The fabrication of a thin‐film transistor backplane and a liquid‐crystal display using printing processes can eliminate the need for photolithography and offers the potential to reduce the manufacturing costs. In this study, we prepare contact via structures through a poly(methyl methacrylate) polymer insulator layer using inkjet printing. When droplets of silver ink composed of a polymer solvent are placed onto the polymer insulator and annealed at high temperatures, the silver ink penetrates the interior of the polymer and generates conducting paths between the top and bottom metal lines through the partial dissolution and swelling of the polymer. The electrical property of various contact via‐hole interconnections is investigated using a semiconductor characterization system. 相似文献

A blind particle learning detector (BPLD) is developed for signal detection in Rayleigh flat-fading channels with non-Gaussian interference. The parameters of the fading channel model and the noise model are all unknown. The impulsive noise is modeled as a mixture of Gaussian distributions, which is capable of representing a broad class of non-Gaussian noise. The particle learning algorithm is employed to simultaneously estimate signal and parameters of the fading channel model and the noise model. The delay weight method is used to improve the performance. Simulation results show that the performance of the BPLD proposed can follow closely the performance of the detector with known parameters of the fading channel model and the noise model. 相似文献

该文提出了一种容误码的线性分组码的参数盲估计算法。该方法首先基于线性分组码对偶码字的统计特性和Walsh-Hadamard变换解线性方程组的容错特性来实现对偶码字的判决,同时采用3倍标准差准则并根据理论分析给出了一个有效的判决门限。接着通过判断对偶空间归一化维数的最大值来实现码长和码组同步时刻的估计。最后利用对偶码字构造出相应的校验矩阵,实现了在较高误码率情况下对线性分组码参数的盲估计。计算机仿真结果表明,在比特误码率为0.03的情况下,该文所提算法仍能得到很好的估计效果。 相似文献

Blind super resolution is an interesting area in image processing that can restore high resolution (HR) image without requiring prior information of the volatile point spread function (PSF). In this paper, a novel framework is proposed for blind single-image super resolution (SISR) problem based on compressive sensing (CS) framework that is one of the first works that considers general PSFs. The fundamental idea in the proposed approach is to use sparsity on a known sparse transform domain as a powerful regularizer in both the image and blur domains. Therefore, a new cost function with respect to the unknown HR image patch and PSF kernel is presented and minimization is performed based on two subproblems that are modeled similar to that of CS. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm that is competitive with methods that use multiple LR images to achieve a single HR image. 相似文献

This paper presents a new blind XPIC and a new adaptive blind deconvolutional algorithm based on HOS processing, which separates and equalizes the signals in real time.
