小型微波带通滤波器的简单设计方法

本文论述了用于具有平行耦合线分裂环谐振器滤波器的简便设计方法,对两种微带带通滤波器进行了计算机最优化设计,给出了滤波器的最佳几何尺寸.实验结果证明,文中给出的设计方法简单、可行,适用于工程设计.     

缩小倍率型永磁聚焦天文成像探测器系统的研究

本文从当代天文光电成像探测器的发展现状与实际需要出发，着重探讨寻求允许输入像面不是平面、放大倍率不等于１的永磁聚焦磁场系统的设计途径，用约束变尺度法来设计在电磁聚焦成像系统中实现给定的不均匀磁场分布的实际永磁环磁路系统。     

微电子工艺器件计算机辅助设计及辅助教学交互系统

微电子CAD（计算机辅助设计）+GAI（计算机辅助教学）FORWINDOWSPC交互系统的开发成功，对微电子CAD技术的推广应用及高等学校的教学应用等各方面有着极其重要的作用。本文介绍了该系统开发思路、结构与功能。     

逆转录病毒载体导入重组ICAD和ICAD-DM对STS诱导大鼠C6细胞凋亡的影响

为了观察caspase依赖的脱氧核糖核酸酶(CAD)及其抑制剂ICAD对星形孢菌素(STS)诱导的C6细胞凋亡的影响,用含有ICAD/DFF45和caspase抗性的ICAD/DFF45突变体ICAD DM基因的复制缺陷型逆转录病毒载体转染包装细胞,并用产生的病毒感染大鼠神经胶质瘤细胞株C6,筛选获得稳定表达目的蛋白的细胞.结果发现STS可显著诱导ICAD组的C6细胞出现DNA凋亡梯带,而ICAD DM组不出现DNA凋亡梯带;与ICAD DM组相比,STS对ICAD组MTT代谢的抑制作用更强(P<0.05);透射电镜观察显示ICAD DM组的细胞核形态改变弱于ICAD组.表明ICAD/DFF45的切割应在CAD/DFF40的激活中占主导地位,抑制ICAD/DFF45的切割并不能阻止凋亡的发生,但可延迟细胞死亡的速度,对染色质凝聚和核固缩的出现亦有一定抑制作用.     

Ka波段AlGaAs/InGaAs低噪声PHEMT异质材料结构的计算机优化与实验结果

讨论了毫米波低噪声ＰＨＥＭＴ的设计要点，藕助Ｓｃｈｒｏｅｄｉｎｇｅｒ／Ｐｏｉｓｓｏｎ方程及器件方程，进行了Ｋａ波段ＡｌＧａ／ＩｎＧａＡｓ低噪声ＰＨＥＭＴ用异质层数值计算及ＣＡＤ优化，确定出分子束外延ＭＢＥ时诸层的最佳组分、浓度、与厚度、上述优化分析的结果用于器件的实验研制，取得了３４．４ＧＨｚ下噪声系数（ＮＦ）１．９２ｄＢ、相关增益Ｇａ６．５ｄＢ的国内最好结果。

Liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometric method for the simultaneous determination of tobacco-specific nitrosamine NNK and its five metabolites

A sensitive and robust high-performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry method to analyze 4-(methylnitrosamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanone (NNK) and its five metabolites in one passage was developed and validated. The method achieved excellent reproducibility and accuracy. Linearity was observed for all six compounds (R² = 0.999) with detection limits (S/N ≥ 3) ranging from 0.2 to 2.4 pg on column and 0.01-0.12 ng ml⁻¹ in samples injected. Average intra-day and inter-day variations (% R.S.D.) were 1.2 and 3.5%, respectively. A sample preparation method involving C8 and C18 solid phase extraction provided satisfactory recovery of the analytes in mouse urine. Each NNK metabolite was identified by its chromatographic retention time and specific fragmentation pattern. Since the carcinogenicity of NNK is related to its metabolism, the method described in this report should facilitate toxicological investigations into the carcinogenesis due to NNK exposure in the environment.     

A New 3D Digitizer by Cutting and Scanning Layer-by-layer

A crucial element in the reverse engineering process is to obtain 3D data of the part or its CAD model. A new method is presented in this paper, which combines layer-by-layer cutting and scanning on each cross-section of a part with a milling machine and an image scanner respectively. The method can capture the internal and external profile informations of a complex-shaped part at the same precision simultaneously. When data files of 2D edges are imported into the 3D CAD/CAM package, the 3D data or 3D CAD model is acquired. According to the customers' requirements, the system can reach the highest accuracy of 5.4 μm, and a resolution of 2.7 μm in obtaining the 2D edges. The product is completely made now, on which experiments are conducted, which demonstrate the higher accuracy and efficiency.

Innovative stability-indicating LC-Corona CAD method for simultaneous determination of assay in Artesunate and Mefloquine hydrochloride fixed-dose combination product

This work describes for the first time a stability-indicating HPLC-Corona CAD method for content determination of Artesunate (AS) and Mefloquine hydrochloride (MQ) in coated tablets 100 + 220 mg (ASMQ) developed by Farmanguinhos-Fiocruz. The chromatographic separation was carried out on two Promosil C18 columns in sequence. Chromatography was done using 0.05% formic acid/acetonitrile (80:20) in gradient at flow rate of 1 mL min^?1, flow 0.6 mL/min for the right pump, and 0.3 mL/min for the left pump (acetonitrile 100%). The temperature was set at 25 °C for the oven and the detection. The elution time of AS and MQ was found to be 40.5 ± 0.5 min and 10.5 ± 0.5, respectively. The method was validated for system suitability, selectivity, linearity, precision, accuracy, and robustness. The forced degradation studies indicated that AS instability is the major trigger for product degradation, especially under heat and oxidative conditions. In conclusion, the method validation was in agreement with ICH guideline Q2(R1) and AOAC acceptance criteria. Our findings prospected the Corona-CAD detector as a quality control solution regarding the challenges of stability-indicating methods for fixed-dose products.
