针对传统盲分离混合矩阵估计鲁棒性差、易受初始值影响、精度不高等问题,该文将人工蜂群算法(ABC)用到盲分离中,结合稀疏信号混合矩阵估计的特点,提出一种基于不同搜索策略和编码方式的两阶段蜂群算法的混合矩阵估计方法,通过新的蜜蜂搜索行为和子蜂群之间的协同作业,明显加快了算法的收敛速度,提高了混合矩阵的估计精度。仿真实验表明,该方法在源个数较多、弱稀疏、低信噪比的情况下仍然可以很好地估计混合矩阵。相比已有方法,该方法不仅具有很强的鲁棒性和很高的估计精度,而且不需要太大的计算量。  相似文献

为了改善人工蜂群算法对于大规模数据、高复杂度问题的执行效率,采用开放计算语言(OpenCL )并行编程模型,提出一种基于图形处理器(GPU )加速的并行人工蜂群算法.将每只采蜜蜂映射到 OpenCL 的一个工作组,跟随蜂采用局部轮盘赌选择,使得人工蜂群算法在 GPU 中加速执行.实验结果表明,并行人工蜂群算法取得了较好的优化效果,提高了算法的运算速度.  相似文献

传统的量子神经网络的训练方法容易使得算法陷入局部极小值,将Artificial Bee Colony(ABC)算法引入到原训练算法中,并且对人工蜂群算法进行改进.利用改进后的人工蜂群算法来优化传统量子神经网络,使优化后的量子神经网络具有结构简单、参数少、收敛速度快和可跳出局部极小值等优点.实验结果表明,相比原训练算法该优化算法提高了量子神经网络收敛解的精度.  相似文献

The assigning of syntactic categories to words in a sentence, which is referred to as part-of-speech (PoS) tagging problem, plays an essential role in many natural language processing and information retrieval applications. Despite the vast scope of methods, PoS-tagging brings an array of challenges that require novel solutions. To address these challenges in a principled way, one solution would be to formulate the tagging problem as an optimization problem with well-specified objectives and then apply the evolutionary methods to solve the optimization problem. This paper discusses the relative advantages of different evolutionary approaches to handle Part-of-Speech tagging problem and aims at presenting novel language-independent evolutionary algorithms to solve the PoS tagging problem. We show that by exploiting statistical measures to evaluate the solutions in tagging process, the proposed algorithms are able to generate more accurate solution in a reasonable amount of time. The experiments we have conducted on few well known corpus reveal that the proposed algorithms achieve better average accuracy in comparison to other evolutionary-based and classical Part-of-Speech tagging methods.  相似文献

Gamma-amino butyric acid (GABA) has antihypertensive and anti-stress effects on human health. High hydrostatic pressure (HHP), a nonthermal treatment, has been documented as a novel approach to enhance the nutritional quality and functional components of plant-based food. In this study, a novel method to convert monosodium glutamate (MSG) to GABA using bee pollen as a natural catalyst was observed, and the GABA yield was improved by HHP treatment. Firstly, GABA production was confirmed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and tandem mass spectrometry (MS-MS), the highest GABA production was found in lotus bee pollen (LBP) when different varieties of bee pollen were used for the reaction. Secondly, the reaction conditions were utilized, and the optimal reaction condition of the GABA production was determined as described below: 250 mg/mL of bee pollen mixed with 590 mmol/L of MSG that prepared by 80 mmol/L of phosphate buffer (pH 5.8), and incubated at 40 °C for 6 h. For HHP treatment conditions, a treatment of 200 MPa for 10 min at 40 °C was found as the optimal. Under optimal conditions, GABA production reached 508.79 mmol/L (containing GABA from LBP) from 590 mmol/L of MSG. In conclusion, we found and optimized a novel method to convert monosodium glutamate (MSG) to GABA, and proposed the promotion of HHP on GABA bio-conversion.  相似文献

为了支持服务系统最大限度地实现顾客期望的服务价值,提出了一种面向价值的组合服务优化方法。该方法是基于面向价值的组合服务分析的结果,利用人工蜂群算法(ABC),通过对组合服务中影响价值实现的服务要素进行替换,得到组合服务的优化方案。实验结果表明文中的面向价值的组合服务优化方法能够以最小的优化代价、最大限度地保障服务系统的价值实现。  相似文献

Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) algorithm is one of the most recently introduced swarm-based algorithms. ABC simulates the intelligent foraging behaviour of a honeybee swarm. In this work, ABC is used for optimizing a large set of numerical test functions and the results produced by ABC algorithm are compared with the results obtained by genetic algorithm, particle swarm optimization algorithm, differential evolution algorithm and evolution strategies. Results show that the performance of the ABC is better than or similar to those of other population-based algorithms with the advantage of employing fewer control parameters.  相似文献

The bee venom, used in treatment of inflammatory and articular diseases, is a complex mixture of peptides and enzymes and the presence of tryptophan allows the investigation by fluorescence techniques. Steady state and time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy were used to study the interaction between bee venom extracted from Apis mellifera and three micro heterogeneous systems: sodium dodecylsulphate (SDS) micelles, sodium dodecylsulphate-poly(ethylene oxide) (SDS-PEO) aggregates, and the polymeric micelles LUTROL® F127, formed by poly(ethylene oxide)-poly(propylene oxide)- poly(ethylene oxide). Fluorescence parameters in buffer solution were typical of peptides containing tryptophan exposed to the aqueous medium, and they gradually changed upon the addition of surfactant and polymeric micelles, demonstrating the interaction of the peptides with the micro heterogeneous systems. Quenching experiments were carried out using the N-alkylpyridinium ions (ethyl, hexyl, and dodecyl) as quenchers. In buffer solution the quenching has low efficiency and is independent of the alkyl chain length of the quencher. In the presence of the micro heterogeneous systems the extent of static and dynamic quenching enhanced, showing that both fluorophore and quenchers reside in the microvolume of the aggregates. The more hydrophobic quencher (dodecyl pyridinium ion) provides higher values for K SV and dynamic quenching constants, and SDS-PEO aggregates are most efficient to promote interaction between peptides and alkyl pyridinium ions. The results proved that bee venon interacts with drug delivery micelles of the copolymer LUTROL® F127.  相似文献

采用回流装置和HNO3-HClO4-H2O2体系进行湿法消化,用火焰和石墨炉原子吸收法测定了花粉中的K、Ca、Na、Mg、Cu、Cr、Zn、Fe、Pb、Cd、Co、Ni和Mn元素,并探讨了各元素测定的工作条件和基体改进剂.实验结果表明:本体系作消化液处理样品,在选定的仪器工作条件下,回收率在88.41%-110.70%,RSD≦2.9(n=6).  相似文献
