Initialization of Sequential Circuits and its Application to ATPG

A general method for determining whether a certain design is initializable, and for generating its initialization sequence, is presented in this paper. This method is based on structural decomposition of the circuit, and can handle both logical (using X-value simulation) and functional initializability. The routines developed are then used for ATPG of sequential circuits. A pre-test sequence that initializes the good and as many of the faulty machines as possible is generated and used in conjunction with CRIS [5], a simulation based sequential ATPG program, to generate a test set for the circuit.     

Direct detection method of oligosaccharides by high-performance liquid chromatography with charged aerosol detection

A simple and rapid detection method of oligosaccharides using high-performance liquid chromatography with a charged aerosol detection (HPLC-CAD) was studied. The direct detection of a sialylglycopeptide (SGP) derived from egg yolk was accomplished by HPLC-CAD using an amido-silica column, and its limit of detection was 0.40 pmol [signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) = 3]. The sensitivity of this method was lower than that of the fluorescence detection; however, the method showed approximately 5 times higher sensitivity than that using the conventional UV absorbance detection. Furthermore, this method was used for the analysis of the acid hydrolysis products of SGP. Monosialo- and asialo-oligosaccharides as well as free sialic acid were detected without using fluorescent derivatization. These results indicate that the present method is a new tool for the analysis of oligosaccharides.     

The non-solvability by radicals of generic 3-connected planar Laman graphs

We show that planar embeddable -connected Laman graphs are generically non-soluble. A Laman graph represents a configuration of points on the Euclidean plane with just enough distance specifications between them to ensure rigidity. Formally, a Laman graph is a maximally independent graph, that is, one that satisfies the vertex-edge count together with a corresponding inequality for each subgraph. The following main theorem of the paper resolves a conjecture of Owen (1991) in the planar case. Let be a maximally independent -connected planar graph, with more than 3 vertices, together with a realisable assignment of generic distances for the edges which includes a normalised unit length (base) edge. Then, for any solution configuration for these distances on a plane, with the base edge vertices placed at rational points, not all coordinates of the vertices lie in a radical extension of the distance field.

波导E面金属片滤波器的优化设计

本文采用模式展开方法,导出了波导E面金属片滤波器的散射参量,进而编写了滤波器优化设计程序,设计、制造和测试了一个长三厘米滤波器,实验结果和理论结果符合得很好。本文方法考虑了高次模式通过谐振腔发生的耦合,设计的滤波器特性比较理想,在频率的低端和高端阻带衰减都较大,所以比采用变分原理导出等效网络参数然后进行综合设计的方法优越。

中子辐射下双极IC放大性能的变化

文中从单个晶体管不同工作电流下中子辐射时损伤常数的预估着手,推出一套适用于计算机模拟的数学模型、实验方法,由辐射下的瞬时电流即时地计算出相应的损伤常数,计算出晶体管的β降低值,以此来预知双极ＩＣ在中子辐射时的性能变化。     

基于优化的、层次式的数/模转换器自动综合

本文介绍了一种基于优化的、层次式的Ｄ／Ａ转换器自动综合方法,该方法根据 本性能要求首先确定对各单元电路的性能要求,再由这些性能要求驱动相应的单元电路综合模块进行单元电路的综合。最后采用一个自下而上的过程难证所产生的Ｄ／Ａ转换器的性能,在两个综合欠上,利用多维下降单纯形优化算法进行优化求解。
