring a signature of the supply current peak of CMOS OpAmps using the oscillation-test-strategy. The BICS takes a weighted sample of the current through two OpAmp current branches and monitors a signature of the peak value under oscillation. Two current-based comparators and some digital circuitry are used to provide a pass/fail flag. Simulation results demonstrate a high defect coverage with a very small impact both on the OpAmp nominal operation and the area overhead.
