通过长期的工作实践，阐述了适当条件下的金扩散对缩短反向恢复时间，提高二极管2CK28开关速度，满足了反向恢复时间，改善了二极管的反向特性。     

基于偶联反应新极谱法测定痕量亚硝酸根的研究——Ⅱ.以苯酚为偶联试剂

本文研究了苯酚在氨性缓冲溶液中与NO_2~--磺胺重氮盐偶联反应的实验条件,建立了一个灵敏快速测定痕量NO_2~-的新方法。NO_2~-离子浓度在1.0×10~(-10)～4.8×10~(-7)g/ml范围内,与峰高呈良好的线性关系.4000倍量NO_3~-存在不干扰.     

An algebraic multigrid solver for Navier-Stokes problems

An efficient numerical method is presented for solving the equations of motion for viscous fluids. The equations are discretized on the basis of unstructured finite element meshes and then solved by direct iteration. Advective fluxes are temporarily fixed at each iteration to provide a linearized set of coupled equations which are then also solved by iteration using a fully implicit algebraic multigrid (AMG) scheme. A rapid convergence to machine accuracy is achieved that is almost mesh-independent. The scaling of computing time with mesh size is therefore close to the optimum.     

Reaction of SbPO4 with lithium in non-aqueous electrochemical cells: preliminary study and evaluation of its electrochemical performance in anodes for lithium ion batteries

SbPO₄, a phosphate with a layered structure, was tested as an electrode material for lithium cells spanning the 3.0-0.0 V range. Two main electrochemical processes were detected as extensive plateaus at ca. 1.6 and 0.7 V in galvanostatic measurements. The first process was found to be irreversible, thus excluding a potential intercalation-like mechanism for the reaction and being better interpreted as a decomposition reaction leading to the formation of elemental Sb. This precludes the use of this compound as a cathodic material for lithium cells. By contrast, the process at 0.7 V is reversible and can be ascribed to the formation of lithium-antimony alloys. The best electrochemical response was obtained by cycling the cell at a C/20 discharge rate over the voltage range 1.25-0.25 V. Under these conditions, the cell delivers an average capacity of 165 Ah/kg—a value greater than those reported for other phosphates—upon successive cycling.

128×128元IRCCD成像技术

研制成功了１２８×１２８元ＰｔｓｉＩＲＣＣＤ，获得了清晰的室温目标热像。文章叙述了该摄像机驱动逻辑电路的设计、驱动方式的研究和视频信号、数字信号的处理。

阐述了功率ＧａＡｓＭＥＳＦＥＴ器件热阻测试中温敏参数ＶＧＳＦ和测试电流Ｉｍ的选取，给出了１～５Ｗ器件典型温敏参数的温度测试系数Ｍ与测试电流Ｉｍ的关系。讨论了测试延迟时间ｔｍｄ对△ＶＧＳＦ测量值的影响和三种校正方法。     

Brief Overview of Recent Developments on Negative Phase–Velocity Mediums (alias Left–Handed Materials)

This brief overview covers a rapidly occurring development in the area of microwave composite materials: isotropic dielectric–magnetic mediums wherein the phase velocity vector and the time–averaged Poynting vector are oppositely directed. Such materials have also been inappropriately designated as left–handed materials. Ramifications for aberration–free lenses, homogenization approaches, and complex mediums are also presented.     

Theory and Application of Characteristic Finite Element Domain Decomposition Procedures for Coupled System of Dynamics of Fluids in Porous Media

For a coupled system of multiplayer dynamics of fluids in porous media,the characteristic finiteelement domain decomposition procedures applicable to parallel arithmetic are put forward.Techniques suchas calculus of variations,domain decomposition,characteristic method,negative norm estimate,energy methodand the theory of prior estimates are adopted.Optimal order estimates in L~2 norm are derived for the error inthe approximate solution.
